I think I just had an epiphany
In s1 e3, we see how Arin gets second place in the pie contest every year. And we see how that messes with him, that he’s not improving with his ability to make the best pie in the Crossroads. He hasn’t gotten better from his first year, and he’s always beat. Do you see what I’m getting at.
Arin loses the pie contest every year, and is frustrated because he isn’t improving. He wants to get first place, he wants to do good enough, but he isn’t.
Arin can’t get his Object Spinjitzu right, and he’s frustrated because he isn’t improving with his Spinjitzu. He hasn’t gotten better since he started training with Lloyd, despite how much practice he puts in.
Do you see the connection. Because this is driving me insane.
