I feel like the problem with a lot of Disney's live action remakes (and arguably Wish) is they're trying to appeal to a crowd that no longer exists, namely the people who used to claim that the Disney Princesses were sexist.

All the interviews tend to include, "Well she's not chasing a MAN anymore" which...almost no one sees the princesses like that, anymore. Virtually NO ONE still believes the princesses are man-chasing sexist caricatures of women.

Cinderella is now hailed as an abuse victim who stayed strong long enough to get help to get out of her situation. Anyone who says she should have saved herself is basically regarded as a victim blamer. And it's very clear in the film she wasn't looking to marry the prince, she just wanted a night off. She was the only one who wasn't in line to meet him. She didn't find out she met the prince until he went looking for her!

Snow White is now hailed for her negotiation skills, ability to calm down after extreme stress (she had a moment of panic and had to cry for a bit, but who wouldn't after finding out The Queen hired someone to kill you?), and ability to take charge of a house of adult men. And again, she was an abuse victim, this time trying to escape ASSASSINATION ATTEMPTS. While she dreamed of her prince, it was secondary to her main goal of SURVIVAL. There are also entire video essays about how Snow White gave hope to people during The Great Depression.

Everyone acknowledges that Ariel wanted to be human BEFORE meeting Eric. We all know she was a nerd hyperfixating on humans, and also standing up to her prejudiced father.

We understand Sleeping Beauty wasn't the main character, the Three Good Fairies were, AND PHILLIP WOULD NEVER HAVE BEATEN MALEFICENT WITHOUT THEM! He literally depended on them! WOMEN SAVED THE DAY! But even then, is it really such a sin for a girl to fantasize about romance and fall for someone with corny pickup lines?

We all understand Jasmine just wanted someone to treat her LIKE A PERSON. She rejected every Prince before Aladdin because they treated her like a prize. So why did they need her to want to be Sultan? How did that make her more feminist when she already wanted to be treated like an equal and have a say in her future? Is it only empowering if you want a career in politics?

We admire that Belle, despite living in a judgemental village, was kind to everyone (even though she found the village life dull), and her story teaches girls that the guy everyone else loves isn't always a good guy. What's sexist about teaching girls about red flags? And she didn't start being nice to The Beast until he started treating her with respect and kindness.

Do I really NEED to defend Mulan or Tiana? I think they speak for themselves.

Rapunzel was yet another abuse victim who just needed a little help to get out of her bad situation. In this case, she also needed to learn that she was an abuse victim, and that what Mother Gothel did WASN'T normal, much like many victims of gaslighting.

And don't get me started on the non-princess animals.

Perdita had a healthy relationship with Pongo to the point she was open to express her pregnancy fears to him, and was ready to TEAR APART Cruella's goons for daring to touch her puppies as well as adopting the other puppies. Like, she was so ferocious the goons mistook her for a hyena! She's basically that "I AM THAT GIRL'S MOTHER!" scene from SpyXFamily if Yor were a dog. She and her husband were a TEAM.....but they made a Cruella live action to turn her into a girlboss?! The literal animal abuser!? THAT'S the woman you wanted to put on a pedestal when Perdita was RIGHT THERE!?

Duchess kept her kittens calm after they had been catnapped and was classy as heck. Nice to everyone regardless of social class during a time period where that was uncommon.

Lady stood up to Tramp when she believed he had abandoned her and didn't really care about her. She found out he was a heartbreaker and was like, "Nuh uh. No. You are not doing that to me! You put me through enough."

Miss Bianca from The Rescuers was IN CHARGE the whole movie, and was willing to risk life and limb to save an innocent child. THAT TINY MOUSE TOOK ON ALLIGATORS! And she picked Bernard to accompany her because he was the only one who wasn't ogling her. And then in the sequel SHE DID IT ALL AGAIN! I wish I were as brave as her.

Like, the public haven't accused these ladies of being sexist caricatures since 2014 (Actresses and actors don't count, they're out of touch like the rest of Hollywood) yet Disney is operating under the assumption that the public still thinks that way, hence all the "sHe'S nOt AfTeR a MaN iN ThIs VeRsIOn" talk.

The live action remakes are trying to attract an audience that doesn't really exist much, anymore, and back when it did exist, was comprised mainly of people who didn't actually watch the films. The Disney princesses are no longer seen as sexist, and feminine qualities are no longer seen as weak or undesirable.

