in a hypothetical scenario where you can actually get to hire random people would you absolutely be estatic to have a janitor in the building.....

Well I'd suppose so? I would be sure to give them tons of benefits and paid leave. Though now in this hypothetical scenario what company do I work at here??? What kind of jobs are primarily offered? Am I the cool and stoic, but very handsome boss that gives out commands, or am I the boss' assistant who simply hires people? Do I get to overthrow this hypothetical other boss in a violent coup?

Many questions factors to consider here...

But generally, I would say absolutely.
