Do they lay eggs?
No, for real. Do they?
I get that they are more angel than bird, but who's to say angels don't lay eggs either?
Like, come on, Robin is literally named after a bird. Robins are birds, she is a bird.
Sunday is the chicken wing boy. Chickens are birds. I hear myself, I'm really stretching it here.
But do they lay eggs? If so, how large is the egg? Like, actual infant size or maybe just a bit smaller?
Are they born with their halo or do their parents make their halo when they are born and give it to them? After all, their halos aren't attached to them, they can remove them and can shine them like a piece of metal.
If their halos are just pieces of metal that float at the back of the head, does that mean they are magnetic? Can you stick a halovian onto your fridge and they would hover there?
I NEED TO KNOW.
Finally got around to making a proper intro to my blog along with some guidelines for requesting and asks. 𖹭
Yes, I can and will answer questions. You can request I do things as well since requests tend to get me motivation to actually DO things.
I'll take requests for fanfics/one-shots and headcanons for certain characters from any fandoms I am in.
I also do a lot of theories and theorize.
If you do not know the fandoms I talk about, here is a little list for ya'll.
Elden Ring (Main Game and DLC)
Dungeons and Dragons/DND
Honkai Star Rail/HSR
Genshin Impact
Armored Core 6
Cult of the Lamb (Main Game and Free Updates)
Skyrim
Delicious in Dungeon/Dungeon Meshi
Bungou Stray Dogs/BSD
The Amazing Digital Circus/TADC
Epic: The Musical
Some not so popular ones I'm in are also:
Violet Evergarden
My Happy Marriage
Skul: The Hero Slayer (Main Game and DLC)
I will edit and update the list everytime I start talking about another fandom, so keep that in mind!
Anyway, as for guidelines about requests and all that, I will really do anything writing wise in fanfics, I think, as long as everything is CONSENSUAL and LEGAL then we are good. (I really can't think of any other guidelines than that.)
Alright, I think that's it. Bye ya'll.
I've been eating my words . . . 🥲
I will fucking riot if they kill this man... Don't do it, hoyo.
Oh my God— IT ALL MAKES SENSE!!
(Slight St. Trina Spoilers Below)
This might also mean (if the nymph comparisons were intentional) that in either a second dlc or second game, she might come back!
I'm pretty sure in different versions of the myths, Daphne at least comes back from being turned into a tree after supposedly dying, though I'm not too sure about Minthe. Which means that St. Trina might be able to come back to life from dying/becoming a flower!
She coming back you guys, she's coming back!
So, this is going to be my first post on Tumblr... Me talking about the possible anthousai, or flower nymph, symbolism (???) with St. Trina. I'm probably just sleep deprived and my brain is all shriveled from too much caffeine and blue light, but just hear me out...
I've always been really big into Greek mythology and video games, so it was no wonder that my brain immediately went to, "St. Trina is a FLOWER NYMPH???" the very moment she popped onto my screen. She fits the description perfectly.
Flower nymphs are described to be immortal being with hyacinth-like hair and, in typical Greek fashion, very beautiful. Now, we can check the hyacinth-like hair off as a 'yes' since Trina clearly has bright purple hair. And now, I also believe we can check the beautiful part off as 'yes' too since Trina is very beautiful, but also because beauty is often also compared to the youth of a woman as well. And we all know St. Trina is youthful.
Something that also made me think about flower nymph symbolism is, of course, the 𝘧𝘭𝘰𝘸𝘦𝘳𝘴. St. Trina has a lot to do with flowers, such as the St. Trina's Lily that you can find in-game. Once you defeat Miquella and Radahan, you can go back to a now dead Trina and retrieve a "helm" from her that is also a flower. You find St. Trina in a flowery area as well. So, clearly, flowers are a big part of her character.
But, what I also want to mention is the state you find her in. When you find her, she is seems as though she is sprouting out of a giant plant. Now, this, in my own head, also seems to be related to the whole nymph thing. Take, for instance, Minthe. Minthe is a water nymph that was trampled to death by either Persephone or Demeter, depending on the myth, and then turns into the mint plant upon dying. Daphne, another nymph, turned into a laurel tree while running away from Apollo, dying in the process depending on who you ask as well.
