In a world where everybody has one superpower, your power is a little bit unhelpful...

Okay, the thing is: you can talk to cats. Which sounds cool, but cats are not really communicative. They don’t have a real language (only a few simple words) and most of the time they don’t want to talk to you (and they never want to listen to you).

How you still saved a bunch of people with superpowers like super-strength, super-speed and flying, well, that’s an interesting story.

Prompt #14

Death just wanted to take one (1) vacation. Only two weeks on Mallorca. Death didn‘t have a vacation in 2.000 years. 2.000 years. They really deserved a break. It had only been two weeks. And now ... everything is a mess.

Death stares at their sibling, who had been their substitute for the last two weeks.

„What happend?“

„Well... funny story actually. And none of this ... uh... mess ... is my fault. Really.“

Person A: *Reveals secret identity as a vigilante*

Person B: „I knew it!“

Person A: „What? How?“

Person B: „Because you are a horrible liar. I mean, every time you are injured, you have this unbelievable explanation. Like that time you broke your arm and you said you were attacked by a goose? Or the ‚I walked against a street-lamp‘ thing - you used that excuse three times! Or when you said, that you slipped on a banana peel. That only happens in movies.“

Person A: „...Actually I was telling you the truth most of the times. Except the second time I said, I walked into a street-lamp. I actually saved the world that time and got punched in the face by my archenemy.“

A demon gets send to earth to find out what an angel is doing there.

A human manages to make two new friends. They don’t know that one of them is a demon and that the other is an angel.

Zuko from ATLA once said, that he was bad at being good. You however are bad at being bad.

Seriously you had this whole evil plan and it was perfect, but then another villain started their evil plan at the same time as you. So instead of reaching world domination, you saved the world. Totally unintentional. But the people now think that you are a hero and they are celebrating you and this is the perfect moment to set another evil plan into motion...

But... somehow you like the way people look at you now...

That’s a really good idea, I didn’t think of that.

I would say, the villain-version of the hero gets thrown into the hero‘s original universe.

(They are propably trying to reach world domination there. Now that everyone seems to think, that the villain is a hero, said villain has a really good opportunity to fulfill their evil goals. However, even though their archenemy is a villain in this universe, too, they are still trying to stop them.)

(The archenemy doesn’t know, why the hero suddenly went dark side, but that‘s not okay. So they have to stop the hero-turned-villain, because what kind of villain would they be, if their archenemy achieves world domination before them?)

Prompt #50

A hero gets thrown into an alternate universe, where they are the villain. Then they save the world together with the alternate version of their archenemy, who is a hero in this alternate universe.
