EXERCISE FOR PEOPLE OVER 40:

Begin with a 5-lb potato bag in each hand, extend your arms straight out from your sides and hold them there as long as you can. Each day you'll find that you can hold this position for just a bit longer.

After a couple of weeks, move up to 10-lb potato bags.

Then try 50-lb potato bags and then eventually try to get to where you can lift a 100-lb potato bag in each hand . (I'm at this level.)

After you feel confident at that level, put a potato in each bag.

I want to be your beginning at your end. I want to be your light in your darkness. I want to be your foothold in your falls. I want to be your everything in your nothingness. I want to be your cry in your silence. I want to be your joy in your sadness. I want to be your memory in your longing. I want to be your food in your hunger. I want to be your image in your mind. I want to be your rest in your fatigue. I want to be your hope in your distrust. I want to be your cure in your wounds. I want to be your resurrection in your death. I simply want to be your being, here and in the afterlife…
