Frieza has both a naturally airheaded side and a naturally dark side. He’s actually quite gentle—it’s just that he sometimes struggles to control his immense power. He doesn’t have a good sense of the gap between his own strength and that of others, often assuming that even if they are weaker, they couldn’t possibly be that weak.
Because of this, Frieza developed a psychological shadow regarding interacting with others. He sometimes fears accidentally killing someone again—more out of a sense of not wanting to waste valuable resources than anything else.

Therefore, only the strongest, most ruthless individual who could overcome their own genetic instincts could become the next ruler. Even if the successor was unwilling, their father would force them to carry out the killings, including killing the father himself.
However, King Cold put an end to this brutal tradition.
To safeguard the empire's future, the creator of this tradition also embedded a countermeasure into their bloodline: a genetic rule that prohibited parents from killing their own children. There are no side branches or distant relatives in the Frieza family—because the founder of that tradition wiped them all out. (This cruel system wasn’t created by the very first emperor, but was established many generations after the original founder.)
Frieza, in essence, does have a better temper than Cooler, and compared to Cooler, his personality is indeed softer. In this regard, Frieza most closely takes after King Cold.
Frieza despises gods; he sees them as irresponsible, lazy, and useless. He especially hates Beerus, though he still has to obey him—partly because he can’t defeat him, and partly because he acts as Beerus’s proxy (the scapegoat for destruction).
Before Beerus ordered him to wipe out the Saiyans, Frieza actually had no intention of destroying them. After all, they still had plenty of value left to extract. Frieza had even invested a lot of money into them, building schools and hospitals. The Saiyans hadn’t even finished paying back the debts they owed him.
Frieza's view of Frost: Cautious, disgusted. He is particularly repulsed by the fact that Frost targeted his own brother—Glacere (Cooler's counterpart in Universe 6, OC)—and completely ruined his life purely to preserve his own image and under the guise of “doing it for his good.” Frieza also finds Frost’s lack of self-respect and willingness to sell himself revolting. And yet, he can’t help but feel a sense of sympathy and pity for him.
Frost's view of Frieza: Amusing. He sees Frieza as a fascinating little experiment—or even a toy. However, deep down, there’s resentment and a refusal to accept being fooled by Frieza. Frost deliberately tries to disgust him, just to get under his skin.
I believe Frieza’s attitude toward Vegeta is closer to that of curiosity—curiosity toward someone who is somewhat similar to himself, and a desire to see whether they might be kindred spirits. On top of that, Vegeta is strong and talented, and Frieza enjoys collecting exceptional individuals. Aside from monitoring Vegeta (which he does to everyone, not just Vegeta), he simply finds him interesting and wonders if Vegeta can break his own stereotypes about Saiyans. Frieza sees a resemblance between them because they’re both “mutants among mutants” within their respective races—Frieza being an extreme mutation among his kind, and Vegeta being born more cruel and ruthless than the average Saiyan.
Frieza’s attitude toward Vegeta is one of observation and tolerance. He knows Vegeta wants to kill him behind his back, but unless Vegeta directly rebels in front of him, he doesn't care. Of course, this tolerance is largely due to Frieza’s overwhelming power and confidence. As for the torment on Namek, I believe Frieza acted out of disappointment. He thought he had treated Vegeta fairly well (yes, he did destroy his planet, but aside from that, he didn’t mistreat him in any other significant way), so he couldn’t comprehend why Vegeta would betray him.
Vegeta’s emotions toward Frieza are more about a mild fear, frustration at being under someone else’s control, and resentment. It doesn’t seem to be deeply rooted in how Frieza treated him or his people. It’s more personal than that—Vegeta simply hated being subordinate to anyone. The fear came from not understanding Frieza and the sheer gap in power. But until he actually fought Frieza face-to-face, he didn’t really feel intense fear or hatred toward him.
I see Frieza as an emperor who’s extremely busy and wouldn’t bother to focus on any single subordinate. Vegeta got a bit more attention simply because of his Saiyan status, but it wasn’t targeted nor particularly special. In fact, Frieza and Vegeta barely interacted much, aside from a few encounters—they’re not actually that familiar with each other.
As for the others in Frieza’s army, they mostly just found Vegeta difficult to get along with—standoffish, abrasive, and prideful. But there wasn’t any deliberate bullying (aside from a few individuals who had personal conflicts with him). In fact, many understood that Vegeta had lost his home planet, so there was a degree of tolerance toward his attitude. No one really went out of their way to mess with him.

Let start from the first time they meet, Before Frieza meet Frost, he actually warn by Goku and Vegeta to alert about Frost, so when Frieza meet Frost his first think is think Frost is dangerous and if him don't betray him first than Frost will betray him. Now about Frost, because of some reason Frost have a long time that do not meet his race people, so Frieza actually give him a feeling of nostalgia, and Frost actually is a person that want to have a close relationship to other even he may hurt(So he get hurt lol)(karma in a sense), so Frieza Cooperation invitation let him want to have a feel to want to very made a close relationship, Frieza give him a hope and break it to dust(In his perspective). more headcanon about Frieza: Frieza have insomnia, a very serious one. He think too many about his work and he think he is strong he don't need to sleep. Frieza always refuse to get a good night's sleep even if he needs it. Frieza able to function without sleep, but it will effect his mental state. He can still do his work and stay active without sleep. But he'll become much more irritable and his thinking becomes a little irrational.

about Frieza mentally abnormal :He is more near to psychopath but still having empathy ability but weak by normal, he don't have any violent tendencies or sadistic tendencies but have self-destructive tendencies. . He can't understand feeling like a normal person. He mostly feel numb and empty and he is not easy to get angry but when he get angry will be very angry and will do thing withthout thinking , he will be very inrational and impulsive. Frieza at least try to understand and connect with others, but is still hard for him, but he is trying.
