Daily Doodles- Day 188- 20/10/24

Still watching Cells at Work and it reminded me of an idea I had back in the day. It was about drawing my own versions of the cells, but as eldritch type creatures.

My art leans more cutesy these days, I just rolled with it. This is a version of a red blood cell! She holds oxygen and/or CO2 in her 'hat' and 'skirt'.

These are other red blood cells with different 'outfits'.

Not even 10 days in and I missed a day already 🫣 By the time I remembered, it was 12 am and I was too sleepy to care 😆

Thankfully this is a fun and easy challenge, so I'm already caught back up. Decided to draw a pot head and I think she's real cute! You may see some more like her!

Multi-Blue Granny Square Crochet Maxi-Skirt Update #2

I'm not done crocheting yet, but I decided to start blocking some of my squares! I dipped them in water, squeezed out the excess with a towel and pinned them to this foam board with sewing needles.

Coming down to the last 6 squares for each colour! I've been weaving in all the ends as I complete each square using this needle I got in an assorted needle set. I have those plastic needles, but the eye holes are too big to go through my stitches. I need a threader (the yellow thing) to thread this needle, but other than that, it works like a dream!

Daily Doodles- Day196- 28/10/24

I was browsing Pinterest and I found this beautiful pen drawing WIP by visothkakvei. I was particularly interested in the flower and decided to doodle my own version in pencil.

Well, the doodle turned into a fully rendered piece and I loved it so much that I went on to make more pencil artworks and I'm turning them into a sticker set to sell in my shop and at art markets next year!

It was a great art week!
