OK I have a
hazbin hotel theory
not 100% on the theory because it’s too early in the season to know and the series just started like a week ago but this has been in my head for a while so what if vaggie
Is like a undercover angel that was sent down to learn about the demon to help the other angels kill demons,
more efficiently and to spy on Charlie to make sure she wasn’t getting any bright ideas about fighting the
angels I mean, we basically know nothing about
vaggie and to me she doesn’t look like any other demons and the fact to me, she looks more like the executioners so I think this theory is entirely plausible and we don’t know how or where she even met Charlie but realistically, I don’t think that vaggie would hurt Charlie if it came down to my theory being right or not

When Alastor begrudgingly tells Charlie and Vaggie about the deal he's been tangled up in, they ask him how it had happened.
"Why, I was apparently very desperate in my last life! Now it's me who has to pay the price!"
Charlie gives him a very confused look, "You mean, when you were alive?"
What a hilarious misunderstanding! "Oh no darling, I mean in a past life! Reincarnation! Who knew deals from a past life could follow you into the next? Certainly not me!"
Charlie still looked confused. It was Vaggie, staring at him like he'd said something peculiar, who said, "There's no such thing as reincarnation, that's just a myth humans made."
Well, he had a very irksome leash caging him down that said otherwise.

Eve was bored. Heaven's wonders could only entertain her for so long. And she was sick of the pity and condescension.
For all that Lucifer was damned to the hell he created for his actions, he at least had Lilith with him to bare the burden.
She was not so lucky. Adam would sooner die a second death than take accountability. And the angels regarded her alone with mixed pity and suspicion.
Adam thrived in heaven, but it stifled her like nothing else. Eternal peace was stagnant; she missed Earth and eagerly watched the planet and her descendents antics with curiosity.
It was her who first put forth the idea of reincarnation. But Sera, bewildered by her desire to leave heaven and wary of having her alive after her first fuckup (honestly, eat one fruit and they never let you forget it!), dismissed her.
It was just her luck that Adam, who ran his mouth faster than his brain could keep up, bragged about getting the Seraphim to agree to his yearly hell extermination where her request had been rejected.
And wasn't it just grand that it was supposed to be a secret? Wouldn't it be a shame for that to get out, right, Sera?
Her reincarnation request was approved. She was the first and only soul to be granted this. Per her request, heaven would be barred from viewing or interfering with her new life.
And it was wonderful! They had a new life, a new name, a new gender! And no one to hold them back and say 'remember the apple, Eve?'
Then they died. And back to heaven they went, unknowing of their past life as Eve. Until Sera accousted them before they'd even made it through the gate.
Sera conjured a glowing white apple and offered it to them. Their curiosity had followed them to this next life so they accepted and the Seraphim smiled sardonically and said, 'Welcome back Eve.'
But they. weren't. EVE! Not anymore. Or at least they were not JUST eve.
But being the only soul to reincarnate, the angels just didn't understand that. Nor would Sera care to, she allowed Adam and Eve's requests only if she could ignore the consequences.
The human who once was Eve, decided to reincarnate again. Anything to escape their dreary eternity in heaven.
And then he died. And Sera offered him the apple, said, 'Welcome back Eve' and on and on the cycle continued.
He tried to lead his next few lifetimes into sin, maybe in hell they'd get at least some of the excitement she'd loved from Earth.
She had no clue how she kept getting into heaven. Over the course of several different lives, they'd committed all sorts of sins. And yet it never stuck.
So they struck a deal, and in his next life, she finally got what she'd been craving.
Eternal Entertainment.

I'm still surprised people still believed they were best friends, like if you see the official merch designs with the 2 of them its very obvious. But regardless, love the wlw romance, their dynamic is so sweet and wonderful. Cant wait to see all the fan work that comes out of this :D
CHARLIE CALLED VAGGIE HER GIRLFRIEND, WE FINALLY FOUGHT OFF THE BEST FRIEND ALLEGATIONS
One thing I saw people like contantly complain about when Vaggie was revealed to be a fallen angel was that it was to predictable.
