Sonic Forces AU

I'm being too lazy to draw today although I had everything sketched out so I'm just going to write everything so everyone understands the AU basics

Chapter 1 Sonic is hanging out with Sticks with her trying to teach him how to swim when she gets a message and goes to answer it. She comes back and tells him Green Hills is in danger, hastily he goes to save his friends. Tails updates him when he gets to the lab and gives him a anti flammable compression suit which is resistant to most attacks. He runs off to find Eggman and put an end to the mass destruction.

Chapter 2

Eggman boasts he's upgraded Metal Sonic and that he's going to meet his demise today. Sonic banters with him that that's not likely. Metal Sonic is introduced and they battle until Eggman activates Metal's kill switch. A laser pierces through Sonic and he falls to his inevitable death. Everyone on the front lines see this and ceases fighting ridden with grief and shock.

Chapter 3

Amy is consumed by grief she falls to her knees sobbing when Knuckles and Rouge find her. Rouge immediately understands what happened and is frantic to get Amy out of battle before she goes into a rage and hurts herself. Knuckles picks up on severity of the situation and zones out realizing his friend's fate. As he rusheds off Shadow answers Rouge's alerts and retrieves Amy.

Chapter 4

They teleport to the infirmary that's connected to Tails' lab, Vanilla goes to find him to tell him there's wounded. Amy sits on a cot and cries while Shadow finds gauze to tend to her minor wounds. She trembles with emotions and beats his chest telling him he has no rival anymore and that he should be happy. He holds her close and silently cries with her telling her that Sonic was his friend and understands her pain. Tails comes in and tends to her while Shadow leaves to end the battle.

Chapter 5

Shadow returns to the battlefield to find the fighters giving up, Knuckles is a top a heap of robots screaming at Eggman. Rouge is trying her best to pull him down but can't calm him, Shadow knocks him out and teleports to Eggman and tells him to leave or die. He threatens Shadow with Metal but is quickly cut off as Shadow destroys the kill switch. Eggman retreats and Shadow searches for Sonic's body. He finds him being vainly healed by Silver although it's no use (lol ik that was uncalled for) Silver stops and tells Shadow their timeline will be ok just dim. Shadow takes Sonic and brings his body to an old Oak tree.

Chapter 6

Sonic is buried and everyone fixes Green Hills while grieving their hero, a statue is put up in his honor. Amy visits him everyday to lay flowers at his grave, rage eventually consumes her and she hunts down Eggman to give him his final battle.

Chapter 7

Eggman is defeated and swears to never make another robot as Metal is destroyed. Amy can't live knowing Sonic's murderer is still around and forces herself to leave before she kills him. Amy runs into Shadow on the way back to Green Hills and he questions her. She gets mad and tries to run away but Shadow grabs her and consoles her.

Chapter 8

A few years have passed, everyone for the most part have come to terms and Green Hills is brimming with new life. Shadow and Amy have a daughter who is entering early adulthood when Shadow is notified the Black Arms army is coming to Green Hills, he immediately tells his daughter who the Black Arms are and she has Chaos energy and that she has to train to fight them.

Chapter 9

Black Doom confronts Shadow about his offspring and demands her to join the army after witnessing her powers and deciding she's too weak. Shadow and Amy protest but she agrees to go to understand her DNA and history. She trains for 4 years before coming back and settling down.

I was reading Ian Flynn's stories, and I thought what it would be like if Infinite returned in the IDW stories. What do you think? (sorry for the quality, first time doing comics).

I really hope he comes back again, SEGA don't leave out more good characters!

genuinely i love infinite i think he's extremely well executed for what he is. his character is so perfectly portrayed (ramble incoming!) Infinite is the "loser who masks his insecurities with big power" done PERFECTLY. hell, he wears a literal MASK to seem big and strong. he shouts i am not weak and he MEANS it. he talks in this overly pretentious tone to come off as badass. his theme song has him proclaim himself to be not only the tallest of mountains, the roughest of waves, AND the toughest of terrors, but also the darkest of days. he repeatedly states his power is without peer. but you wanna know the most fascinating part of his egotism? throughout most of the game he's using the Phantom Ruby to create copies of Metal Sonic, Shadow, Chaos, and Zavok. but during the siege of Capital City during Operation Big Wave, he specifically sieges the city with these giant golems of himself. there are like 10 or 11 of them throughout Capital City's runtime as a level. and then he gets absolutely wrecked by sonic, another sonic, and a character he described as a trembling child. it's so so good.

