I just had a gander at Grimm's page on the wiki and uh

Hey, uh, Grimm? Mr. Troupe Master Grimm? Why are you only at phase 3?

Did the Nightmare King go farther with the ritual for this summoning than the last one? Or was there simply more flame in Hallownest than in the last Kingdom?

This might suggest the previous summoner had a shorter ritual, if there was only three phases. Did they not get to fight the Nightmare King? Or did they skip straight to the Nightmare King? I like that idea. There is someone out there so baller that they defeated NKG first try without training against his weaker counterpart.

Grimmchild Charm phase 3 lacks the Nightmare King's red horns, unlike phase 4. Perhaps Grimm is stuck at phase 3 because the previous summoner chose to banish the Troupe instead of completing the ritual?

Maybe each ritual unlocks a new phase for the next ritual, and whoever summons the Troupe next will have 5 phases to go through? Is there an end point to all of this? Do they keep going until all of the flame has been collected, the entire scarlet realm housed in its vessel? Phase 10, perhaps?

Maybe Grimm simply loses power over time, and degraded back down to phase 3? Perhaps this is the catalyst to starting the next ritual?

Many possibilities.

I wish to tell the world (tumblr) about my countryhumans AU that's been rotting me from the inside out for atleast a week straight at this point, that I've jam packed full of random things and it all makes sense.

Its uh, it's got things... like... countries...

Basic premise is that's it's an alternate history AU, where the Soviet union didn't take part in history, they didn't help during world war 2, there was no cold war, and there was no Communist influence. This part made me crazy, cuz I needed to figure out how the hell that would end up. So, ww2 lasts for 10 more years, crazy shit happens. Figuring out what happened to the proxy wars was probably the silliest, because for the most part Germany was under American uhhh what's the word- occupation? Yea- and for the most part, Korea, China, Vietnam, theres probably more that I'm forgetting, its late plz leave me alone-

That's all time saying, if you wanna know more, ya gotta ask cuz isuck at information stuff, please forgive me.... anyway, it's pretty cool I think....

idk what else to tag ? i guess hollow knight pale king hk pale king pk is one of those characters thats confusing to write especially when people forget he uses the royal 'we' or make him to fluffy like in certain AUs i absolutely love it but when making a rewrite fic or fix-it fic and he gets a redemption arc where they make him way to nice for his own good wheres the sudden dragon rage? i want angry wyrm boy but im incredibly desperate for redemption fics that ill basically read anything as long as pk is in it and is kinda getting a redemption pls give me more pk content dont even get me started on grimm-
