Shizu really did stay out late that night, and Sanemi allowed Genya to go with him to search for their mother, leaving the third oldest in charge. In their absence, (somehow) the younger siblings were all turned into demons. As Sanemi and Genya return with Shizu, they are faced with their killing machine siblings, forced to kill them (Sanemi and Genya get their scars, whether Shizu gets any is up to you). Now Shizu and her two remaining sons embark on the path of demon slayer, and shenanigans with demon-eating-Genya ensue (as well as angst). Maybe Shizu also eats demons? That’d make for some cool interactions :)

Chances are whichever brother isn't the demon is gonna be the one to kill the demon brother. Sorry, boys! Context below the cut.
So, I'm working on Shizu's backstory. And since she's not becoming the demon Shinazugawa, someone else has to. Because this family is just trauma in a box, and cannot catch a break.
But I am stumped on which version to go with. I had considered having Shizu being the one to fight against/kill one of her sons as an option. But then I considered the sweet, sweet angst of her, seeing one of her oldest two sons wounded and fading away with his brother covered in his blood and standing over him, accidentally comparing the living son to Kyogo. And the utter devastation on both sides when that happens.
Characters in my fanfics never get peace until Muzan is dead...

ROLE SWAP AU OOOOH (OGs know about this AFO from my Swapped Eri and Overhaul post - check that out)
Anyway, Au where villains and heroes swap roles - including the OFA and AFO quirks! Basically, in this world AFO is completely Quirkless and Yoichi has a quirk (Quirk Bestowal but it's still weak and stuff), Due to AFO being bigger than Yoichi, obviously everyone thought he was quirked twin but would be continuously shocked that HE was the quirkless one (as he would fight bullies off of Yoichi as Kids/Teenagers) so, As for the AFO and OFA quirk, Shigaraki is the first user of the quirk - taking over Yoichi's role, Dabi is second, Then Mr. compress as 3rd, then Twice, then Toga and Spinner (who takes over All might's role in this world as number 1), in this AU - All might takes over the OG AFO's role (as being evil as shit) instead of passing the quirk to others, i just had the idea of him giving people the quirk, letting them get stronger with the quirk (as that makes the quirk stronger) then just takes the quirk back, other people basically making the quirk stronger for him.
He got the quirk from Shigaraki because shigaraki was like "get your money up, NOT your funny up" and gave him the quirk due to the changing stigma and didn't want him to just be alone and defend-less, afterthat, all might just locks him up (just think of the OG storyline with Yoichi and AFO and switch that with shigaraki and All might lol)

what if there was a world where all the villains where hero's and the hero's villains. like all the characters have similar story arcs but its just they all end up on the opposite side to how they did in the main timeline. some examples would be like spiderman would be a thief and ironman would become power crazed. the characters with redemption arcs would get the reverse of what it is.(I don't really know if this exists or not but like take the villain versions of hero's from alternate timelines and just shove them together)

My silly take on swap Kim and Harry. I think their personalities are virtually the same, Kim is just more angrier and confused because he doesn't remember anything.
Anyways Harry still drags Kim around to do side quests. Kim is trying to focus on the case, if he does well on it he has a small chance to not get fired. Kim does not have the privilege that Harry has when it comes to shenanigans, sadly.
Some ideas are brewing but I'm not serious with any Au's I make, I'm a sucker for fluff, sigh.

Is the hanged man still Lely or is it someone else? I do like the idea Kim being in Ruby's place. What about Jean? How would he play in this? If at all? THE POSSIBILITIES ARE ENDLESS. awesome au concept!!!
I keep thinking about the parallels between Harry and Klassje. How similar they are and how Klassje could easily end up like Harry. Anyway, I came up with a harry and klassje swap AU.
Fukuzawa and Mori switched places?
Imagine after Natsume pairs Mori and Fukuzawa up for his plan Fukuzawa finds out about Mori’s plans to kill the current Port Mafia boss.
Imagine Fukuzawa beats him to it and kills the boss first in the hopes that he can at least make the PM into a lesser evil.
Imagine Mori founds the Armed Detective Agency to stay on the tail of the PM and hopefully get Fukuzawa arrested or at the very least force him out of the boss position…

so after posting that swap au I had in mind, I wonder: which crystal gem would be what diamond? Meaning that I pick which one of the trio is gonna be what diamond and I explain why. (And please correct me if I get some su logic wrong, I'm still just rewatching it.)

Pearl would be Blue Diamond. Hear me out, at first I thought she'd be yellow or white but when it came to me picking which diamond they'd be, I focus on how they are after Pink got "shattered" and the reason why is because both Blue and Pearl have a thing in common: they mourn the loss of a person that was important to them. Blue mourned for thousands of years after Pink was gone, Pearl mourned Rose when she decided to give up her physical form so Steven could exist.
But if I were to foucus on who she belonged to before Pink, she'd be White Diamond.