Which first of all it wasn't people would be essentially virtually fistfighting over this
And second of all to me it signifies good writing why? Because that means that there were building blocks for the theory and in fact we were kinda wrong given one of the main arguments (not the only one but people were using this alot) was her eye and as shown in the show that was from sparring a sinner most exorcists have both eyes. Something I fear is that I feel like this same thing will happen if Alastor does end up on Liliths leash but once again I think thats good writing as it prooves that the evidence is there and that this isnt coming from nowhere with zero proof. It also makes the fandom more alive and I think its better if a fandom is able to get things right as its really gratifying.
anyways I just felt I should mention this cause so many people were pissed and criticizing that when if you’re gonna critizice the show (which is very much allowed and fair there are parts that need working on) do it for something actually important.
Can we talk about the fact that Vaggies backstory/falling in love with Charlie is just a really, really fucked up version of little miss perfect?

Alastor is aroace and agender but he does not know it he has no clue what ANY of those words mean
Rosie actually knows that Alastor is all of those but to fuck with him she doesn’t tell him however she will from time to time call him one of those (for example when she says she knows Alastor is an ace in the hole)
Alastor and Rosie are in a qpr!
Velvette and Vox are besties they will gossip about everyone and everything
Velvette is a non-binary lesbian who uses she/her
EVERYONE in hell assume that the vees are a polycule and for the chaos they never correct anyone
Velvette barely tolerates Valentino and would like to beat the shit out of him at any given time
Ok I have to restrain myself with Velvette so last one even though Vox has beef with Alastor to everyone’s shock she hangs out with him every once and a while over some tea
Lute is aroace but she and Adam are « dating » bc people kept asking Lute out would never take no for an answer and it was making her uncomfortable
Despite everything Adam does care for Lute and is a good friend towards her hence why he agreed to the fake dating plan
Vaggie before getting her wings back would get HORRIBLE phantom pain from them and whenever Charlie would ask what was up she would always dodge the questions and Charlie wanting to respect her gfs boundaries wouldn’t push to much
Vaggies love language is acts of service and Charlie’s is physical touch
Charlie ADORES Vaggies wings she thinks they make her gf even more gorgeous then she already is
Vaggie is actually insecure of her wings as they remind her of a past she’s rather forget but Charlie fawning over them does make her like her wings a bit more
If Charlie is cold Vaggie will use her wings to make her warmer
After the battle against the exorcist Vaggie went back to thank Carmilla for her help and the two got to talking and ended bonding now they meet weekly at Carmillas to practice battle together (the both enjoy it greatly) and sometimes it leads to Vaggie staying for dinner
Carmilla Carmine is essentially Vaggies mom/mentor
Vaggie bonded with Carmillas daughters and they see eachother as sisters
Charlie will sometimes head over to cannibal town to give Rosie a visit and she now calls Rosie Auntie all the time
Vaggie brought Charlie to meet Carmilla and Charlie brought Vaggie to meet Rosie (both were super nervous to meet each others respective mom/aunt figure worried they wouldn’t approve)
Husk and Cherri used to hate eachother but after Angel forced them to hang out they grew to like eachother in a I hate u and hope u die/affectionate type of way
Angel does Cherris hair and I will not elaborate
Angel can’t cook for shit and almost set the hotel on fire many times (he’s now banned from the kitchen)
Vaggie however is a great chef!
Husk taught all the members of the hotel who didn’t already know how to play poker, poker
The hotel guests now have game night which is usually the entire cast struggling while Alastor, Husk and Vaggie sweep and have a rivalry between themselves the others are trying tho!