La siguiente parte de mi au de la escuela del bien y del mal ... hablemos de los maestros , nuestro cuarteto y el frostcup

Para empezar, quienes serían los decanos? Pues para el decano del bien , quiero proponer al bonachón St .Nort, mientras su contra parte, como el decano de la escuela del mal sería , Ryker Grimborn

Ahora, empecemos hablando de quienes son los maestros de la gran escuela de bien (... aunque me presento como una never ), diré que lo haré solo pondré las materias del primer año , porque es más fácil 😅... además de que son las mismas con otro nombre en su mayoría

Embellecimiento: ok, esta materia es el epítome de la superficialidad... pero sigue siendo la escuela del bien, a si que propongo a la reina Ariadna, imagina, encontrar a una chica hija de una bruja , que te resulta familiar... muy familiar

Etiqueta de princesas: esto suena como algo que enseñaría la reina Elinor , pensé también para embellecimiento, pero creo que esta queda mejor para nuestra reina

Comunicación animal: se me ocurre que podría ser una materia para Valka , mostrando ardillas y pajaritos a sus alumnos... y ocultando dragones cuando no la ven

Esgrima y entrenamiento con armas : quien mejor que nuestro gran Guerrero Aster Bunnymund, pinta de héroe épico, sin duda la mejor opción

Caballerosidad y arreglo personal (... embellecimiento para hombres ): porque no volteamos a ver al rey Agnarr, si , se que a lo mejor estará ocupado con su reino y bla bla , pero recordemos que en cierta serie (ouat), nos dicen que la gobernante es Iduna , a si que no veo porqué no podría tener un trabajo en la escuela

Historia de héroes: que tal si vemos a la aventura tía Willow, que sin duda sería una gran maestra con todo lo que tiene que decir

Buenas obras : al igual que nuestra hada madrina favorita, St .Nort toma su lugar, con un gran corazón lleno de esperanza

Supervivencia a cuentos de hadas : creo que el sabio Pabbie , sería una buena opción, para ayudar a los héroes a ver los peligros del bosque

Ya hablamos del bien... pero llegamos a la parte divertida 😈

Afeamiento: sabían que Calis era una villana muy atractiva aún si daba esta materia ?, pues en base a esto , ver a Gothel dando esta materia no sería una sorpresa

Entrenamiento de secuaces: porque no vemos a Savange , que siempre estuvo detrás de antagonista como Alvin o Dagur

Maldiciones y trampas mortales : y creo que esto iría con nuestra querida bruja convierte a todos en oso ... que no se si tiene nombre

Historia de la villanía (mi favorita personal): y aquí propongo a Mor du... si se que es un oso, pero pollux y castor eran perros y eso no los detuvo, además, a vivido por muchos años , el pudo presenciar mucho ... talvez más de lo que debería

Talentos especiales: pondré a Pepa , por razones que creo no tener que explicar... vamos , su don es una fuerza de caos, eso la hace merecedora del puesto

Ahora veamos... que pasa con los directores?, bueno, pondré a Pitch black y a Nightlight ... creo no tener que explicar porque quedan tan bien

Ahora, veamos algunos Headcanons de nuestro grupo favorito

Hiccup: siendo decendientes de una larga linea de valientes guerreros que matan dragones... pero el es diferente, a si que de ser elegido, nadie lo ve en la escuela del bien... pero si queda , descubriendo poco a poco que talvez,y solo talvez, los dragones no son siempre los malos

Jack frost: un chico abandonado que siempre quiso lo mejor para su hermana, más cuando lo llevan a la escuela, ve su oportunidad para darle a su familia un final feliz... pero cuando termina del lado malo , tiene que hacer lo que sea necesario, para ganar su final feliz

Merida : una princesa que nunca quiso serlo , siendo si madre una gran reina y una maestra de la escuela, el que termine en la escuela del mal no fue una buena sorpresa... pero tal vez, descubra que solo a si podrá hacer lo que quiera

Rapunzel: un caso parecido al de Mérida, hija de una bruja , que termina en la escuela del bien, donde parece encajar de forma escalofriante... además de descubrir secretos muy oscuros de su madre

