what if you’re giving birth to twins and it’s the end of daylights savings day and the older twin was born first but the second twin travels back in time and is born an hour before the first twin, would that be fucked up or what.
DC AU. Not entirely ironed out, so it’s either gonna be in the DC universe itself, or just a DC styled universe. I’m leaning toward the latter.
What I’ve got so far:
The Wastakens are a magic wielding family that goes back for generations, using said magic to protect humanity from demonic influence. The head family has three children, Dei, Dream, and Drista.
Dei is the family prodigy, and he’s quickly made a name for himself in both the magic and the hero world.
Dream was a small time vigilante turned villain turned anti-hero. His villain arc was unwilling, seeing as he was under the possession of the Nightmare Mask, a magic artifact similar to Dr. Fate’s helmet, except instead of Dr.Fate, it traps a powerful demon to the physical plane, and those who wear the mask become it’s unwilling host.
Both Drista and Dream have a rather startling secret-they have demonic lineage. Their grandmother was involved with a demon prince, and the genes emerged in them. Dream’s traits remained latent until the mask triggered their appearance, and Drista’s were sealed away by her grandmother and father the day she was born.
Under the control of the Nightmare Mask, Dream amassed an army of demons and hell-bound monsters to bring down the Wastakens and their allies. At the final battle, the mask was ripped off, and the following magic explosion was bad enough that he was presumed dead, being nearby at the time.
However, he was actually rescued by Sapnap, a half demon who fled hell and was adopted young by fallen angel Bad. Sapnap, part of previously mentioned army just for the chaos, basically saw what happened, and somewhat sympathized with the newly realized half-demon, so he saved him and took him into hiding.
Now Dream is basically trying to figure out how to deal with his new heritage, and what it entails, with Sapnap’s help.
….It’s a work in progress.
Ranboo is an alien prince from a distant planet. He’s half Enderian, and half Ghasty.
Enderians are a nomadic alien species with no true home planet, instead preferring to travel constantly in groups called Hauntings, rarely settling-the vast emptiness of space is their home. However, they do have many ally planets, including Netherret, a hellish landscape who’s residents are hardy, and hot blooded.
A few eras ago, the leader of Ghasther-the kingdom of Ghasties upon Netherret- married the leader of an Enderian Hauntings, thus renewing their alliance for centuries to come.
The family has four children. Ranbob, and Ran, the children of the Enderian leader, and Boo, and sole child of the Ghasther leader. Finally, the youngest, Ranboo, who was born to them both, and named by his older siblings, who thought it’d be cool to combine their names.
Ranbob and Ranboo are the closest of them, being the two in the family to have heritage that, at times, can work against them.
Ranboo’s of both Enderian and Ghasty, meaning his body occasionally has troubles figuring out what temperature he’s suppose to stick at, causing it to often drop and flare while his body struggles to find a compromise it can stick to.
Ranbob, on the other hand, is half Enderian and half Merling-which is a problem all on it’s own, because one is a species with a huge aversion to water, considering it literally acts as acid to them, and the other is a water-dwelling species. So, yeah.
Anyway, at some point, Ranboo ends up on earth, and befriends Tubbo, which leads to him eventually meeting the SBI, and being adopted into the fold.
Ranbob goes searching for his little brother, and ends up there sometime later, except he’s found by Dream’s group, and taken in by them.
Both aliens have their fair share of confusion with their new friends, because all things considered, both Merlings and Ghasties are incredibly expressive species, sharing their feelings with one another easily, and being aided as needed, and Earth’s residents…don’t really seem to do that. Weird.
to give you guys some hope here are things i liked about s4 umbrella academy:
diego and luther having a silly little adventure and just being brothers
viktor finally getting closure with reggie
allison getting claire back!!
gene and jean being the coolest fucking characters of s4, truly they reminded me of s1 tua with their quirkiness
the light shed on viktor and ben's relationship - and how viktor was so adamant in helping ben
like... ben is literally in the same position viktor was in s1. feeling misunderstood by his family, alone, confused, not accepted, being feared of. and viktor understands this completely because he's been in this exact situation before. (they could have emphasized this better but-)
LILA GETTING HER FAMILY BACK!!!!
diego knowing punjabi because that's the native tongue of lila's family
luther being his usually, silly, himbo self ("i'm a professional dancer!!!!")
diego doing That Thing with the bullets
lila's laser eyes??? badass af
the weird subway thing and five's deli with all the different fives (council of wells much?)
klaus getting kidnapped in true klaus fashion... AGAIN 😌
and some other things i cant remember
Botw/totk Link 🤝 Skyward Sword Link
Falling as far as they can before pulling out their paraglider/sailcloth
link is like literally the essence of courage personified. he will just freefall without ANYTHING. like he has a paraglider but doesnt feel the need to deploy it until the last moment and only to orient himself so he can reach his destination. in other words it’s more of a steering wheel to him than a seatbelt. could you fucking imagine someone doing this? link could make nik wallenda quake in his boots
Come to think of it, Childe can transform into water and fly, as he did to leave the Golden House in the Liyue quest
Well, he has mastered multiple weapons so this is probably what he does as a Catalyst
Wonder what he’d be like using other weapons
Y'all came up with some wickedly creepy, sad and cool potential agent 4 art!
......ya.
I think all the agents need a good and long vacation after their most recent missions....
Okay
The Ben idea would have been so good tbh, like I love Ben(Six and Two) and wish he got to actually live life, but it would have definitely have been better for sure
I am so confused about the season 4 ending because it WASN'T NECESSARY AT ALL.
Seeing all these characters who have suffered and grown and made lives for themselves be erased is such bullshit.
Y'know what would've been tragic? The idea that Ben always dies. That Ben realises that he can absorb the others' marigolds, the power he tricked them into getting back when they didn't want it, by getting Viktor to transfer them to him.
So that he can finally save Jennifer and his family.
He isn't their Ben. He is a different guy who lost all of his family and is trying to fit into a place another version of him belonged in. But he doesn't belong there. Ben always sacrifices himself to save his family because he loves them.
Much like how the original Ben's death pushed the Academy apart, his death now pulls them back together and they all get to be happy and together as a family with their loved ones.
The idea that the Umbrellas themselves will always cause an apocalypse makes no sense and is just plain stupid and lazy writing. Heck, if anything, Viktor is the reason why an apocalypse always happens! He is the one who blew up the moon, caused the nukes to fall in the sixties, and then caused the kugelblitz by giving Harlan powers! So if anyone was to be erased to stop the apocalypse it would be Viktor but the show didn't even consider that for reasons.
anyone remember how branch can seamlessly adapt to different genres and also how he likes a ton of them. anyway.
hello trolls fandom
He be a long lad
