trying to sleep while trying not to have another panic attack is hard

I just want to sleep man I don't wanna be thinking thoughts of death

every time i have a panic attack i literally feel like I'm made of glass afterwards trying not to have another one distracting myself with things helps i guess but that only lasts until I put my things away to go to bed
