The drive to the location Toji sent you feels longer than it should. Maybe it’s because your mind is racing, or maybe it’s the late hour amplifying the stillness of the world outside. You pull into the dimly lit park, heart pounding, and spot him immediately—slouched on a bench, an empty whiskey bottle dangling precariously from his fingers. He looks utterly defeated, the sharp edges of his usual confidence dulled by whatever demons have led him here.
You step out of the car and approach cautiously. His head tilts slightly at the sound of your footsteps, but he doesn’t fully acknowledge you. Instead, he mumbles something incoherent, his words slurred.
“Toji.” Your voice is firm, sharper than you intended. “Get up. You’re coming with me. Your parents can‘t see you like this.“
He looks up at you with bleary eyes, his face flushed from alcohol. “Y-you came,” he slurs, his words tumbling over each other. “Missed you… swear I missed you. I’m sorry, okay? For everything. Just… I’m sorry.”
You don’t reply, don’t give him the satisfaction of even a hint of forgiveness right now. Instead, you focus on getting him upright, looping one of his heavy arms over your shoulders and guiding him to the car. His steps are unsteady, his weight pressing into you as he leans more than he should.
The entire drive back, he’s rambling. “You… you don’t get it,” he slurs, his head lolling back against the seat. “You think I’m just some… some asshole, huh? You hate me. I can’t… I hate me too, okay?” His words are fragmented but raw, the emotions behind them impossible to ignore.
You grip the steering wheel tighter, keeping your focus on the road. He keeps going, his voice breaking every now and then. “I never wanted to hurt you… never wanted to… God, you probably think I’m a piece of shit.”
You don’t respond. You just drive, his drunken words filling the silence.
When you finally reach your apartment, you manage to drag him inside. He’s heavier than he looks, and he isn’t exactly helping. As soon as you guide him into your room, he collapses onto your bed, sprawling across it like he owns the place.
“Toji, get up,” you say, exasperated.
“Nah,” he mutters, burying his face into your pillow. “This is… I’m good here.”
You roll your eyes, but there’s no real malice behind it. Instead, you sigh and kneel down, tugging his shoes off one by one. When you straighten up, his eyes are on you, glassy but sincere.
“You’re… too good,” he murmurs. “Too good for me. Always have been. Don’t deserve you… don’t deserve this.”
“Toji, just sleep,” you say, voice softer than before, despite your frustration.
He doesn’t listen. “I’m sorry,” he continues, his voice breaking. “For everything I said. For… all of it. You… you didn’t deserve that. Not you.”
Your chest tightens at his words, but you don’t respond. Instead, you awkwardly climb into bed beside him, keeping as much distance as possible.
“I mean it,” he mumbles, his voice barely above a whisper now. “You’re… you’re the only good thing. Always have been. I just… I ruin everything.”
Tears sting at your eyes, but you blink them away. “We’ll talk in the morning, Toji,” you whisper, your voice trembling.
He nods faintly, and before long, his breathing evens out. You lie awake for a while, your mind racing with everything he’s said.
When you wake, the sunlight streaming through the window, you’re wrapped in his arms. His grip is loose but firm enough to hold you in place. You tilt your head slightly, studying his face in the soft morning light. There’s a scar on his lip, jagged and slightly faded. It hits you, a memory he once let slip years ago—that his older brother, Jinichi, gave him that scar during a fight. What had struck you most then was how casually he’d mentioned it, as if it were normal.
The thought churns uneasily in your stomach. His parents never punished Jinichi for it, just like they never seemed to care about all the other ways they neglected him. No wonder he resented his family, always carrying that bitterness like a second skin.
You carefully extract yourself from his hold, slipping out of bed without waking him. After a quick trip to the kitchen, you return with a glass of water, some painkillers, and a simple breakfast.
To your surprise, he’s already awake when you walk in. He sits up slowly, rubbing his eyes, and you wordlessly hand him the plate.
“Thanks,” he mutters, his voice hoarse.
The two of you eat in silence, the tension in the room palpable.
When you finally break the quiet, your voice is steady but firm. “Do you want to talk about last night?”
He glances at you, then looks away, his fingers fidgeting with the edge of the blanket. “Yeah,” he says, barely audible.
You wait, giving him the space to speak.
“I’m sorry,” he finally says, his voice low. “For… everything. I ain’t good with this… this kinda shit, but… I know I fucked up. A lot.”
“You did,” you say, your voice soft but unyielding. “And I can’t just… pretend like everything’s okay now. You’ve hurt me, Toji. A lot more than you probably realize.”