SONIC TEAM!! Bring back Infinite and my life is yours!!

Честно, хотел выложить пораньше, но сначала увлёкся звуком, а там уже пошёл ажиотаж по Сонэдоу Дженерейшенс (да, я буду шутить до последнего), куда уж там мои порисульки взбудораженному интернету. В общем да, дай боже́, чтоб вообще заметили мой опус магнум.

Три месяца рисовача и полторы недели экспериментов со звуками и спецэффектами!

Анимация получилась симпатичной, мне пока нравится. Надеюсь те, кто это заметит, оценят тоже.

Sonic Forces AU where Infinite is the literal personification of infinity, who somehow crashes on Earth one day. It sees the Mobians and their society and decides to take the form of a jackal. Unfortunately, Eggman needs something to test his Phantom Ruby on so he can enact his world takeover scheme, and this entity is the perfect tool for his plans.

Sonic starts to piece things together throughout the AU that Infinite isn't your average day Mobian, but some entity as old as the universe itself. And Eggman is playing with forces he can never possibly understand.

So Sonic decides to shift gears and decides to save Infinite, because Sonic can see how this being is suffering and Sonic never turns away from someone in need of help.

Im calling it, the Ruby Mythos AU

Thanks to your Metal Sonic X Infinite post, I'm now thinking about Infinite's reality bending Phantom Rubussy and Sonic getting hospitalized because of it

that was the torture he went through during sonic forces,not the phantom rubussy itself,he was just forced to pay the hospital bill for it because they cancelled his insurance

Post Sonic Forces AU, where Sonic and a redeemed Infinite are living together under one roof

During the final Forces fight, Sonic defeats Infinite, and Infinite takes it upon himself to destroy the Phantom Ruby

But due to the amount of energy it took to destroy it, Infinite is now temporarily paralyzed, so Sonic has to help him regain his movement

Infinite also has memory loss, as he doesn't remember anything about the war, only bits and pieces of it.

He permanently has reality warping abilities, but his power is extremely unstable

Due to the amount of Phantom Ruby energy inside of him, Infinite tends to glitch in and out of existence sometimes. Fortunately, Tails is working on a solution to fix this problem.

Sonic's friends do take some time to warm up towards Infinite, but once they do, Infinite will finally know what it's like to have freinds again

Awe ty!! First let me say I was so happy to see this in my inbox this morning :,] anyhow ask and you shall receive (-I’m horrible at explaining my thoughts, but hopefully I can explain them well enough )

Okay, so this is basically the project that would subsequently bring forth infinite’s creation and existence. The project itself was focused around, using the phantom ruby’s powers without having to worry about the phantom ruby’s on sentience, and thus its own motivations and etc.

Sidenote, here for the phantom ruby, I would imagine it being sort of like Ophiocordyceps unilateralis/zombie-ant fungus and Leucochloridium/zombie snail parasite in the way that it can bend the hosts mind and body to its own will or I guess would typically be able to.

Although the phantom ruby in this dimension is being held in very tight, confinement in which it can’t use its powers, and is very dull down. Of course these scientists or whoever still want to use its powers, so that’s what starts the experiments to make a life form able to control the phantom ruby powers without getting “possessed”.

Another side note about the ruby. I would say the ruby is a bit more uhh malevolent here when it finds a host over time as it gains more control over them the more of their life it drains… usually resulting in the host death.

Thus, as you probably imagine many, many "failed" experiments, but eventually they succeed (Kinda).. Infinite is definitely not fully what these scientists were hoping for, but most importantly, his body can withstand the phantom ruby’s power enough that it doesn’t result in him dying so they take what they got.

They have Infinite wearing inhibitors so the phantom ruby won’t take control of his mind and make him do, it’s bidding (also to dull the powers of the Ruby itself so if anything were to potentially go wrong they can still control infinite..) and you know everything is going well for the most part…

Though all things must come to an end and as time passes, the ruby is able to build up enough power to break through one of the inhibitors, and talk to infinite and start manipulating him. It doesn’t happen immediately, but eventually destruction, chaos, the fabric of reality breaking apart, you know, and infinite being OP because honestly he should’ve been.

Okay, I left out some stuff, mainly near the end simply bc I didn’t wanna rant too much and also I wrote the majority of this at three am.. but I hope I explained this well enough that you understand :,]
