I love Ulysses from Fallout: New Vegas

I just want to say that he is genuinely such an interesting character and is philosophically brilliant. One of the things I dislike most about Fallout New Vegas fans is that he is characterized as a 'yapper'. The entire Lonesome Road DLC is a character exploration about Ulysses and the dichotomy of the battle of nations which New Vegas is centered on. Just such a brilliant character. He's probably my favorite beyond even the other characters I love such as Joshua Graham, Veronica, and Legate Lanius.

Unironically yes. Columbo, although using trickery and self-incrimination to catch criminals, which is morally and legally dubious, never has killed anyone despite most of the antagonists being murderers. I doubt that Columbo would do a police shooting or engage in police brutality. The police wouldn’t be perfect, but a clone army of Columbo Clones would genuinely fix a huge amount of the issues present with the police.