He nods, still not meeting your eyes. “I know. And I ain’t expectin’ you to just… forgive me like that. But… I’m gonna make it right. However long it takes.”
You study him for a moment before nodding. “We can try… being friends. Maybe.”
His lips twitch into something that almost resembles a smile. “Yeah. Friends.”
Neither of you mentions the way you woke up tangled in each other’s arms.
As you clear the dishes, Toji sits back, lost in thought. In his mind, he recalls waking up in the middle of the night, your face illuminated by the moonlight. He remembers thinking how beautiful you looked, how peaceful.
Your full lips had been slightly parted as you slept, and his hand had rested lightly on your hip, almost as if it belonged there. He’d never noticed the softness of your skin before, but last night it had been impossible to ignore.
It hit him then, like a punch to the gut. You were… everything. Too good, too kind, too beautiful.

The dining room was tense, the air thick with unsaid words and resentments. Toji sat across the table from you, his head tilted slightly, eyes cast downward, focusing intently on the food on his plate. The clinking of silverware was the only noise cutting through the silence between you both. Your parents and his adoptive parents chatted away like old friends, their laughter and warm tones only emphasizing the heavy wall between you and him.
“Y/N, you barely touched your food,” your mom said, her voice cutting through your quiet frustration.
“I’m fine, Mom,” you said quickly, stabbing at a piece of broccoli just to stop her from asking again.
Toji’s mother, a kind woman with a perpetual smile, glanced at him. “And Toji, you’ve barely said two words all evening.”
Toji grunted, his usual noncommittal response, shoving another forkful of food into his mouth.
The parents exchanged looks but didn’t push. Soon enough, they excused themselves to enjoy the garden, leaving you and Toji to clean up the aftermath.
You immediately got up, stacking plates in silence. Toji did the same, moving with the kind of deliberate awkwardness that came when two people who desperately didn’t want to be near each other had no choice.
The sound of water running in the sink filled the void as you scrubbed at the dishes, refusing to look at him. Toji stood a few feet away, drying off a plate. He kept glancing at you, opening his mouth once, then shutting it again.
Finally, he sighed. “Look, I…”
You stiffened but didn’t turn around. “What?”
“I, uh…” He shifted uncomfortably, gripping the towel tighter. “I just wanted to say… I shouldn’t have said some of the stuff I said. At my place. It came out wrong.”
You froze for a moment before finally turning to face him. “Came out wrong?”
“Yeah,” he said, his tone defensive already. “Like, I didn’t mean all of it. Just some of it.”
“Just some of it?” you repeated, your voice rising as anger bubbled to the surface. You put the plate down, turning fully toward him. “Do you even hear yourself, Toji? Do you even care about what you said or did? Or is this just you trying to get rid of your guilt?”
His jaw clenched. “I ain’t tryin’ to get rid of nothin’. I just—”
“You just what?” you interrupted, your voice cracking. “You think you can say sorry, and it magically undoes all the years of hurt? All the shit you put me through? You think I’m just going to forget the way you humiliated me, ignored me, and treated me like I was nothing?”
Toji’s face hardened, though his eyes betrayed a flicker of guilt. “I didn’t mean to—”
“Didn’t mean to what, Toji? Didn’t mean to make me feel like I was less than human? Because congratulations, you did that perfectly.”
His fists clenched at his sides. “I wasn’t tryna make you feel like that. I just—look, I didn’t ask for you to be in my business when we were kids, okay? You were always actin’ like you could fix me or somethin’, like I was some damn charity case. That shit got under my skin!”
Your chest tightened as tears welled up in your eyes. “You think I was treating you like a charity case?” you asked quietly. “I just wanted to be your friend, Toji. I just wanted to help.”
“Well, I didn’t need it,” he snapped, his voice harsher than intended.
You let out a shaky breath, the tears falling freely now. “You know what? You’re right. You didn’t need it. And I didn’t need to spend years of my life caring about someone who couldn’t care less about me.”
Toji’s mouth opened as if to say something, but no words came out. He stood there, frozen, as you wiped at your face.
“I’m sorry for being pushy and overbearing back then,” you said, your voice trembling. “I’ll keep my distance from now on. You can have your space. Just stay out of mine, and maybe we can finally move past this.”
With that, you turned back to the sink, your hands trembling as you finished washing the last dish. Toji stood there, silent and motionless, as if struggling to find something—anything—to say.
But nothing came.
