OMG πππππππππ
Cookie Run Thingz! These were a couple of sweet requests I had on Instagram!
Ratio β the terror of pirates made flesh. Something drives him to sink overloaded ships.
Aventurine β henceforth a legendary pirate. A ghost pirate, killed by a terrible catastrophe, slain by the kraken. Slain by Ratio.
However, this was his plan all along: to gain enough power beyond the threshold of death to capture this kraken.
pt.1
Honkai: Star Rail
In this au, Dr. Ratio is now known by the stone pseudonym Amethyst. He joined the Interastral Peace Corporation relatively recently, driven there by the most harrowing disappointmentβin himself and in the world he once swore to protect. But spare yourself any drama: Ratio has transformed into a truly calculating, selfish monster with no intention of reform or redemption.
Once a scholar with eight doctoral degrees, he came to a grim realization: his actions brought no light to the world. Humanity remained ignorant and base, as if the old society had simply been given new settings to play in. Rejected by both people and the Aeons, he abandoned his life's work. It was during this downward spiral that Diamond found him.
From that moment on, no one dared to call him Dr. Veritas Ratio again. His name became Amethyst, and may the Aeons help anyone who dares to make that mistake. For his goals, he will do anythingβand then some.
"Can I do the right thing For the wrong reason?" β Hellfire by The Fever 333 (the entire song fits him perfectly in this AU).
Like every Β Interastral Peace Corporation member, he helps those who come to them after successful deals and punishes those who fail to fulfill their end of the bargain. His "monstrosity" in this universe lies in his ruthless sense of justiceβone that people despise because, naturally, people hate paying their debts.
And yet, there are families who deeply value and respect himβnot as Dr. Ratio, but as Amethyst. He often calls them to check in, like some kind-of-wealthy-uncle keeping tabs on his extended family.
still thinking about the final look of it.
hey guys, if my work means something to you: iβm opening up commissions.
this isnβt an easy decision for me, but iβm doing it to raise funds for my treatment. iβve been diagnosed with a condition that requires ongoing specialized care.
hereβs my price list. payments are via boosty.
iβd truly appreciate any support or feedback.
just hear me out-
Alhaitham, but as a reserved yet loving dad to a Wunderkind girl.
Heβs the type whoβs always buried in his books or lost in thought, but the moment his daughter walks in with a new invention or a question about the universe, heβs all ears. He doesnβt say much, but his quiet pride shines through when he watches her tinker with gadgets or solve problems way beyond her age.
Heβs not one for big displays of affection, but he shows his love in small, meaningful waysβlike leaving her little notes in her lunchbox with riddles to solve or staying up late to help her debug a complex project, even if heβd never admit it.
To the outside world, heβs the stoic, enigmatic scholar, but at home, heβs just βDadββthe guy who secretly smiles when his daughter outsmarts him and whoβll always have her back, even if he expresses it in his own understated way.
first meeting
Thud. Crack. Clack-clack-clack.
The ball rolls off the cue's strike so smoothly it might as well be pulled by a string. It crashes into the neatly arranged formation of other balls, scattering them in every direction. Amethyst enjoys setting up challenges for himself in the game β driving balls into nearly impossible positions, forcing himself to strategize and strain for the next shot.
But this time, the balls donβt stop rolling. One by one, all fifteen scatter perfectly into the pockets, leaving the cue ball, the first ball β untouched in the center of the table.
At that very moment, a knock sounds at the door. Faceless men in plaster bust masks step aside to admit two figures: a similarly faceless servant and another man.
Still undecided on what role to give Ratioβan esteemed doctor taken hostage, the captain, or a kraken/octopus-mermaid? Each of these would lead to a different storyline and dynamic, but I canβt decide which one to invest my time and energy in.
