Just A Heads Up: This Is Not True.

Just a heads up: this is not true.

While homosexuals and gender non conforming people were persecuted by nazis, the reason Hirschfeld's institute was shut down was that he was Jewish and promoted the idea that homosexuality was not an illness, which was considered "jewish science".

It is important to remember the many victims of the Holocaust and nazism but it is also important to not bend history in order to fit a narrative.

And I'll say it again: homosexuals and gender non conforming people went through horrible things and it's important to share actual sources on that instead.

when I'm the only woman taking an exam I know I have to do well for the feminists in my phone

one time my university invited a motivational speaker and he started by talking about historical figures he found inspirational (like in business/economics) and then asked "what do they have in common?" and a girl in the crowd shouted "they're all men!"

Not sure who she was but I'll never forget her

One of the lowest points of the leftist/feminist cultural landscape in my country, posting because I'm still mad:

So-called feminist author (a woman) runs one of the most important independent book fairs in Italy.

Last year's edition was dedicated to a young woman who was killed by her former boyfriend.

Also last year, this author (a man) was invited while being accused of domestic violence by his former girlfriend - this was widely known at the time of the invite.

Before being found guilty, he revokes his participation from the fair. Some time later (days or few weeks, I think), the matter is taken to court, they find him guilty.

Condemned to 4 years (because domestic violence is a joke for courts).

The woman organising the fair goes to the press and says "it's a shame that he revoked his participation, I will still hold the event and I'll talk about his book instead of him"

Some days later she apologies, the apology is along the lines of "we hurt your feelings, we're sorry, we're going to replace his event with a panel on feminism".

She's considered one of the most prominent feminist intellectuals at the moment in Italy.

He was considered an ally and constantly praised by other so-called feminist women in intellectual spheres.

If school is catered towards women tell me why my parents had to fight with every PE teacher because I wanted to play the "boys sports" instead of doing boring ass pilates in elementary school

I Get So Pissed When People Say This. The Education System Was Literally Created By And For Men. Women

I get so pissed when people say this. The education system was literally created by and for men. Women werenโ€™t allowed to get an education for hundreds of years. Women are still not allowed to get an education in certain countries. Every time women are better at men than something they blame it on โ€œthe system.โ€

In Italy, it's really common for clubs (like discos) to do free entry for women, which is clearly a marketing tactic to get more disgusting males to buy a ticket because they're going to find girls there.

Is this common in other countries as well? Do young people talk about it? Here it's a huge MRA argument for "women's privilege" ๐Ÿ™„

crazy how when I was a kid my classmates would ask if my mom was a boy because she had a buzzcut and now young leftists ask her for pronouns constantly ๐Ÿ’€๐Ÿ’€ (and she's not even androgynous, just a woman with short hair and no makeup)

also crazy how she's been telling people "women can have short hair, you know" for the past 40 years and people without fail look at her as if she was absolutely deranged

imagine going from being called "mean man hating lesbian" in your 20s to "mean transphobic old woman" in your 60s

The concept of gender affirming haircuts is crazy
