Bakugo thinks Deku could have beaten Shigaraki

Enter Kota, Deku and Kacchan’s unofficial kid. Kacchan’s attitude and Deku’s hair/shoes.

They chose to sit together, ya’ll.

Thinking the same thoughts again. Shoto joins in this time. 

And thus begins the Deku must save Kacchan arc. Deku later on calls back to his fight with Muscular during their second fight in his “Image of Victory” monologue. 

In the anime, the first one he thinks of is Kacchan.

He’s so worried he doesn’t even say Bakugo’s name right. He’s just “kacchan” to him.

“Your CHILDHOOD FRIEND.” Everyone can see it, Deku. 

I like how worried Kacchan looks in the anime version of this scene. Once again Deku is half dead.

You’re wrong, Compress. He does belong to Deku. He’s his bf after all. 

Deku is the most insanely protective bf ever. Nobody in their right mind should EVER eff with his man.

Anime confirms that Kacchan is saying this to protect Deku. He’s terrified and he throws away his only chance to escape to stop Deku from dying.

DON’T ANYONE EVER EFF WITH KACCHAN BECAUSE I CANNOT HANDLE EVER SEEING DEKU THIS WAY AGAIN. DON’T DO IT.  GODDAMN DOES DEKU LOVE THAT GUY.
