When I am fasting, I wear a bracelet which is locked on place. The key is hidden at home. As long this bracelet is locked, I cannot eat. I wish I had a kind of device (gag?) in my mouth which could be locked preventing eating.
starving is a gift, not a punishment.
hunger will always feel better than the sickness and guilt that follow eating.
hunger means it’s working.
to be empty is to be strong.
to be light is to be perfect.
eat to live; do not live to eat.
if you must eat at all, let it be just enough to keep your secret safe.
& nothing tastes as good as skinny feels.
In this box is the key of the kitchen. I can't enter it. I will run afterwards and then leaving the house immediately. No chance to eat. Tomorrow the same. I could block the kitchen irreversible up to 99 hours, but I am not always alone...
Dreams are bigger than live. I am dreaming to go fast down in weight, but this will not happen. Real life is step by step. But I go down 1kg a week, sometimes two. I will reach my gw within 8 -20 weeks then. And it is good. Because until then my st3rving will be a habit, not changeable, keeping me there forever.
Couldn't write it better
How to trick your parents/family you at3🥒
First of all,I’m not promoting any ed’s, I am not responsible of anything that happens if this goes wrong. Prioritise your health, and if you’re not feeling well stop any moment. Always look after your body.
Think about your goal. Your parents love you,so they want you to be eating. Well,it doesn’t always work like that. Here are my tips on how to skip that one high c4l me4l..or more.
1. Ask for money to eat out.
Oldest trick in the book. You get closer to your gw,and make money out of it. One of my personal favourites. Let’s say you have to go somewhere in the morning, you skip breakfast telling your parent you’ll pick something on your way.
Works: max twice a week, they’ll say that you have to eat real food and not just takeaway.
2. “I don’t like being watched while I eat”
I love this one. I’m actually pretty awkward when someone’s eating with me. Tell the parent you’re closer with that you feel uncomfortable eating with others,so ask for permission to eat after everyone finishes. Then, you can eat a little, throw away some food,or whatever method you prefer.
Works: pretty much everyday, unless you are in a rush and need to eat with others. Doing this often makes it look more real.
3. Eating in your room
Isn’t this the most obvious one? Do whatever you want to that food if you’re alone. Make sure to bring the “empty” dishes to the kitchen, but not too quick.
Works: max once a week, most parents don’t like the idea of eating in the same room you sleep in
4. Prepare your meals yourself
You don’t have to know much about cooking to make yourself a delicious l0w c4l meal. You can even cook something that won’t raise an eyebrow and then throw it away.
Works: not so often, maybe once in two weeks, you don’t wanna seem obsessed with food
5. Using time in your favour
Let’s say none of these worked. You’re at dinner with your family. You pour yourself a big glass of water. You quickly chug it before starting to eat. You start by cutting every piece of food in small pieces, while talking to your family. As you’re about to put that fork in your mouth, you come up with a new subject. You close your mouth, but don’t take any bite. Use a napkin to throw your food in. Move the food in your plate to make it seem like you ate.
Works: not every time, but worths a shot. Make sure to e4t only when they’re actually looking at you
6. Water bottle method
This one worked so great for me, it’s crazy how it works every time. Get a colored bottle, not the usual transparent one. Make sure the lid is big enough. Empty the bottle and hold it close to you. After every 2-3 bites, “drink” some water. Spit the food inside the bottle. You can hold some of the food in your mouth then spit more out. Everyone fell for it.
Works: anytime, any meal, with anyone. One of my best tips
Hope this helped, and I’ll come up with a part 2 if anyone wants it. Let me know if my tips worked! x
36 hours without food now, running 10k every day. Feels good. My body disappears. Disturbing things: sleep is not good and I am freezing all the time (here is still winter). BMI 20.4 now.