Hablemos un triángulo amoroso curioso,Frostcup vs Blackice

Hiccup y jack se hicieron amigos porque sus aldeas quedan cerca , siendo jack el adorable niño un tanto travieso que parecía seria de la escuela del bien... pero no fue a si, al contrario de Hiccup, una desgracia que todos esperaban terminar como una fuerza caótica del mal ... pero se equivocan

Hiccup ve esperanza por una vez en su vida , pero cuando el director(pitch) parece muy cercano a su amigo , decide que deben regresar a casa

Hiccup y Jack pasan de ser mejores amigos, a amantes separados por el destino, siendo que Jack hará lo que sea para obtener un final feliz... aún si eso significa entregarse al sombrío director

Porque literalmente no hay nadie en ningún fandom preguntándose a que escuela irían, a si que aquí va , también que no esperen que todos sean evers , digo, si no seria aburrido, además de que tengo un apartado destinado a los madrigal hasta el final

Jack frost: un claro never , ya que vemos en su película como podría tener actitudes egoístas, y muchas veces se dan indicios de que podría ser como pitch black, que hasta eso , me atrevo a decir que tienen una interaccion similar a la de Sophie y rafal , su don es un poco obvio, y su brillo sería de color azul

Hiccup: un ever , a si como jack frost tiene similitudes con Sophie, hiccup es agatha, siendo un marginado social, del cual nadie espera nada bueno,además de tener problemas de autoestima por apariencia,lo veo provocando el mismo accidente que aggie en los libros, y es tan empático con los dragones , como Agatha lo es con los animales, su talento sería hablar con dragones , que solo lo alejaría más del estándar del príncipe perfecto, y su brillo sería rojo

Mérida: una never , porque si lo piensas, ella perfectamente podría ser interpretada como la villana de su película, aunque curiosamente, creo que podría hasta parecerse a tedros en unos aspectos, aunque creo que le gustaría más la escuela del mal, donde no tiene el estereotipo de princesa, su don sería convertirse en un oso , y su brillo de dedo sería naranja

Rapunzel: ok, si se que tomo algunas decisiones cuestionables, pero igual sería una ever , siendo que en su película realmente no se puede considerar como la mala , o que tenga tendencias al lado oscuro, si tuviera que compararla con un personaje, sería la dulce kiko , su brillo de dedo sería rosa , y su don también es obvio, el poder de curar

Elsa : una never , ya que es literalmente la antagonista de la primera película, Realmente no podría nombrar a un personaje al que me recuerde , pero si se que el que tuviera el mismo don de jack sería aburrido, entonces, porque no le ponemos unos cuantos tatuajes de cierto muñeco de nieve aterrador, y la volvemos nuestra hester, su brillo de dedo sería blanco

Anna: una ever , también toma decisiones cuestionables, pero seamos justos, la que casi comete un helado genocidio es la otra , me gusta pensar que no tiene don , al igual que tedros , incluso creo que sería interesante que le pusieran atención a eso , una hermana menor devil , una futura reina muy poderosa , pero terminan en una escuela donde no pueden cumplir los roles asignados , porque nadie quiere a una reina malvada , su brillo de dedo sería color amarillo, y si pudiera relacionarla con algún personaje... hmm , talvez sea dot

Hans : un never , otro personaje parecido a Sophie, creo aque aquí no hay explicar mucho , su don sería el poder leer emociones, perfecto para un manipulador , su brillo de dedo sería dorado , y si bien dije que se parece a Sophie, haría a la perfección el papel de rhian

Kristoff: un claro ever , con el don de hablar con renos , sería chistoso verlo entre tantos príncipes pomposos, más siendo criado por trolls, me recuerda un poco a Chadwick, pero no tanto , y su brillo sería azul rey

Hiro : un never ,más porque tiene ciertas tendencias... cuestionables , realmente no podría decir que me recuerda a un personaje, pero su aura vengativa me recuerda a Aric , pero sería interesante verlo con magia en ves de tecnología, su brillo de dedo sería púrpura , su don sería darle vida a objetos inanimados

Miguel: un ever , si bien también tiene cierta aura egoísta, al menos no trato de matar a nadie , su don sería el de controlar a las personas con su canto , su brillo de dedos sería rojo

Astrid: una ever , tratando de romper los estándares para una princesa, su don sería la invulnerable, su brillo de dedo sería celeste

Cassandra : una never , con un don también obvio, brillo azul, el personaje que más me recuerda a ella sería posiblemente Hester

