Question For Other Autistics. How Soon Is Too Soon To Tell A Possible Friend That I'm Autistic?

Being in both neurodivergent friend groups and neurotypical friend groups I've come to the conclusion that I don't really fit in either. Women I need some advice:

I’ve been having frequent headaches and some pain in my arms and legs more recently despite not working out. I’ve also felt incredibly fatigued even when going to bed earlier and sleeping in to get proper hours of sleep. I have a blood test soon though I’m not sure if that will catch any irregularities.

Does anybody recognize any possible health problems that I’m not aware of?

Apparently for my history degree I'll have to write a 40 page thesis for my senior project and although I'm more than a few years away from having to do that assignment I'm already thinking about ideas for the thesis