What we can take from this is whenever a nymph dies they turn into their respective plant, that having been stated multiple times as well in Greek mythology. This all further solidifies my analysis on St. Trina having nymph symbolism, specifically that of an anthousai/flower nymph.
Damn, I rambled for way too long for my first post... Anyway– Goodbye and All Hail Her Majesty of Sleep!🪻
Something horrible about not knowing how to draw is that I have all these little people in my head that are probably going to stay in there forever, unless I write about them instead. Which I probably won't do cause I'm tired and also, ironically enough, suck at writing.
I got uncursed Miquella...
..Should I be concerned about my well-being???
Part I: Rennala x Marika
Alright... Rennala x Marika... I will admit, I actually quite like this ship, but I do not know why.
It is a guilty pleasure of mine and just hits about the same way as Godfrey x Radagon. (Which I will be discussing later. Hint, hint.)
However, I can not for the life of me figure out what is just so damn good about this ship and why it fills my little goldfish brain with such large amounts of dopamine whenever they pop on my screen.
So, let's discuss and break this down. Togethaaa!
Lesbians, Let's Go Lesbians!
Now, WLW. We all love WLW. I already know that. But there is always something so addicting to seeing GL/WLW pop onto my screen.
Maybe it's because I'm a girl's girl. But, anyway, back to the serious listing.
2. The Radagon/Marika Situation
Alright. This. Radagon is Marika and vice-versa, we know this. So, I feel like this is part of the main reason why I and so many other people like this ship.
I feel like there are two reason why the whole 'Radagon is Marika' thing is the reason people like this ship. Either A) It feels like another way if getting Rennala and Radagon together without having to force the divorced couple back together. Or B) It's satisfying to see Rennala get with the woman who is not only still technically Radagon, but also the woman Radagon left Rennala for.
3. Let Rennala Be Happy
I feel like if you ship Rennala with anyone, honestly, you probably just want her to be happy and finally get out of the damn library.
I know I do. She deserves all the happiness in the world. But that might be a main reason why people like this ship so much. It gives Rennala a chance to be happy with someone other than Radagon after he broke her heart.
4. Sweet, Sweet Drama
Ah, yes... Drama. What some live for and what some hate, and what I, personally, shovel down my throat by the spoonful.
I will eat up any and all drama. So, it is no wonder that this ship scratches my brain so much.
It holds so much potential for anything to go horribly wrong at any given moment.
Rennala meets Marika and has a breakdown about her husband leaving her for Marika. Oof.
Rennala finds out Radagon is Marika, but not actually. Have some divorce drama going on.
Radagon has a heart to heart with Rennala after all these years of being apart to finally explain what was happening. Damn, that would hurt my heart and I would cry.
My conclusion.
People probably just like this ship for either possible comfort and love for Rennala or for the drama it can give.
That's all I can think of at the moment about this ship, but please feel free to discuss it as well.
Alright, bye ya'll! ♡
Hello friends!
I am Lina from Gaza🇵🇸🍉
I have two children, one of them was born in the genocide. Please, I need a donation of 20 or 25 euros. I know that my request for help is unusual for me, but I really need you. The donation link is in my bio. Every small donation makes a difference. Help my children and my family. We lost everything and we need this money urgently
https://gofund.me/4f077ab2
Sorry that I can't donate anything myself, but I can help share this around.
Let's go people, we need to help donate and spread the word to help however we can!
Remember, every little bit counts!
I like you. Want to hear me gush about my hyperfixations for hours without judging me?
This is just to explain how my oc, Maylis, would fight in Elden Ring, to know what her weapon set up is like.
So, Maylis' starter would be the prisoner set up with the Golden Seed heirloom as that is important to her lore, but once in the Lands Between properly, she would use the Discus and Triple Rings of Light incantations.
Her weapons that she would use would be the Sword of St. Trina and the Golden Order Seal, at least for a while until she finds something else she likes. (I have not played the DLC yet, so I don't know about any of the new weapons/spells.)
Maylis, while rather good at combat, is rather squishy in defensive terms. So, she tends to summon a variety of her Spirits to help her out during battle, she usually relying on her Crystalian to help distract a difficult foe and to absorb hits better than she could herself.
I have not really thought about her armor yet, but I'll get to it eventually.
These earrings I found (bought as a gift from my dear, far better off sister) are so Jade core, so I did a little photo shoot 💜