Varian : un never , su don sería parecido al de anadil , pero con mapaches en vez de ratas , un genio de las pociones, y se volvería básicamente hort, te lo imaginas con un pijama de renas? Seria precioso

Vamos con los madrigal (porque amo esa película)

Alma : una never enamorada de un ever , esperando tener su final feliz, pero nunca pasó, perdió a su marido (un ever ), y termina criando a su familia con el objetivo de que tengan el final feliz que ella no ... aún si no tienen una vida feliz, su don sería el control del fuego , incluso podrías verla como una maestra de la escuela del mal( maestros en la siguiente parte )

Bruno : un ever que jamás cumplió sus espectativas, siendo convertido en una rata , aún tiene sus recuerdos humanos , y su don de ver en futuro, esperando poder recobrar su cuerpo , y cuidando a su familia de lejos , su brillo de dedo es verde

Pepa: una never , aunque solo llegó a ser ayudante, como los villanos tienen poca probabilidad de tener un final feliz , alma realmente no le presto mucha atención, su brillo es amarillo

Julieta:una ever , llegando a ser la hija favorita, por ser la que más posibilidades tenía de tener lo que alma nunca pudo , más al conformarse con ser el personaje secundario, alma deposita todas sus esperanzas en sus hijas

Dolores : una never , vemos en la película que puede tener un sentido del humor... cruel , asustando a isabela, la abuela la usa como su ayudante, pero realmente la ignora, hasta que descubre que le gusta un ever, sabiendo alma que no terminara bien, decide usar el amor de su nieta para volverla la antagonista de isabela , porque sin un villano, no hay un final feliz, ya que una bruja no puede tener un final feliz, su brillo de dedo es rojo

Camilo : un never orgulloso de eso , que realmente aprecia la libertad de la poca espectativa que tiene alma del lado malo de la familia, pero no quita que tiene cierto ... resentimiento con su abuela , su brillo de dedo es magenta

Antonio: un ever , siendo la única esperanza de su lado de la familia, pero con un don que no cumple las espectativas de un príncipe, alma decide no encariñarse, ya que podría sufrir el mismo destino que bruno , su brillo de dedo es naranja

Luisa : una ever , con un caso similar al de Antonio, fue criada prácticamente para ser la ayudante de su hermana, al no cumplir los estándares de las princesas, solo le quedó ser la ayudante, su brillo es púrpura

Isabela: es la ever que siempre quiso ser alma , la oportunidad de que la familia tenga un final feliz, con una profecía de su tío de que sería víctima de una alma malvada, pero sería salvada por un corazón puramente bueno , que la llevaría a su final feliz, si bien ama a Dolores y a mirabel, le hicieron creer que ellos serían el obstáculo en su historia, tiene el brillo de color rosa

Mirabel: una ever que parecía ser la segunda opción de la abuela, pero cuando no muestra un don, aún en la escuela del bien, alma la hace a un lado , pero curiosamente parece insistir que su nieta es una never , ya que a ojos de la abuela, la imperfecta bruja , podría ser el villano de la princesa perfecta, pero cuando mirabel salva a una rata, que se transforma en su tío, y le dice que depende de ella si toda la familia tendrá un final feliz o no, más alma soñando con ella en pesadillas , podrían decirle que ella y alma tendrán que luchar por el final feliz de su familia

Okay but I can't be the only one who sees parallels between Varian from Tangled and Jinx from Arcane???

Summary: For everything that has happened, Arianna should be afraid. Afraid for her life. Afraid for her kingdom. Afraid for her family. But she watches, closely, at the slight tremble in Varian’s voice, in the way he shields himself from her gaze, and can’t feel anything but sad.

Or, a Fix It-AU where Arianna is the mother Varian didn’t know he needed but deserved 

CHAPTER I

For everything that has happened, Arianna should be afraid. Afraid for her life. Afraid for her kingdom. Afraid for her family.

But she watches, closely, at the slight tremble in Varian’s voice, in the way he shields himself from her gaze, and can’t feel anything but sad. He’s smaller than most village boys she meets, with buck teeth that he tries to hide and a lock of hair that reminds of her niece from far away. He’s a child, she realizes. A child. And younger than her daughter, at that.

