This!!!!! I wish I could shove this in my stupid bosses' faces!!!!!!! 😤

you spend so much of your life fucking suicidal and at the end of the day you're just supposed to not die. you lie on the bed and all you can think about is dying and you're just not supposed to do it. imagine having the kind of energy inside you it takes to want to kill yourself, and you're just supposed to let it dissipate. let it melt into the fucking sheets. you can't keep doing that without losing a little of your mind in the process.

actually they literally took me asside the other day gave me the classic speal of you can only control what you can control and we know your going through alot then they do a 180 and tell me that despite all that i have to act ok infront of my coworkers because its “setting a bad example” you know my mental heath and mind deteriorating in front of them and not being able to mask is unprofessional they said my wanting to die and debilitating depression is UNFUCKING PROFESSIONAL!!! then they had the audacity to ask if i was okay and got upset when i said no i said “no but ill tell you yes cause thats what you wanna hear” then they got pissy and said i shouldn't lie but DIDNT REFUTE MY CLAIM sorry i just really needed to rant and this post perfectly summed up how i feel
