“Who knows. Knowing Mark he’s probably found some ‘holiday’ and just wanted an excuse to break out the booze.” William chuckled, using his free hand to adjust his hat.

“Like celebrating Isaac Newton’s birthday by drinking an endless amount of apple flavored liquor?” Damian huffed.

“This coming from ‘King Kegstand’?” William laughed a little when Damian nudged his side with an elbow.   

“Hush, that was just something from my younger years.” Damian sniffed and lifted his head as they approached the front door to Mark’s manor.
