i dont consider myself a 'fashion guru' by any means but one thing i will say is guys you dont need to know the specific brand an item you like is - you need to know what the item is called. very rarely does a brand matter, but knowing that pair of pants is called 'cargo' vs 'boot cut' or the names of dress styles is going to help you find clothes you like WAAAYYYY faster than brand shopping
Young Parisian corset maker Sylvain Nuffer began cutting, stitching and boning corsets for men four years ago and now sells 30-odd standard models a year at 500 to 600 euros (650 to 775 dollars) a shot, 40 percent more when made to measure.
“I felt frustrated by the lack of choice of clothing for men,” he told AFP. “I made one for myself and they kind of multiplied.”
Wearing jeans with a gray silk corset of his own making over a shirt and tie, Nuffer, who learnt the complex trade with his corsetiere mother, stands tall, waist nipped in, shoulders wide, back straight.
Corsets for men have a history, he said, worn by medieval horsemen to protect the spine, adopted by bikers today for the same reason.
But the real inspiration behind Nuffer’s corset - laced up the back with a clip-open busk at the front - dates back to the heady days of the 1789 French Revolution.
Male followers of utopian philosopher and economist, Count Claude Henri de Saint-Simon, at the time adopted the corset precisely because it was impossible to lace up alone. Having to help each other with the ties symbolised the humanitarian helping-other ideals of the Saint-Simonien movement.
Critics derided Nuffer’s early creations, however, saying a garment stiffened with a multitude of bones and stays would be uncomfortable.
Not so, said one adept, Laurent Renaud, who teaches at a fashion school and wears his everyday. “I wear it over a shirt or under a sweater,” he said. “I use it as daywear or to go out at night.”
“The problem,” he added, “is you get so used to it keeping you straight that it gets difficult to go without.”

Thing is,I would want the tiny hat and bed for The Colonel because we all know she'd look great in anything,but I know Colonel would want the spicy ramen for me...I would ALSO like that for me.

But a tiny hat for the Colonel? That's priceless. I mean, can you imagine? The Colonel would look absolutely adorable in it.
I'm going to have to be a little selfless here and choose the hat and bed.

Appearance:
About 6'1, he's tall but a bit slimmer built for an Exo, a white base colour with some red accents, having a slab of red on the right side of his face, with a red star on the opposite side standing out from his overall white head, the red star being the Reason for his red star nickname.
He's got white glowing eyes, and his mouth colour when speaks is red, overall his colour scheme looks similar to a playing card, also having two strips of circuits on his head.
Armour:
He doesn't have a preference for armour, just whatever feels good, though he will change about for different situations, like his normal outfit would be more western (Earning him the nickname of west), though he will sometimes have a more medieval looking armour gained from his trials in the iron banner, though overall he sticks with his basics, while performing armour with darker colours, though liking a bit of red or blue depending on the armour.
Personality:
He can come off a bit cold but is actually quite a warm and caring person, always ready to give a hand, though some people can find his sense of humour a bit off putting.
He tends to keep mostly to himself though or around Banshee-44 to take a look at the stock cause he is a bit of a gun nut.
He may often take a safe approach but he does enjoy a good gamble from time to time. But whatever happens he'll stay loyal to his morals and those he cares about.. though sometimes he may look quite deceiving.
Backstory:
Being brought back to life sometime after the age of iron by his ghost, Queens, waking up in a place many new lights do, the cosmodrome though during a very rough snowstorm, hiding out for a while in the abandoned spaceport, picking his name from the significantly damaged clothing which had a name tag reading "M--- J------2---" though most of it was gone he decided to stick with the name that he seemed to be given before his rise, on the way picking up an old duster and a hat to try to keep warm and snow out of his face.
He made his way across to the last city learning about the world he was in, accidentally stumbling into a cache and who else but the Hunter vanguard who just spent so much time hiding his new cache and now has been found in less than a day by a new light no less.
But Cayde being the good guy he is, gave a ride to the new light exo to the last city just in time for the season of Dawning. It was a warm welcome, with cookies and hot chocolate, Cayde acting like a guide (probably to avoid the paperwork and his duties) and a new found friendship found, one of many the new Exo Hunter would forge with the likes of people such as the drifter, Saint-14, Eris and more. With the season becoming his favourite and all that more special to him, eventually finding himself the gun that would stay by his side for all of his time as a guardian, "The jack of hearts" handcannon, a custom order. As well as learning how to bake cookies of course.....with every year and a new season....he always bakes for those he cares about...and always makes one special cookie for his first friend, well second and first.