You placed the clean dishes on the rack, brushed past him without looking, and walked out into the garden to join your parents. Toji stayed in the kitchen, leaning against the counter, the weight of your words settling heavily on his shoulders.
When you reached the garden, you plastered on a smile, though your cheeks were still damp. Your parents took the cue to wrap things up quickly, and soon enough, you were leaving.
Toji didn’t come out to say goodbye.

The gym is practically empty when you step inside, save for one familiar figure leaning against the mats. Toji’s already there, gym bag at his feet, wrapped hands resting lazily over his broad chest. He looks up when you walk in, and the flat expression on his face makes it very clear he’s unimpressed.
“You’re late,” he says, his voice dry.
You glance at the clock. “I’m two minutes late.”
“Two minutes too long,” he shoots back, pushing off the mats. “What, couldn’t decide which outfit screams I’m useless the loudest?”
Your jaw drops. “Excuse me?”
Toji grins—a sharp, taunting curve of his lips. “What? I’m just making sure you’re ready for this. Doubt anyone’ll care what you look like when they’re tryna drag you into a van.”
“You are insufferable,” you mutter, dropping your bag onto the floor with a loud thud.
“And you’re two minutes into wasting my time,” he counters, motioning toward the center mat. “Start stretching, princess. I don’t wanna hear you whining when you pull something.”
Gritting your teeth, you sit down to stretch. Toji’s pacing in front of you, all broad strides and sharp glares, like he’s waiting for you to screw up already. “You’re hovering,” you say, annoyed.
“Making sure you don’t keel over mid-warmup.”
You shoot him a glare, but he just smirks and crouches down, watching you. Watching—as if he’s analyzing every movement. It’s both infuriating and unsettling.
“You done pretending you know what you’re doing?” he asks.
You straighten up, brushing your hair from your face. “I’m ready, coach.”
“Good,” Toji says, rising to his full height. “We’ll start with the basics—what to do if someone grabs you.” He steps forward, extending a hand. “I’ll grab your wrist. You try to get free.”
You eye him warily. “And if I can’t?”
“Then congratulations. You’d be kidnapped in five seconds flat.”
“Wow. Very motivating,” you deadpan.
He smirks. “Motivation’s for people who need hand-holding. You’re just here to survive.”
Before you can snap back, Toji grabs your wrist—firm, unyielding, but not enough to hurt. It’s a shock how easily his hand wraps around yours, like your bones could snap with just a flick of his fingers.
“Pull toward the thumb,” he instructs, voice curt. “Not the fingers. Thumb’s the weakest point.”
You yank experimentally, but his grip doesn’t budge. Toji doesn’t look the least bit phased. “You trying or just giving up already?”
“Give me a second!” you snap, tugging harder. You shift your weight and pull back the way he showed you, and to your surprise, his grip gives way.
Toji lets go, tilting his head with something that might be faint approval. “Huh. You’re not completely useless.”
“Oh my god, is that a compliment?”
“Don’t get used to it,” he says flatly, stepping back. “Again.”
You repeat the motion a few more times, each time smoother than the last. Toji keeps his commentary short, but it’s still sharp enough to grate on you.
“Quit overthinking. Your brain’s holding you back more than I am.”
“Don’t pull like you’re scared. You either get free or you don’t.”
“You call that fast? You’d be gone already.”
By the fifth time, you’re sweating and glaring daggers at him. “Do you have to be such a dick about this?”
Toji raises a brow, completely unfazed. “You want me to lie? Pat your head and tell you you’re doing great?”
“You could try not insulting me every five seconds,” you mutter under your breath.
“Where’s the fun in that?” he replies casually, and for the first time, you think you catch something almost playful in his voice.
He doesn’t give you a chance to respond before stepping behind you. “All right. New scenario. Someone grabs you from behind.”
You freeze. “Wait—from behind?”
“Yeah. Like this.”
Before you can react, his arm hooks loosely around your shoulders from behind. It’s not tight—he’s clearly not trying to hurt you—but the closeness throws you off balance. You stiffen, hyper-aware of how warm he feels and how close his voice is when he speaks.
“Relax,” he mutters. “You’re supposed to be learning, not freezing up.”
“Maybe I wouldn’t freeze if you warned me first,” you snap, trying to mask the nervous flutter in your stomach.
Toji huffs a low laugh. “Yeah, I’m sure kidnappers’ll give you a heads-up. Focus. Drop your weight, twist your hips, get out of my grip.”
You try to do what he says, but it’s clumsy—your weight’s off, and you can feel Toji roll his eyes behind you. “You’re not a statue. Move, dammit.”
“I’m trying!”
