I made myself a flower crown today and I wanted to share it with you all. Flower Crowns are really awesome, and everyone deserves one.
I used the Weaving method, detailed below in the link provided! Here's a visual guide as well, if you're a visual learner like myself.

So. You’ve covered the basics. You know what every kind of ritual tool does, you understand all the terms that seemed alien to you before and you think you’re finally starting to get a feel for this witchcraft thing. You’re not a baby witch anymore, but… where to from here? Making the move from beginner witch to intermediate witch is a lot more difficult than it seems, purely because resources aimed at intermediate witchcraft are few and far between. But there’s a good reason for that.
There are general rules and ideas that can be applied across all of witchcraft. There’s so much to learn from other witches, but your greatest teacher will always be yourself. There is a reason witchcraft is so customisable to the individual: some things just work better for certain people. Not to mention pretty much every magick practice in history was developed by witches using their intuition! Because of this, it’s hard to create resources that tell somehow how to go from a beginner to an intermediate. However, they do exist! You’ll just find that most of them will act as prompts or scaffolds. They’ll instruct you on how to figure things out for yourself.
This next stage of your craft will involve a lot of introspection, and a lot of trusting your gut. It’s the reason you learnt all that baby witch stuff in the first place. This is where most of the personal growth happens. It can be scary, but it’ll also be magical. It’ll be a while before you actually qualify as an ‘intermediate witch’, and there’s no shame in that. The process of moving from beginner to intermediate is one that can take years, simply because witchcraft is such a deep and complex art. I myself definitely wouldn’t identify as a baby witch, but I’m still a beginner in many aspects despite having been a witch for years.
Without further ado, I present to you witchcraft 102.

ORGANISATION
When reading through information, I recommend taking notes on the content, as well as your thoughts on it. Do you notice any connections to other texts or ideas? Do you have any questions you’d like to follow up? This will not only help you remember the information, but encourage you to look at it critically and see the bigger picture. Here is an example of my personal note-taking scaffold which includes some of the notes I took a while ago. I adapted it from the Cornell notes system based on my personal needs.
At TechnoCoven, a recent online witchcraft convention, there was an hour-long panel about planning in witchcraft called Spirit Papers. Here is a link to the recording. It goes over different organisation systems, notebooks, etc.

What is an annotated bibliography?
I would highly recommend setting aside a specific time every day to study witchcraft. This way, you will be improving your craft every day. Even if you only set aside half an hour, you will be doing three and a half hours of study a week. An hour a day totals to seven hours a week. If you can’t find a specific time every day, then find a specific time every week. 6pm-8pm on Tuesday and Saturday, for example, or reserve all of Sunday afternoon. This structure obviously isn’t compulsory, but with it you will advance at a much quicker pace and probably find your craft more fulfilling.
You should definitely have a grimoire already, but if you don’t, get one. It can be on paper or online, if you’d prefer. OneNote, Evernote, Microsoft Word and Google Docs are all viable digital options. You probably have lots of loose information lying around, whether its physical, in note form or on your Tumblr blog. Categorise it and order it. Then go through it. Document the important and useful parts in your grimoire.

🌧️ Szepasszony is a beautiful Hungarian fairy, clad in a white rob, with long golden hair. She dances in rainstorms and showers of hail; she casts a spell through rainwater, dripping from the caves to make a puddle on the ground- she then has power over anyone who steps into this puddle, Szepasszony is seductive, and not always benevolent.
🌧️ She is a powerful sprite, who delights in the energies of storms. However, each rainstorm brings a host of elemental sprites in the air within and surrounding the storm. It is a shame to shrink from contact with the rain, for raindrops can awaken your spirit and refresh your soul.
🌧️ Rainbows are much associated with fairies. It is at the end of the rainbow that the Leprechaun most often hides his pot of gold. The rainbow is a bridge to the Otherworld, from where the rain fairies come. The Norse people call the rainbow Bifrost, and said that it was a route to Asgard, the home of the gods.
🌧️ Rain not only makes the plants grow, but also brings more subtle blessings. Welcome the rain fairies, and let them wash clean your life.
Method: You will need windchimes and some ribbon. Windchimes of bamboo will invite a gentle, thoughtful sprite who will encourage reflection. Crystal chimes will attract a highly evolved sprite to help you achieve greater detachment. Metal chimes will attract a creative sprite who can help you achieve change.
Choose a breezy day and hang your windchimes securely in an open window. Close your eyes and visualize the gifts you want from your sprite.
Lean out the window slightly so the breeze blows on your face and say: “Wind sprite flying light and high, I call to you, draw nigh, draw nigh. My chimes a home for you shall be ever welcome, ever free”.
Listen for a special tinkle from your windchimes to tell you your sprite has arrived. Welcome this being by tying the ribbon to the upper string of the chimes, being very careful not to restrict their swaying and tinkling. Thank your sprite for being present. Whenever you feel in need of gifts from the wind sprites, stir your chimes and let a fresh breeze blow into your heart and mind.

So for me cleaning in and of itself is a ritual. Cleaning my home is how I destress and organize my life, and how I help good energy flow into my home. For me clean counters are as important to my craft as Sage. So hear are a small list of things I do when cleansing my home.
🌱First things first. Open the GD windows. You have no idea how awful the stale air in your home is until you let some fresh air in. Especially if you live in a small apartment like I do. You’d be amazed how quickly that alone can lift the bad energy in your home. 🌱I wipe down my counters and such with those little wet wipe cleaning things. When I buy them I add a tiny drop of Frankincense essential oil and orange blossom essential oil to them and shake them up (I buy the none scented ones so that it doesn’t get all weird smelling) 🌱Same goes for floor cleaner. Add a small drop of whatever cleansing oil you like to clean your laminate or tiles floors. DO NOT ADD ANYTHING WHEN CLEANING REAL HARD WOOD. If you have real hard wood floors adding oils to your hard wood floor cleaner can mess with the ph and screw up your floors 🌱Put some moon water in your oil diffuser while you’re cleaning to help balance out the energy in your house 🌱Sprinkle some salt in the carpet right before you vacuum it up to pull up those bad vibes as well as the gross stuff in your carpets. 🌱Tidy up your altar. I don’t know about you but for me I could have a perfectly clean room and if my altar is a little cluttered then the room doesn’t feel clean. Making sure my tools are put away and my offering dish is clean is important. 🌱When sweeping, sweep the dust out the front door if you can. (Don’t sweep like, trash or anything out). 🌱Once everything is clean and fresh light some incense. I normally choose clove or vanilla to make my apartment feel cozy
☽ When a spoon falls to the ground it's a sign of visitors.
Small spoon then the visitor is either a child or naive.
Soup spoon then get ready for a hole family
Serving spoon the someone very important is coming
☽ The way that it falls is also important.
Facing up is a good omen
Facing down means that they bring disagreements
Sideways means they bring a surprise