Dangerous. Untrustworthy. Reckless. These are the words she has heard about Varian, the only words, in fact, that have come out of Frederic’s mouth. But she looks at the boy’s shaky frame, the dark bags under his eyes, the frenzied, paranoid look he has on his face. She stares and thinks reckless, yes, but also young. Naive.

Broken.

“Believe me I know, I’ve sunk pretty low, but whatever I’ve done you deserve it,” he seethes, blow torch firing away at whatever invention he’s created.

“Varian-” she tries, only to be shut out.

“I’m the bad guy, that’s fine-” she hears his voice breaks at the end, but he steels himself forward and continues to work. “It’s no fault of mine, and some justice at last will be served-”

“Please listen!” Arianna begs. The alchemist ignores her and hammers loudly at the machine. Everything feels like a haze, his words of anger and contempt drowned out by a ringing noise in her ears. The room spins in her peripheral vision as she struggles to think of something, anything, to say.

In front of her, Varian suddenly stops at the amber rocks, a yearning look on his face as he stares up at his only remaining family. There is something unreadable in his expression, something wistful and wanting. 

You’ve lost someone, she thinks. You’ve lost someone, and God help me that is something I can understand.

“I know what it feels like!” Arianna shouts before can stop herself. Varian freezes, hand hovering over the amber prison. “Please, just-”

“Be quiet!” Varian scowls. He turns around, furious, but Arianna boldly stands up, feet carrying her as far as the chains would allow.

“You care, you care so much about the people you love that you’ll do anything to help them. I know what it feels like to lose someone you love. Believe, me, I know.”

“You don’t know anything!” Varian cries. His eyes screw shut, hands clench tightly at his sides. “You don’t understand anything. He’s all I have! He’s all I have left!”

“And what would he think of you now?” Arianna counters. “What would he think if he saw you threatening people’s lives, endangering innocents on your quest for revenge? How will this make things better?” She watches as he brings his hands to his face, shoulders shaking violently. There’s an urge, deep and powerful, that makes her want to go over and hold him tight, but she can’t. Not now. Not with her being so close.

“You were friends with my daughter, Varian. You still are, I think. She talked about you, about how smart and brave you were, how incredible your inventions could be. Varian, please, prove to me that you’re the same boy she talked about.”

“There’s no other choice!” Varian says. “I-I’ve done too much, I’ve gone too far to turn back.” He frantically rubs his eyes, desperate to keep her from seeing him too closely. “I need to make my Dad proud. I have to free him!”

“Listen to me,” Arianna pleads. She tugs on her chains and prays that she can get closer to the boy. “This feeling, this empty, awful feeling of despair. What you are doing will make none of that go away. It will only keep adding up until you can barely stand anymore. I would have done anything to see my daughter-” her voice cracks slightly, breath hitching on the last syllable. “-and I know you’re willing to do anything to free your father, but this isn’t the right way. This isn’t the answer to what you’re feeling.” She reaches out her hands with all the strength she can muster. “Varian, are you listening to me-”

“I-I-” he stutters, breathing becoming erratic. “I don’t know what to do,” he whispers, and in that moment Arianna sees the mask he’s built fall apart. “I don’t, I d-don’t-”

“Varian-”

“I want him back.” A strangled sob erupts from his mouth, piercing Arianna straight to her bone, and just like that, a dam seems to break. “I want, I-”. He wraps his arms around his body and bends over. She can hardly make out what he’s saying. “I c-can’t fix this. I can’t fix any of this-” he lets out another choked cry, grips the goggles on his head and throws them to the ground.

It’s agonizing to Arianna as she watches him. She remembers the pain, the suffering that went through Frederic’s mind when he realized there was nothing he could do to save Rapunzel. And it scares her as similar the two are in their pursuit of their goals.

She yanks at the chains, but they only seem to dig deeper into her flesh and the distance between her and Varian remains the same. She wants to speak, to shout, to tell him it will be okay, as he continues to sob. After realizing how useless trying to escape would be, she seriously considers throwing something over there to get his attention before a small chirp echoes from below. 

Startled, she looks down at the small raccoon (Rudiger, she vaguely remembers from Rapunzel) and almost lets out a shout of joy when she sees the rusty key in his mouth.

“Thank you,” Arianna says, and she wastes no time in unlocking the chains. They fall to the ground with a loud thump, but the sound seems miles away as she goes to embrace Varian.

