A dollface inspired by Alien Moe's creepy-cute creations. This one's more 'cute' inspired. If I could sculpt like her, I would totally make this.

A doodle based on a story idea about a girl who can see generational curses. The curses appear as snakes around people's necks and she and her family members have this big, fat, long snake wrapped around theirs. It's big, long, old and refuses to let go and she's going to be the one to break it.

Christians are always talking about God's Love and what God can do for us, but rarely about Repentance and how it's one of the things that we can do for God.

I didn't even know what exactly repentance was until last year and it's not just about feeling bad about what you did. You also have to change your ways and commit to that change.

It's difficult.

Do some more research into what repentance really is for yourself, and as always take your questions back to God.

The video was about a real lie that a lot of people don't believe, but you can find the truth in it if you look.

Drew my OCs Tamika and Chelsea from my yet-to-be-written story called 'Reluctant Jamette'

Text in the bubbles, 'standard' English translation:

Chelsea: ' Don't listen to them, girl. They don't know the good person behind her.

Tamika: They're kind of right though.

Short exposition: Tamika mysteriously gains super powers that forcefully transform her. She has to fight invading spiritual forces called jumbies before she can transform back.

Her alter ego looks like a demon and the civilians vilify her, eventually dubbing her 'Jamette' (a derogatory word that means whore) as they think she comes straight from hell and the devil (I mean... 👀)

In the picture, Tamika and Chelsea walk past a poster of Jamette that's been vandalized with the word 'demon' in bright red ink. Chelsea, knowing that Tamika is Jamette, tries to reassure her friend that she's not demonic, but Tamika for some reason (👀👀👀) agrees with what everyone else is saying.

I'm looking forward to working on this one! I'm thinking of making a little comic zine to start!

Daily Doodles- Day 109- 02/08/24

Started my first day of work on the 2nd and I didn't do much (mainly a small tour, meeting co workers and setting up my computer), so I had time to make a whole illustration!

I was feeling very 'pen and ink' and 'storybookish', so I drew a lost boy in a dark forest (or something) with creatures peeking out at him.

I had brought along my pen, pencil and sketchbook with me just in case. Once I'm settled in, I obviously won't have time to be drawing, but I'll still be bringing my sketchbook, because lunchtime exists and I can multitask!

Another OC! This is Bruna Draven, a bird-type character. I remember putting a lot of thought into her design, but I never got around to working on her story.

She was supposed to be a jealous rich mean-girl, but she slithered her way into being the oblivious yet well meaning friend.

She, Rowen and Iris are all from the same universe and are friends.

This is Rowena Galen. She was originally my Steven Universe Ruby OC that I turned human, that I turned into a witch, but I'm not for that witchcraft thing anymore, so she's a regular human now.

I have so many story lines for this character (she's my favourite, obviously). The sword alludes to her occupation as a knight.

I've recently decided to resurrect her, and I've been doodling some potential new designs.
