I wasn’t really happy with my designs, especially with heket, I wanted her to be muscular but chubby enough that you would know that she was a couch potato (Or I guess in her case; cannibal potato) and also look badass. But I didn’t know how until I found @awful-little-goose for their little notes on drawing their heket, I tried to not copy it too closely, but also follow their advice on drawing her because it is almost exactly how I envision heket so I tried my hand at drawing her in their style to get a feel for it. COTL AU

I have thought of an AU. Imagine if the lamb didn’t make the Bishops their followers. What if after the fight, the Bishops were sent into a deep sleep and woke up when the humanoid animals went all extinct and now humans roamed the world. They Bishops are now small, weak and almost powerless. They have to slowly regain the power of their crowns before taking over again but then they are all found by humans, some who decide to take them in and take care of them. Well, at least most of them are taken in. Narinder would not let himself be adopted.

AU is basically a ‘What if the Bishops were normal ish animals and had humans to care for them?’ Shamura would be the pet tarantula of a genius yet overly stressed college student. Kallamar be living in an aquarium and one of the workers, a young adult, there cares for him a lot. Narinder is a stray cat that is often aggressive towards people but eventually warms up to one person, a chill schooler. Heket is a fat frog who be treated like queen cause frogs are the best by a rather hyper middle schooler. And Leshy is taken in as a pet by a primary school student.

Who would these characters be? Idk, it’s up for interpretation, it’s an open AU and anyone can use it. Do whatever you want, the humans be placeholders in my eyes until I figure something out but hey, I hope this can be fun for someone! Just imagine having a wise spider, a scared squid, an angy kitty, an even angrier frog and an arrogant worm! It be chaos and I love it!

Hi, I made my poem better, hope you guys see this

Violence was blinded

Fertility was silenced

Pestilence heard no longer

Knowledge was no longer

All these fates, for going against prophecy

All these actions, just for sensing betrayal

The violent screamed, crying for brother,s comfort

The fertile wanting to scream, could no longer

The greedy went in denial, not accepting the truth

The oldest committing The final act, jailing dear brother

The brother became the one who waits

Waiting for freedom, waiting for revenge

Waiting and waiting and waiting and waiting....

After going throught grief, after feeling deep hatred

It decided to pick the "chosen one" and wait for its arrival

Being patient, just waiting and waiting....

Not learning from their mistakes, they hoped to change it again

Commanded for genocide, not knowing their fates

An entire flock ended, only one remaining.

Captured poor little thing, beheaded the last of its kind

"Fear not little thing, even in death, I still have need of you"

The lamb wanting revenge, they accepted the deal

Killing the gods one by one, making the prophecy come true

Their fates are enjoyable for the cat

Hoping to see more chaos

Each one went like cowards but only one a true coward

Pestilence cried for mercy, only to end up like them.

Five becomes four ,then three,then two, and one

As the lamb realized they were used like slaves. It rebelled.

They failed many times but defeated him once

The waiter didn't understand it fully till that moment

Five becomes four becomes three, then two, then one...... and then nothing

Raising four kids alone was a tough decision

Did they regretted it?

Yesterday started Heket one of the bishops but I wasn’t able to finish her yesterday, so I finished her today. Hope you like her.

Am seeing a lot of human bishop designs come across my dash and I am reminded I gave human designs an attempt last november, but never ended up finishing it. I got far enough along that I can probably just post it as-is, so HERE THEY ARE. Will probably never do anything with these designs again cause I don't really like drawing humans, but I felt like it was worth it to post them to add more variety to the already existing pool of designs

Tried to make their designs kinda match up with the cultures their names are from while trying to keep most of their canon traits intact in some capacity, but I definitely took some liberties cause my art style is wacky and all that. It *is* a fantasy setting after all. Also Shamura's name isn't Lakota, but you'll have to wrestle my year-old "shamura is native" headcanon from my COLD DEAD INDIGENOUS HANDS.

I have a few random doodles of the human bishops but this is the only semi presentable one (possibly the most detached from canon thing I've ever made but I HAD to do it):