In hindsight, she realizes a second into the action, a dozen very bad things could happen. She could be hit. Pushed away. Splashed with whatever concoction he has in his belt. But to her relief, the boy melts into her touch with a pained whimper. She clutches him tighter, murmuring words of comfort that she hopes reaches his ears.

And it is in this moment, in this cold, dark room, that the burdens of the world seem to lift a little.

The rescue arrives a few minutes after. She sees them before Varian does, in the corner of the room, arms raised with their weapons, and despite the urge to run over and unite with her family, she stays stone-still.

Varian’s cries have begun to die down until they are nothing more than soft sniffles and shaky gulps. He looks up at her with a shocked expression, as if he can’t believe she would even consider helping him. In return, she gives him a warm smile and gently tucks back a lock of his hair.

“I-I,” he wipes his nose with his sleeve. Looks away. “I did, I did this-”

There’s nothing Arianna can say now. Because sometimes, no matter how hard you try, the only way to let people heal is for them to accept what they’ve done.

“I’m sorry,” Varian finally cries. Fresh tears spill from his eyes and he furiously rubs them away. “I didn’t want this. I promise I didn’t want this-”

“Varian, Varian-” Arianna brings him close again. “Listen to me. It will be okay. You know it will be okay.”

“I committed treason,” he gasps. “I took you. I’m going to be jailed. I can’t see my dad again.”

“Breathe, Varian,” she firmly instructs. “In and out.” Her voice carries over to Frederic and Rapunzel. They come out of the shadows into the shine of the small light, and she sees her daughter’s eyes widen in shock. Beside her, Frederic stands equally conflicted.

“I’m sorry,” Varian whimpers again. “I’m so sorry. I’m sorry. I’m sorry-”

“Varian,” Rapunzel says.

With a lurch, The alchemist scrambles out of Arianna’s hold, legs kicking about as he tries to stand up. “R-Rapunzel-” he glances at the King in fear, then back at her. “I, I-”

“We’re not going to hurt you,” she says. “I promise.”

“I’m sorry,” he gasps, voice hoarse. “I didn’t want this. My dad-I wanted-” his back hits the table’s leg and a glass vial shatters next to him. “I’m so sorry-”

“I sorry, too,” Rapunzel says. She takes a small, hesitant step forward, arms reaching out just like Arianna did. “I’m sorry for breaking my promise. I’m sorry that your father is stuck in the rocks. I know we can fix this, though.”

“How?” Varian asks, and Arianna is struck by how young he looks now, head ducked in both shame and fear. “I don’t know what to do.”

“I don’t either,” Rapunzel admits. “But we will soon, okay? We just have to keep trying.” She holds her hand out to the alchemist in hope. “Together?”

There’s a pain-staking silence as a minute passes. Then two. Then three. But Rapunzel never once wavers, never once moves from that very spot, and a swell of pride erupts in Arianna as she witnesses her daughter’s kindness.  

Finally, finally, Varian takes Rapunzel’s hand and allows himself to be pulled up. She immediately throws her arms around his neck, head buried in his shoulder. It is awkward at first, with him not what to do or what to say, but the alchemist slowly returns the gesture with an equal amount of affection.

There are no words, Arianna thinks, for the feeling that comes with being forgiven. And in the shadows of the prison, in the suffocating darkness that has trapped Varian for so long, she swears that her daughter’s hair glows with the promise of healing. 

I am deeply unsatisfied with the season finale, mainly because of downright murderous they made Varian to be and the lack of actual character redemption. With Rapunzel, Eugene, and Cassandra going out of corona and whatnot, our chances of seeing him again anytime soon is low, especially with the path paved for new plot lines, crap ton of characters, etc. I just feel like we were robbed of some conclusion to Varians character. But I am hoping we see him again soon in Season 2, if the writers decide to do that.

A doodle a day 2025- February

already 2 months in and haven't missed a day yet! Athough the post is a day late as I forgot It was already March (so catch a sneak peak of that doodle!)

Some half assed doodle I did. The sailor scouts as characters from some of my favourite animated movies.

Working on a cute little Rapunzel sickfic that takes place within the six month timeskip in between Tangled and Before Ever After, in which Rapunzel gets sick for the very first time (cause the sundrop powers would give her like a superhuman immune system, but now that her hair is cut and her powers are very much weakened, she's able to get sick). Raps thinks she's dying, girly literally just has a cold.