“Try harder.”
Frustrated, you shift your weight again, twist, and finally pull free, stumbling forward slightly. Toji watches you, arms crossed, expression unreadable. “Took you long enough,” he says, though his tone lacks real bite.
“That’s because you’re built like a damn brick wall,” you mutter, brushing yourself off.
Toji smirks faintly. “And whose fault is that? Yours for being weak, or mine for being me?”
You stare at him, incredulous. “You’re impossible.”
“And you’re predictable,” he fires back, turning to grab his water bottle. “Same time next week?”
You blink, surprised that he’s suggesting another session. “You want me to come back?”
Toji looks over his shoulder, a faint smirk on his lips. “You need it.”
“You’re the worst,” you mutter, though you can’t stop the small smile tugging at your mouth.
He shrugs. “Better me than someone who’ll actually hurt you.”
The words linger for a moment, heavier than his usual insults, and you’re not sure what to make of them. But before you can respond, Toji grabs his bag and heads for the door, tossing one last look at you over his shoulder.
“Try not to embarrass yourself next time.”
And just like that, he’s gone, leaving you standing alone on the mat, glaring after him—but this time, your frustration feels different. Because underneath it all, you know he’s right: you will be back next week.
And whether you admit it or not, a small part of you doesn’t mind.

You walk into the library and immediately spot Toji, who’s already at the table, arms crossed, staring at his phone. He doesn’t even look up as you sit down, his posture still relaxed like he owns the place.
“Bout time,” Toji muttered, not bothering to look up.
You didn’t respond, your fingers clicking away on the keyboard as you tried to focus on opening the project file.
After a beat, Toji leaned back and said, “What, you not talkin’ to me now?”
You finally looked up, your expression neutral. “Didn’t realize you wanted small talk.”
A smirk tugged at the corner of his lips, but there was something sharp behind it. “Didn’t realize you were the type to sulk. Or are you still mad about the other night?”
You blinked at him, confused for a second before his meaning hit you. “You mean at Gojo’s party?” you asked, voice flat.
Toji’s smirk deepened. “Yeah. Seemed like you and your boy had a real nice time.”
You frowned, already annoyed. “Gojo’s just a friend, Toji.”
“Sure,” he said, dragging out the word like he didn’t believe a single syllable of it. “Real friendly, huh? Touchin’ you, whisperin’ in your ear all night.”
You felt your irritation spike as you leaned forward, your eyes narrowing. “I’m not explaining myself to you. Gojo’s not my boyfriend. What I do or who I talk to has nothing to do with you.”
Toji leaned forward, resting his arms on the table. “Never said it did. Just funny, though.”
“What’s funny?” you snapped.
“That you’ve always been like this,” he said, his voice low and taunting. “Always needin’ attention, always makin’ sure people notice you. And now you’ve got Gojo all over you? Guess you really are his type.”
The way he said it, like it was some kind of insult, made your chest tighten. You sat up straighter, your hands gripping the edge of the table. “What the hell is your problem, Toji?”
His smirk didn’t waver, but his eyes sharpened. “Ain’t got one. Just callin’ it how I see it.”
That was the last straw. You slammed your laptop shut, the sound loud enough to make him blink.
“You’ve been a jerk to me for years,” you hissed, keeping your voice low despite the anger bubbling inside you. “Fifteen years, Toji. Fifteen years of you pushing me, mocking me, tearing me down every chance you get. And for what? What did I ever do to you? Huh?”
Toji’s expression faltered for the briefest second, but he quickly recovered, leaning back in his chair like your words didn’t faze him. “I don’t know,” he said with a shrug, his voice casual but his tone forced. “Maybe it’s ‘cause you act like you’re better than everyone. Like you’re so nice, so perfect, like you’re doin’ people a favor just by bein’ in the same room.”
Your jaw dropped. “You think I act like that?”
“Yeah,” he said bluntly, meeting your glare with one of his own. “Like every little thing you do’s for show. Like you’re playin’ charity to make yourself look good.”
You stared at him, stunned. “You really think that’s who I am?”
He didn’t answer, his jaw tight as he looked away.
For a moment, you couldn’t even speak. But then you took a deep breath and stood up, grabbing your bag.
“You know what, Toji? I’m done. I don’t care what you think about me. You wanna hate me, fine. But I’m not gonna sit here and take it anymore.”
He looked up at you, something unreadable flashing across his face.
“Here’s the deal,” you said firmly. “We’re working on this project together, but that’s it. I don’t wanna hear another insult or backhanded comment from you. We’re not kids anymore. Grow up, or I’ll do this project myself.”
