Yet another addition to the ever evolving FF7 au…. A newer take on Aerith, because the old design, while I liked it, was really lacking in some areas.  I wanted to push her sarcasm and slightly manipulative streak but combine it with a youthful look, giving her that ageless feel.  Aside that there’s a bunch of aesthetic changes, like the design of her dress and such.

Tifa worked out pretty well the first time, but I wanted to refine her outfit and personality a bit more.  Less drastic than Aerith but I wanted Tifa to look more stubborn and brash.  Like she’s always got something to prove.

It’s Meg! Sorry about the late TUTOR TUESDAY, but I’m here! Today we take a look at drawing environments! This uses our last tutorial on perspective, so if you haven’t check that out! If you have any recommendations, send ‘em in here or my personal! Keep practicing, have fun, and I’ll see you next week!

Are you still doing the mini-tutorial thingies? If so, could you please do one on people holding hands? Drawings hands is hard already, but I've recently realized that two interlaced hands are even harder to draw X_x

Okay, this is going to look like a “how to hold hands” tutorial so y'all can laugh at that, but I find that the best way to figure things like this out is sometimes to think through the interactions necessary to get into the position.  So here we go.

As for drawing hands in general, yeah, that’s a whole other kettle of fish. u_u

Worked on a few file blades today! The bottom 4 are done and ready for sheaths! If you’d like one message me here or visit my etsy shop. The largest one on the bottom is $55 not including shipping and the others three are $45. The top ones will get a twine wrap and epoxied like the others.
