🌧️ Szepasszony is a beautiful Hungarian fairy, clad in a white rob, with long golden hair. She dances in rainstorms and showers of hail; she casts a spell through rainwater, dripping from the caves to make a puddle on the ground- she then has power over anyone who steps into this puddle, Szepasszony is seductive, and not always benevolent.

🌧️ She is a powerful sprite, who delights in the energies of storms. However, each rainstorm brings a host of elemental sprites in the air within and surrounding the storm. It is a shame to shrink from contact with the rain, for raindrops can awaken your spirit and refresh your soul.

🌧️ Rainbows are much associated with fairies. It is at the end of the rainbow that the Leprechaun most often hides his pot of gold. The rainbow is a bridge to the Otherworld, from where the rain fairies come. The Norse people call the rainbow Bifrost, and said that it was a route to Asgard, the home of the gods.

🌧️  Rain not only makes the plants grow, but also brings more subtle blessings. Welcome the rain fairies, and let them wash clean your life.

🌧️🧚 SPELL TO ATTRACT A WIND SPRITE 🌧️🧚

Method: You will need windchimes and some ribbon. Windchimes of bamboo will invite a gentle, thoughtful sprite who will encourage reflection. Crystal chimes will attract a highly evolved sprite to help you achieve greater detachment. Metal chimes will attract a creative sprite who can help you achieve change.

Choose a breezy day and hang your windchimes securely in an open window. Close your eyes and visualize the gifts you want from your sprite.

Lean out the window slightly so the breeze blows on your face and say: “Wind sprite flying light and high, I call to you, draw nigh, draw nigh. My chimes a home for you shall be ever welcome,ever free”.

Listen for a special tinkle from your windchimes to tell you your sprite has arrived. Welcome this being by tying the ribbon to the upper string of the chimes, being very careful not to restrict their swaying and tinkling. Thank your sprite for being present. Whenever you feel in need of gifts from the wind sprites, stir your chimes and let a fresh breeze blow into your heart and mind.

🌄Morning Witchcraft☀️: how to connect to the elements

These are some of my tips for connecting to the elements in the morning before school, work, busy days, or just a day at home. It’s also handy for witches like me who prefer to work in the morning and daytime 🌞

☁️Air-

💨wake up at dawn if you can (dawn is the time that correspondes with air)

💨pick a perfume that correspondes with your intent for the rest of the day

💨listen to some music to set intent for the day and energize yourself

💨get some fresh air and let the crisp morning air invigorate and center you

💨light incense that correspondences with your intent of the day

💨enjoy the morning bird chirping

💨do a daily divination reading to get a feel for what to expect for the rest of the day

💨incorporate almonds, honey, strong scented herbs like dill, or eggs in your breakfast

Water🌊-

💧have a cup of tea or some water when you wake up

💧take a shower or bath and let it cleanse you

💧take a morning swim if you can

💧moisturize with lotion that correspondes with your intent for the day

💧make a water bottle of infused water (with the herbs/fruits of your intent) to carry around and keep you hydrated for the day

🔥Fiery Souls: Salamanders🔥

🔥 Have you ever watched a fire burn and noticed strange shapes curling in the flames? These are magical salamanders dancing for you. Small and dragon-like, these beings breathe flames from their tiny mouths.

🔥 Salamanders also live in the glow of a candle, the spark in hot coals, lightening bolts, sunsets and rays of sunlight. Kitchens are also sacred to them.

🔥 They have a high energy and are spontaneous creatures. Unable to be tamed, salamanders are courageous, fierce and loyal to those who call on them. If you want to feel their presence nearby, try cooking. Ask them to bless your dinner or offer them a piece of coal at your next barbecue.

🔥 When you need a pick-me-up invoke their power by visualising a warming flame coursing through your body. You can also work with them when you need to reignite your sense of passion, vitality, joy or community spirit. They’re useful guides to help bring families closer together, and can offer comfort whenever you are feeling lonely.

🔥 FIRE FAIRIES 🔥

☀️ Fire fairies ride on the sunbeams, and you may glimpse them wherever a ray pierces through the clouds. They absorb solar energy, which sustains them through winter. However, the best way to meet the fire spirits is to kindle and tend a fire.

☀️ If you have an open hearth, you need look no further, for deep within the glowing embers you will see “fire pictures” that will tell you about the salamanders. Sit before the flames and let yourself feel drowsy and relaxed. Soon you will be aware of the fire spirits coiling within the glow or dancing in the sparks. If a spark jumps out at toward you, that is a fire spirit making its presence felt.

☀️ Outside, bonfires are fantastic fire spirit haunts. Chimeneas (Mexican pottery hearths) and fire bowls are readily available, and make the creation of fire easy in any garden. Fireworks are the very essence of salamanders, which flock around and within them. Remember to take care when looking for them though.

☀️ To make friend with salamanders, show respect for their Element. Avoid using a microwave- it is an insult! Cook with gas, at the very least, and wherever possible with live coal. Fire sprites appreciate a hearty barbecue ! Learn to make fire the old way, by striking wood or using a tinder box, so that you tease the fire from the interior of the wood and the salamanders flash into being. Fire spirits are also attracted by wild and sensuous music. A simple candle, is an invitation to them, and tiny sprites dance in each candle flame.

☀️ As with all fairies, fire spirits reward interest, respect and genuine attempt to tune into their way of being. Look for a glint, a flash, a patch of bright color. Maybe a firefly will pass or, at night, your path will be blessed with enchanting glow-worms. Fire spirits may also leave gold- anything red, orange, or yellow, or arrow shaped. Treasure it, and it will light your days.

Please, stop forgetting we are of nature.

And I laughed so much when I saw your astrology masterlist because the concepts that are so difficult for me to learn are under a heading called "The Basics" 😁 I felt bad for myself at first till I actually read them and saw that you did make them very simple to utilise. My question is do you have any advise for people who have very good placements and aspects? I'm somehow afraid I'll waste them ❣

Having a Good or Bad Natal Chart

Technically, there are no good or bad placements and aspects, because there are no good or bad planets to be placed and aspected.

The most feared ones, Mars, Pluto and Saturn, actually bestow some of the best gifts. Mars gives confidence, Pluto gives power, and Saturn gives fortitude.

Placements and aspects are better categorized as easy and hard.

Pluto in the First House, for example, is an easy placement. The First House is about valuing yourself, and Pluto is about empowering yourself. There is no clash. It creates people with great self-esteem.

While Neptune in Libra in the Seventh House is a hard placement. Because Neptune is kind, Libra likes harmony, and the Seventh House is all about other people. It creates individuals who are pushovers.

As for aspects, trines and sextiles are easy; squares and oppositions are hard; and conjunctions can be either, depending on the planets involved.

It is people who have hard placements and aspects that need to scrutinize those facets to make sure they rise above them.

Mars in Libra, for example, has a reputation for being a cheater. And whether your faith calls it karma, revenge, or the natural order of things, people who cheat eventually get punished. So those who have this placement should closely watch their actions, to avoid divine retribution.

And Jupiter square Saturn tends to have their luck cut short in just about any situation. So those who have this aspect should always devise a Plan B, C and D, to ensure that things still work out for them in the end.

But for people who have easy placements and aspects, you do not have to do anything. Except follow your heart, as cheesy as that sounds.

Because the benefits of your easy placements have been installed inside of you. Like a GPS that is always pointing you to the right direction.

The only thing I can advise is regular meditation. It is you yourself who can take you to your intended destination.