Toji didn’t say anything as you sat back down, your hands trembling slightly as you reopened your laptop. The air between you was thick, tense, and for the first time, he looked almost… unsure.
Finally, he let out a sharp exhale and leaned forward again, his voice quieter but still rough around the edges. “Fine. No more bullshit.”
You glanced at him, your eyes narrowing. “You mean it?”
“Yeah,” he said, his tone clipped. “Whatever. Let’s just get this done.”
It wasn’t exactly an apology, and it definitely wasn’t a truce in the usual sense. But for now, it was enough.
As you started working, the tension began to fade, replaced by a tentative silence. Neither of you said anything for a while, but there was a strange sense of understanding settling between you.
For the first time in years, it felt like you weren’t fighting. Not entirely, anyway.
Chapter 4 - What he won’t say
Summary: You see him again on your first day of college. Fuck. Toji Zenin has been the bane of your existence since your first day of kindergarten. Over the 15 years you’ve had the “pleasure” of knowing him, he’s made it his personal mission to make your life a living hell. From chopping off your hair in kindergarten to pushing you into a pond on your first day of high school, Toji has done it all. You’d always thought he would choose a college far away from you, but as it has always been, fate came to kick your ass. Hard.
warnings: cursing, sexual language, mentions of bullying

“You look pissed already,” he said, dropping into the seat across from you. “Nice to know I haven’t lost my touch.”
“You’re three minutes late,” you snapped, pushing your laptop open. “Let’s just get this over with.”
Toji leaned back in his chair, completely ignoring your attempt to start. “Relax. I’m here, aren’t I?”
“Barely.”
“Damn, you’re wound up. This project really got you that stressed?” He grinned lazily, watching as you bristled.
“No,” you said through gritted teeth. “It’s you that stresses me out. Now focus. We’re doing the slides on how memes influence modern communication.”
“Sounds boring,” he muttered, pulling out his phone.
You snatched it off the table before he could unlock it. “Not today, Toji. You’re actually going to help for once.”
His eyes flicked up to meet yours, sharper than usual. “You’re lucky I’m even here,” he said, voice low.
“And you’re lucky I haven’t strangled you yet,” you shot back.
For a moment, neither of you said anything, the tension hanging in the air. Then, to your surprise, Toji’s lips twitched into a faint grin. “Alright, princess. Show me what you got.”
It wasn’t much, but it was something. You exhaled, dragging your laptop toward him.
The next hour passed surprisingly smoothly. Toji’s attitude was still there—rolling his eyes at your suggestions, tossing in sarcastic comments—but he actually contributed. He had ideas, sharp and clever ones, even if he acted like they weren’t a big deal.
“See? Was that so hard?” you said, leaning back once you’d saved your progress.
“Not as hard as dealing with you,” he replied, but his tone lacked its usual bite.
For the first time, you noticed he looked almost…relaxed. It was a strange sight, and you weren’t sure what to do with it.
“Same time tomorrow?” you asked cautiously.
“Depends,” he said, standing and throwing his bag over his shoulder.
“On what?”
“If your friend’s gonna be around,” he said, his smirk returning full force.
You groaned. “You’re impossible.”
“Yeah, but you’re still stuck with me.” He winked and walked off, leaving you to wonder if maybe—just maybe—working with Toji wouldn’t be the absolute nightmare you’d imagined.

Question
Should I do a smut-fic? I did like one or two on wattpad so it wouldn't be my first time???
But like, if I were to do one, what would you like to see? I'll probably just write like characters and pick the winning ones and then do another one of these to see like what you would like to see from that character
— if you were gojo's little sister

Part 2 out now!
“Why couldn’t I just get paired with someone else?” you whine as you throw your head back.
“Just be glad you didn’t end up with Gojo. I think Utahime is the real victim here.” Shoko says while exhaling a stream of smoke from her cigarette.
“But Utahime knows Gojo, I don’t know Geto that well. Something about him makes me nervous.” You admit.
Both Utahime and Shoko stare at you in shock and say, “Geto?”
You roll your eyes at their response. Yes, Geto. The calm, handsome soft spoken guy that sits two rows in front of you in Sociology. You two have only exchanged a few words but ultimately you don’t know each other. Now you’re expected to work as his partner for your class project. You two already arranged to meet up today at 12 and it has you shambles.
“He’s just as childish as Gojo but he hides it a lot better. He knows when to cool it.” Shoko says, putting out her cigarette.
