Poppy playtime Coraline player au pt2

You was just walking around the room the doctors brain had been in when you come across a Tape.
The tape was grey and had in writing on it, ‘#1972; Angel’
Playing the tape gave you a strange mix of nausea and Deja vu. A sinking feel Inside as the lifeless doll was stuffed with bloody parts and features were sewn on by long mechanical fingers.
Your mind was foggy as you returned to Safe Haven, Doey, Poppy and the others taking notice and giving you a little bit of space.
But time wasn't on your side, the generator needed fixing and the toys needed saving.

One eye and ear is fine. The other… might be recording what you say. That eye and ear intrudes on 13’s own privacy though, so the starfish can be used as an eyepatch if attached to straps :)
Those who know this character will know who this REALLY is. But how they got here and why they look like this is a mystery…

And yes, they have legs. They’re Lagoona inspired. Kind of a mix of Lagoona Blue, Elle Eedee, and Honey Swamp, all of whom I have dolls which was awesome because 13’s a doll too! :) They’re not a Monster High doll though, they’re actually part of Destroy-A-Toy. After a gunshot goes off. But it’s fine because floridaaaaaaa

For those who don’t know the AU: it’s 1995 and Playtime Co. has decided their toys are good enough to publicly display and brag about through a massively expensive Toy Tour. Obviously it’s amazing for bragging and getting collaborations and deals, but there’s always the chance someone might want to… steal the Tour toys.
For those who know the AU: Harley and Ollie were like “yeah let’s beef up security lol” and the BBI is now getting trained to eat people even more than usual. Three new BBI toys are brought in. First is Infox, made by @thattiredgamer! Second is Miss Marionette, made by @yukitiramisu! And the third is Doey the Doughman, whose dough is so shock-absorbent he’s going to keep the more savage BBI under control.
TL;DR: dough bro is a big beefy security guard
He works so well for the smaller bodies initiative too because come on it’s literally safe haven all over again

New character! Meet Miss Coral, a Miss Delight sister and the swim/PE teacher in the lore me and my pookie @qibsichan made for her AU!
She isnt looking at anything in particular because, hehe. Shes blind >:] well not fully but shes basically a bat. So to get around that, she can echolocate! :D shes like a dolphin lmao (as Qibs so rightfully said)
She's appearing in DAT >:) very next chapter actually...
She was made before Coral but im posting her after her... ANYWAYS!! This is my other Miss Delight sister, Miss Marionette! Shes the scrapped dance teacher from Playcare!
The 6 ribbons attached to her back are part of her body and she can move/extend them at will :3

As a piece of tribute to my friend @qibsichan i drew her darling version of ollie! The phone child is a lil stinker with fangs (i added the fangs, not sure if they have them in her AU)
Okay you know what I’m. Gonna share some DAT Ollie lore here!
(DAT means Destroy-A-Toy. It’s literally the Smaller Bodies Initiative AU but four years into the future and on a stage)
Aight so my little bugger looks like this
I have their full body too but the phone child is currently being beastly and is making my art style do the conga
Anyhoos!! Here are some things about this particular phone child
Their name is Ollie Playtime and they’re Poppy’s (adopted?) sibling
The phone child actually isn’t a child! That’s an experiment who got transformed AS a child and is now stuck looking like that 😭 they’re actually 18 in the time of the AU and 28 in the time of canonical gameplay
This foul foul beast was a precursor to Poppy - a test subject to see how it would go creating a female doll body. Problem is they used a male test subject. Thanks for giving my little baby gender dysphoria
Despite saying everything with a cutesy wootsy voice, Ollie is pretty angry and volatile due to their treatment/situation
Little stinker was meant to run the phone lines (as a CHILD mind you) just to answer help calls, but that turned awry when Ollie got so mad at Playtime Co. they got on the phone and threatened to leak their experiments to the nearest news hotline
Long story short they’re now a staff member! Security and Communications Head!

Anyhoossss!! So the funny playtime monster creechur is a main character in a thing I’m writing. DAT’s plot is Playtime Co. decided “oh yeah looks like our toys are finally well made enough to be shown publicly” and they’re carted off to the Theatre to cause an incident. Ollie, being on the staff, went “oh hell no” and forcibly parked their botty boo as the tour guide so they can control how the toys are treated. Cause they do NOT want all these gorgeous little beans to become angry like them.
It’d be more noble if they didn’t give Elliot Ludwig alcohol poisoning on purpose
Anyways, that’s my funny phone child! Or what I can think of right now :)

Not much to say about them. Big fat ugly meat pile. Her body was modified to grow much faster than others to make her arms long, hands big and in return make her much more huggable. To not turn her into a giant and keep her small cute state she was given suppressors to reduce her growth however after the hoj she could not get these anymore resulting in her massive height. Here is a small something something to show the size difference:
Unlike the other critters bearhug specifically needed meat to sustain herself as the body wanted more proteins to grow itself bigger even though the suppressors didn't allow it. To help her eat she was given teeth which had to be replaced every month to stop them rotting away. After the hoj the teeth slowly rotted away as expected and became much smaller compared to their original size. Bearhug was the last to die before dogday because of her massive size making her pretty much invulnerable to most damages. Catnap didn't want to face her as she could easily punch them into the stratosphere so when she became the last food source (not including dogday) catnap gathered every other creature to keep them away from Bobby so she would starve to death. This plan worked and Bobby eventually went limb on the ground. Have I forgotten to mention anything? Idk ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Okay. Not much new art, but more story-related stuff for this post.
I want to try and dive into how Doey and Gabby's relationship is after the events of Chapter 4 because there's... Potential. For some good ol' angst.
Kissy is missing from this post but I'd like to develop stuff with her too, ESPECIALLY her non-verbal communication aspect. I think it'd be really interesting if both her and Gabby learned ASL together so that they could both understand each other better.
Gave Ava a sort of more fleshed out design. Then later realized I basically gave her one of my siblings personality and I think that's hilarious. And of course I'm gonna keep it that way.
Since Gabby is a self-insert per say, I've gotta make it work with the OG plot of the story since he's too young to be an ex-employee of the factory :'))) (he's also French like I am... Which could result in some funny moments imo lmao) (I also REALLY need to change his name because I don't want him to be named like me so I've gotta work on that too)

Originally, I only intended to draw bbi Catnap, but then I suddenly felt like drawing the other two and making it into a large, fully shaded picture. I'm actually really proud of how this turned out (especially mll), so this blog is getting a new banner.