Alastor also taught the residents chess
Nifty eats the pieces
Im not elaborating on that last one
Vaggie and Angel actually like one another (PLATONICALLY) even considering one another one of their closest friends but neither would ever admit it out loud
Alright now that that's said Angel and Vaggie have mini cooking lessons in secret (WITHOUT ANY FIRE for safety reasons ofc) so Angel can make food for his friends
Lucifer and Vaggie actually bonded a lot especially given both are fallen angels
When Lucifer found out why Vaggie was cast out and how Vaggie had to physically restrain him from (somehow don’t question how he'd even be able to get to heaven to do it) beating the shit out of Lute
Shickingly Lucifer, nifty and Husk are friends and hang out
in fact Lucifer knew Husk before the hotel and had already grown fond of him
Sir Pentious and Charlie are besties
Charlie was the first person who Sir Pentious actually told he liked Cherri (the others still knew but like he actually told Charlie)
Sir Pentious makes Alastor babysit the egg bois after the outing he had with them a while back
Sir Pentious does like Emily but she kinda makes him sad as she reminds him so much of Charlie and he cant see her anymore given she's currently in hell
Razzle was always super attached to Charlie but Dazzle wierdly enough got super attached to Vaggie making her even angrier with Lute when she killed him
Imma end the hcs here cause this is already a shit tone lol
were gonna be here a minute but imma try to explain with no spoilers (I hope)
so first picture a disney princess. Now put her in hell and thats how u get our main character Charlie. Charlie is daughter of Lucifer (ya this show is like based but also completely diff from the bible sp if that makes you uncomfortable I dont suggest it) and Lilith. Shes an idealist and sees the good in everyone. So when something such as the yearly extermination exists (aka when angels called exorcists come down to kill the sould in hell for overpopulation) shes gonna wanna stop it. So she comes up with a (hopefully) solution a place to redeem sinners!( So the hazbin hotel) However people are doubtful cause you know no one has actually ever been redeemed so ya.
Shes not alone in this endevor ( is that how u spell that idk man) she has her gf Vaggie! Vaggie is alot more grounded then Charlie is the two are basically the incarnation of grumpy x sunshine. As well unlike Charlie Vaggie is not hellborn. Vaggie however despite her grumpiness does genuinely believe in Charlies dream and will try her best to help her acheive it.
Then we have Angeldust. Hes a the first and only sinner whos staying at the hotel. He doesnt believe in redemption but hey their letting him stay there rent free so he does not care. Imma just say now Angel has ALOT of trauma he needs to process and his strategy is essentially self destruction, sex jokes, and pissing off Vaggie (a common trend among the cast lol). Angels honestly a fun chracter and deserved fan fav. He is also a drug addict just like his name indicates. Oh and hes a pornstar forgot to mention that part lol.
Next up is Alastor hes a but of a special case. He is a sinner but an EXTREMELY powerful one. Hes known as the radio demon for reasons... hes also an overlord ( hells has like a classification system btw that from most powerful to least goes Lucifer, Lilith and Charlie, the seven deadly sins, the ars goetia, overlords, sinners, hellborn and imps and hell hounds who are also hellborn but like lower and there are seven rings of hell (each sin has one ring of hell) but Hazbin is focused on the pride ring ruled by lucifer populated but the sinners and overlords the rest of hell is tackled in Hazbins sister show Helluva boss which is fully on youtube unlike hazbin and is a banger). Alastor is a chracter with even were the series is currently not even just at the beggining is a chracter shrowded in mystery. Hes also like most likely not a good dude in the slightest. He never frowns he will always be seen with a smile on his face no matter what hes feeling inside. He also like co-owns the hotel with Charlie. Why is he helping you ask? Well sheer absolute boredoom essentially hes here for a laugh. Oh and as mentioned with Angeldust he also likes to annoy the shit out of Vaggie shes essentially his punching bag lol.
Alright then we have Husk also a sinner but he is NOT here by his free will. Alastor owns his soul (how he got it u gotta watch the show cause im not spoiling shit) and forced him to be here. Hes the bartender and very very grumpy constantly. As said during the pilot he "lost the ability to love years ago". Hes also a alchohlic and gambling addict.
Last but notleast is the psycho, bad boy lover and clean freak Nifty. Nifty is like the majority of the cast a sinner. And just like Husk she is forced to be here but unlike Husk she doesnt really mind. She also is at war with bugs lol. Shes special to say the least but meh I love her.
Now thats the main cast there are more chracters in the show and another chracter who i hesitated adding but these are the guys in the pilot (which is on youtube if you feel like watching it and u gotta watc( the pilot first the the actual show on prime if u have it there are obvi other ways to watch it but im not risking it). This show is also very much and adult show dont get tricked by its exterior it is catered towards adults if your a minor watch it if u want just be warned its most episodes at least 16+ and there are some trigger warnings such as abuse and rape. There is currently one season out of eight episodes pf 20 mins each so there are some pacing issues but its still a great show nonetheless. Its not for everyone but its a show i love and cherish so ya. Oh and fun fact the only straight chracter in the main cast is Nifty! (Charlie is bi, Vaggie is a lesbian, Angel is gay (mlm), Alastor is asexual and Husk is pan!)