“Exactly, Geto isn’t the obnoxious annoying type unless Gojo brings it out of him so you have nothing to worry about.” Utahime says.
You take a deep breath and say, “Alright, I’ll take both your words for it.”
“Good. You should probably get going, it’s 11:55. Don't want to be late.” Shoko says, looking at the time.
“Shit,” you say under your breath “You’re right. I’ll text you both after. Wish me luck.” You quickly grab your bag and throw it on your shoulder as you take off. You check your phone to remind yourself that you’re meeting him at the water fountain in the middle of the courtyard. You shoot him a quick text to let him know that you might be a few minutes late. He responds immediately saying, ‘no worries.’
You were sure that Geto was a nice person. He never gave you any reason to think that he wasn’t. You just couldn’t read him like you could read other people. He seems more complex and closed off than the average person you encounter, that’s what intimidates you. Hopefully your fears are nothing more than that.
Once you get to the courtyard, you spot him smoking near the fountain. He wore a loose fitting sweater and baggy pants. He sat on the edge of the fountain as he puffs out plums of smoke from his mouth. You slowly make your way over to him, waving as you get closer. He eventually locks eyes on you and smiles.
“Y/N right?” he says as he puts out his cigarette.
“Yeah.” You respond quickly.
“I’m Geto Suguru. It’s nice to officially meet you.” He holds out his hand in front of you, waiting for you to grab it.
You grab his hand and shake it saying, “Nice to meet you, Geto.”
“You have a firm handshake like a general.” He says in his usual soft voice.
You slowly take your hand out of his and say, “Okay?”
What the fuck does that mean and how do I even respond to that? You two stood in awkward silence as he held that closed mouth grin on his face.
“It seems like you're thinking hard about what I just said.” He interjects.
“No, not really. I’ve just never been compared to a general so soon in a conversation.” You say honestly.
He lets out a single laugh as he stands up. You knew he was tall but you didn't realize just how much he towers over you. He had to be at least 6’2.
“Well, it was a compliment.” He says as you both start walking. You weren’t sure where you guys were headed but you followed him.
You flash him a face of doubt and say, “Sure it was. Where are we headed?
“To get food. It’s time for lunch. While we eat we can discuss the topic of our project. Is that cool?” He asks.
“Yea, of course.” You say.
You began your walk to the food court. Geto was surprisingly easy to talk to. He asked you what your major was, why you chose school in Japan, and where you used to live before moving here. He seems like he wanted to know more about you. He questioned you the entire time it took to order the food.
“And what about you? What’s your major?” You ask him as you both take a seat at a table.
“Child Psychology and Development. I enjoy working with kids.” He says as he breaks his chopsticks.
“Really? I wouldn't have guessed that. That’s amazing, Geto. You’re going to make a great psychologist.”
Every feeling of intimidation you had for him melted away the more you got to know him. He was actually so sweet and kind…that is until Gojo arrives.
“Heeyyy, I know you. You’re the foreigner that’s in our Sociology class. Did you two get paired up together?” Gojo asks as he sits down at our table
“Yea, we did. My name is Y/N by the way, not the foreigner.” You snap.
Gojo smiles and says, “Yes ma’am. Miss. Y/N ma’am.”
He salutes to you which causes Geto to hold in his laugh. Great, that’s the second military comparison you've gotten in the last hour. You roll your eyes, pretending that it isn't funny. The joke itself was stupid but you did think it was funny how Gojo and Geto think and say similar things.
“Enough Satoru, don’t pick on her. She has to like me if we’re going to be partners.” Geto says as he stares at you.
“You already know that she likes you. The way she stares at you in class is a dead giveaway.” Gojo says as he too locks eyes on you.
They were putting you on the spot. Your heart began racing as they waited for you to say something. How does he even know that you stare at him? Does he watch you in class?
“That’s a bold assumption to make. How would you know that I stare at him? Are you staring at me during class?” You say turning the tables on the white haired man sitting before you.
Geto draws his attention on Gojo waiting for him to rebuttal. He just smiles and says, “I like this girl, Geto. You got lucky. I’m stuck working with Utahime and she’s no fun unless we’re drinking.” He pouts.
You three spend lunch together, talking about literally everything else but the project. Gojo is to blame for that. Even though no work got done, you were able to get a good sense of who they are. They were exactly how Utahime and Shoko described them but you felt another vibe from them. You couldn’t pinpoint exactly what it was but they both seemed very…forward towards you. Gojo left at some point in the conversation, leaving you and Geto alone again.
