As if Black people cant have physical disabilities. As if women can’t be afflicted by their mental health. As if LGBTQPIA+ people can be religiously diverse.

Diversity isn’t just skin colour, sexuality gender.

Diversity is opinion, mental health, personality, physical health, abilities, experiences, age, religious beliefs, social status.

A room with 50% black people, 40% women and 30% lgbt is barely diversity.
