But there wasn’t any deliberate bullying (aside from a few individuals who had personal conflicts with him). In fact, many understood that Vegeta had lost his home planet, so there was a degree of tolerance toward his attitude. No one really went out of their way to mess with him.

Frieza always refuse to get a good night's sleep even if he needs it. Frieza able to function without sleep, but it will effect his mental state. He can still do his work and stay active without sleep. But he'll become much more irritable and his thinking becomes a little irrational.