“Are you doing anything tomorrow tonight?” Geto asks, snapping you out contemplation.
“No, just studying. Why what's up?”
“You should come over to work on the project. Gojo will be at Utahime and Shoko’s place so he won't distract us.”
“Sure, I’ll be there. Should I bring anything?” You ask.
“Just yourself is fine.” He states.
“Okay, I’ll see you then. I’ve got to head to my next class.” You say as you grab your things from the table.
“Have fun. I’ll text you.” He says as he places his headphones on his ears. He waves at you as you make your way to the exit.
*******************************************************
After class, you immediately text Shoko and Utahime in a group chat.
You: hey…. Geto invited me to his place tomorrow night to work on the project and he said that he will text me????
Hime: text you???
Shoko: about what???
You: IDK!! If I'm coming over tomorrow to work on the project why would he need to text me?
Hime: I think Geto is interested in you…
Shoko: yea i second that, he’s not a big texter.
You couldn't believe the messages you were reading. It’s not that you don’t think Geto would find you attractive, it just seems like all of this was coming out of nowhere.
You: I don't know how to respond to this….
You lock your phone and put it in your pocket. In this moment, you had to be honest with yourself. Are you going to be able to control yourself when you go over to his place tomorrow? Gojo was correct about you staring at Geto in class. You did think he was hot, in fact you thought both of them were hot. But you made a promise to yourself that you weren’t getting involved with anymore fuckboys because you tend to get lost in the thrill of it. You love giving fuck boys a taste of their own medcine. You’d fuck them and ghost them just like they’ve done to countless of women. However, you didn’t want to play that game with either of the boys since they are friends with Shoko and Utahime. You weren’t looking to date either considering that you are just here for school.
“Y/N!! You on the way home?” You hear someone yell from behind you.
You turn around to see Gojo walking towards you.
“Yea, I’m done for today.” You answer.
“Sweet, me too. You like boba? I was just going to get some if you wanna tag along?.” he offers.
“Ooo, I love boba. How far is it?”
“It’s like a 20 minute walk away from here.”
“Okay sure! Let's go.”
You should have said no to him but it's too late to change your answer now. You start walking off campus with Gojo.
“Do you think Geto is hot? Be honest! I won’t tell him.” He interjects.
He’s so forward!
“You didn’t answer my question from earlier about you watching me in class. Until you answer that I’m not saying anything.”
“Alright, I’ll bite. I’m an observant guy. I see everything. I’ve even caught youlooking at me from time to time but that was in the beginning of the year. You stopped once you became friends with Shoko and Utahime. Why is that?” He says staring you down through his shades.
You’re caught. Everything he said is true. Out of respect for Shoko and Utahime, your little crush on them diminished. You don’t want them to think you had only become friends with them just to get to Gojo and Geto. But Gojo doesn’t need to know that.
“I thought you two seemed cool and I like the way you both dress. I can’t help but to stare if the fit goes hard.” You partially lie. Everyone knows you love fashion so this wasn’t a bad cover up.
“You sure about that?” He persists.
“Positive.” You stand 10 toes down.
“Well, Geto and I share a lot of things. So uh, don’t be nervous to ask us for anything.” He says with a sly look on his face. “Clothes and accessories, I mean.”
What the fuck is he getting at right now?
This was a cute fluff introduction for what is to come…. And let me just say yall are in for something cute lol

GETO
the house is still wrapped in early morning silence, the kind where the birds havent called yet. the kitchen smells like butter and maple syrup, and the only sound is the soft hum of getos voice.
hes at the stove, robe hanging loosely off only shoulder, hair tied back in that bun, messy and unfairly handsome.
and beneath that robe?
a small lump, his baby, tiny, wiggly, with two bare feet poking out.
shes hugging his leg, cheek smooshed against his tricep, thumb in mouth and hugging her stuffed bunny to her belly, eye fluttering.
geto stirs pancake batter with one hand, preparing the pan with the other.
you peek into the kitchen, still in pajamas.
“shes under your robe again..” you mumble sleeply.
“mm.” he doesnt look up. “yeah.”
“why are you cooking with a baby under your robe..”
“she crawled in” he replies, droppjng the butter jn the pan. “i didnt ask questions.”
you raise an eyebrow. “youre not going to take her out?”
“shes fine, shes warm, shes not crying.” he shrugs. “im multitasking.”
a sleepy squeak comes from under his robe, followed by the softest little “dada” as she wiggles a bit.
he glances down, pulls up the robe just slightly. “you good in there, kiddo?” a muffled sigh answers him.
