Great answer! The singing career maybe you are right, however I do know of a few good Cancer singers: Rebecca Sugar (Who is also an artist), and George Michael for example. I just wanted to see someone else’s opinion since I really want to be an artist/animator and my neighbor, who is also Cancer really wants to be a musician.

Do you think a Cancer sun could have good luck in an art or music career? I already know that I might because of my Pisces ascendant, Libra midheaven and Taurus moon influence. Though I'm asking for just Cancer suns in general.

Hmmm I think in an art field there would be a good chance of finding many Cancer suns. I wouldn’t think Cancer sun would prelude to a singing career tho, sorry!

On the matter of predisposition for art with Cancer suns: Cancers are incredibly ambitious and willing to pursue their goals(to a lesser extent then Capricorn). The cardinal nature is great for coming up with ideas and initiating(they would need something grounding or just a lot of passion to keep going). The warmth they exude would be well suited to various arts. I can think of several amazing artists such as Frieda Kahlo(painter), Ernest Hemingway(author), Pablo Neruda(poet who was actually born on my birthday!), Modigliani(sculptor who was also born on my bday 😉), and countless numbers of actors/actresses. That warmth, that familiarity is what brings their art to life and makes people want more.

As humans we don’t seek out cold calculations, we seek out mind numbingly warm embraces. No matter what area we stumble into.

I’m scared at how accurate this is.
