I love how the Guild are supposedly this organisation that operates in the shadows. They are the puppet masters behind the scenes and people aren't entirely sure they exist.

And than they show up, parking a helicopter into an ally way.

As well as hanging a base in what looks like a luxury cruise ship. And than one of them steals a 7 story building that was used as a front company for the Port Mafia.

Without even hiding it and it's all over the news the next day. And than threaten to bomb Yokohama to search for the book. When presumably Atsushi could find it regardless.

Because that's what mysterious organisations do, apparently.
