Every url that reblog’s will be written in a book and shown to my homophobic dad.Â
This is a post aimed at me and other people who constantly fall into guilt spirals over all the things they can’t do, and feel they should somehow magically be able to do anyway.
For me, and for the others, this is a gentle reminder:
- Posts asking for monetary donations are speaking to people who have money. Not your broke ass, still worrying how to buy food next month.
- Posts asking you to care about [extreme injustice of the day] are speaking to people who have energy to care. Not you, hanging onto your sanity by the fingernails.Â
And, most importantly: posts telling you that you are horrible/cheap/awful/rude/unworthy/unlikable if you don’t pay/reblog/signal boost/care? Those posts can fucking die in a fire.
TL;DR: Posts asking for shit you are not physically or mentally able to give?Â
THOSE POSTS ARE NOT FOR YOU.Â
Help me get custody of my 10-year-old younger sister, who is currently with a ped0phile. My full story.Â
If possible don’t ignore this, 1 reblog can save her.
"I understand. Your work is very important to you, and I would feel bad if I got in the way of that." She slowly nodded while speaking. "Your concerns are your own, and I'll leave it at that." She folds her hands neatly into her lap. "However, I understand how you feel about the foundation staff. I too find they do not completely respect the scp's here. I value that most of the scp's here are living things and deserve some form of respect and recognition that they are not merely some toy to play with." She looks down, almost in thought before speaking again. "Doctor, do you have a name? Not just the number assigned to you but a real name? I do not expect you to tell me it, should you have one, but I can't help but feel as though you had some form of a life before this..." She smiles gently with a kind but patient look in her eyes while waiting for the doctor's reply.
"Greetings and salutations, Doctor."
Hello, scp-049. How are you doing today?
"Well, it's kind of complicated. With me being born on a Friday the 13th, I've always had a natural talent with the supernatural, paranormal, and all things unexplainable. I was always able to communicate and form bonds with them. I had a growing interest in biology, and with my ability to connect with all this stuff, I turned to a job for cryptobiology. I found myself studying in universities across the country, and eventually after still struggling to get a good job in that area, the foundation had contacted me, and offered me a job in the Scientific Department. Of course, biology was originally just a guilty pleasure for me to get away from all the trauma I experienced, but that's a story for a different day," she looks down almost uncomfortable with what she just said, but quickly regains her composure and smiles at the doctor.
"Greetings and salutations, Doctor."

[werewolf-plunderphonics] thoughts on wolves
Powerful, majestic, and dangerous. Why do you ask?
Psychotic gays? You’re wonderful and valuable! Psychotic lesbians? Look at yourselves and see the beauty that you have! Psychotic bisexuals? You’re amazing, the world would be nothing without you! Psychotic pansexuals? The universe needs you! Psychotic polysexuals? Your existence makes angels sing! Psychotic trans people? Never ever forget that you have worth! Psychotic NB people? The things you bring to this world is invaluable! Psychotic asexuals? Every day with you gets better! Psychotic aromantics? You are worth more than what gold can pay! Psychotic and LGBT? You have value, and you have worth!
(btw these were the ones I could remember so sorry if I forgot some)