“shes good,” he confirms.
you try to act unimpressed, but your heart is gone. melt. you walk over and wrap your arms around his waist.
“she loves you so much,” you murmur.
“mhm.” he leans down to kiss your temple. “im warm. i feed her. im shaped like a blanket. what not to love?”
the pancake sizzles softly in the pan. your daughter shifts a little under his robe, safe and sound and not planning on moving.
geto just stirs the batter like hes done this a thousand times. like this — baby under robe, you on his hip, quiet morning light— is exactly where he was always meant to be.,
SHOKO
the first rays of sunlight shined in your room though the half opened blinds. you shifted slightly, trying not to disturb the bundle curled against your chest.
your daughter, barely six months, let out a sleeply sugh and snuggled closer
you dont remember falling asleep with her on your chest, or sleeping with a blanket on. but you had a idea of who was responsible.
footsteps padded quietly into the living room, and you smiled before even looking at who it was.
“you were asleep for like 5 years.” shoko said, her voice amused as she makes her way to the couch. she was in one of your sweaters andher shorts with a mug in her hand. “i put her there while i made breakfast for you.”
“little brat, she didnt stop crying at 5am.” (sho)
“dont be mean, she takes after yo.u” (yn)
“i, for the record, have never woken you up at 5am.” (sho)
“right.” (yn)
she rolled her eyes but doesnt argue. she leans over to kiss your cheek, then the top of the babys head,
“wanna switch? breakfast is on the table.” (sho)
“cant believe you cooked.” (yn)
“i ordered them, but i plated them nicely.” (sho)
you giggle, trying not to wake the baby. she stirred, then slowly blinked up at shoko with sleepy eyes.
“morning.” shoko whispered, her voice suddenly higher pitched and sweeter.
she scooped the baby from your arms with esse, cradling her.
the little one grabbed her hoodie, babbling nonsense, staining shokos clothes with spit in the process.
“shes already messy” shoko said.
“shell fit right in then,” you said, stretching your arms as you stood.
there wasnt any chaos this morning. no cursed spirits, mo sorcery politics. just soft footsteps in a quiet home, a baby giggling kn shokos arms, and ihop in the kitchen.
you kiss shokos lips as you passed by. “thanks for letting me sleep in”
“anytime” she murmured. “weve got all the time in the world now.”
GOJO
the sound of splashing water and giggles drifted frlm the bathrlom, drawing satoru like mouth to flame. he already had a camera in his hand, he had grabbed it on instinct the second he heard you two laughing.
he stopped in the doorway, heart squeezing at the adorable sight.
you were in the bathtub, hair in a messy bun, shoulders glistening from the water, and steam coming from the bathwater. and in your lap was his baby girl, her soft hair sticking up in every direction, cheeks round and pink, her tiny hands smacking the water.
“thats just not fair, you guys are sooo cute!” he whispered with a gron.
you glace up “satoru? is that your camera, again?
“uh huh” he said “you think i would miss this? im documenting everything.”
you let out a breathy laugh. “your not taking pictures of me in the bath”
“i absolutely am, you look like an ethereal goddess. this is gonna go in the family album, smile!”
before you could respond, your daughter squealed with a gummy smile, reaching toward him with slippery hands. water sloshed over the sides of the tub.
satoru melted on the spot.
“i mean come on,” he said, lifting the camera. “look at her. look at you. how am i supposed to not take pictures?”
he snapped a picture as you tried (and failed) to hide your face behind the baby. it came out a little blurry, a little crooked, but perfect all the same.
“alright, just one more,” he said softly, crouching down. “smile for daddy!.”
you didnt try to hide this time. you looked at him—hair damp, arm wrapped around your daughter, love written all over your face—and he pressed the shutter. click!
he lowered the camera. “im the luckiest guy in the world.”
you smiled. “we know.”
you daughter babbled something and slapped her hand against the water again, splashing both satoru.
he blinked, water dripping down his cheek. “how rude.”
you giggle. “thats what you get.”
satoru huffed, pulling off his shirt. “fine. guess im joining in.”
he climbed into the tub with the two of you.
the camera was forgotten on the bathmat.
though the picture was added to the family album.

・Gojo and Geto’s lore/jobs are HEAVILY inspired by this one headcannon/drabble i saw about gojo accidentally becoming an influencer-and it kills me that i dont remember who wrote it
・Amanai is actually yn’s cousin, not too closely related but they met eachother at a family gathering one time and have been joined at the hip since-and yes they DO call eachother before a gathering to make sure the other is going
