Wednesday, September 1st: Hi everyone, I’m Gemma, a bi, mentally ill disaster, who’s in desperate need of help, and I've had to remake this post as my cooker broke at the weekend, and I'm still struggling to get a new one.

As most of you are already aware from my previous post, I have been struggling financially for quite some time due to my welfare benefit (Universal Credit) being under a review, which is due to my worsening mental health and the UK’s controversial changes to how benefits are assessed and assigned. And at the moment, I'm currently struggling to get by, as my application for Disability (PIP) was declined and I am currently awaiting for an appointment for a WCA (Work Capability Asessment) from the DWP to assess my mental and physical health, and my debt from overdue bills is piling up to an amount that I'm really struggling with, so affording a new appliance isn't going to be easy.

I know this is a huge ask, and I'm completely heartbroken to be asking for aid again, but I still desperately need some as I don't have anyone else to turn to help, and I'm in serious need to be able to replace my broken cooker ASAP. And due to having to use some money to pay my overdue rent/utilities, I'm still struggling to reach my goal which is now at £365!!

If anyone could spare any amount to help me, even if it’s just £1/$1/€1, it would literally save my life, and sharing definitely helps just as much as donations. Nobody is obligated in any way to donate if they can’t or don’t want to, I know we’re all struggling right now.

The Walk

“It’s time to go…”

“I don’t want to.”

Resolute. Mastering whatever bravery he has left facing the great unknown.

He’s suddenly very small my friend, terrified.

That’s odd. He’s never been afraid till now. What a great mystery he is.

“You know we must walk beyond.”

The soul shifts, shimmers. I feel it, he wants to fight me, to reclaim what’s his.

“You are not winning this fight.”

One has to warn.

“I want to…I-” he stammers, trying to acknowledge what he has lost.

“I know…it hurts at first but it will get better. I promise.”

“I don’t want to go.”

I should be angry with him. It was another soul that should have crossed today. But he always had a knack of foiling my plans, this man who was my shadow.

“It will be quite alright my friend. We’ll walk together. I’ll stay with you.”

I owe him that much. It is a terrible thing, for one to meet me so young. He’s been seeing me over and over again, ever since he was a child.

After all, it’s fair. A soul for a soul.

He looks at me. Looks back at the inferno he left behind. The empty building beyond.

He smiles.

We walk.

End doctors ability to deny treatment for “child bearing age” patients

It’s truly ridiculous that doctors are allowed to turn away patients because they choose to have agency over their bodies and willingly choose treatments that may affect their fertility. Sign and share to support medical justice!

After all, they initiated this mission a little after noon, and Astrid explicitly told them to do this during the night. While not impossible, I think is more likely that Astrid didn’t set them up. The Nein just made many attention-grabbing battle spell decisions during a time which they should have known the Sanatorium would be staffed heavier.

I don’t think Astrid set them up, otherwise there would’ve been people waiting for them. Could be, but could not be.
