Crystal Wish! Earth pony mage oc

Occupying the high seat of the circle of earth pony mages under the rule of Princess Alexandria.

Alexandria has commanded that each high seat of the three mage circles of the castle, find, raise and present her with their chosen protégée for a project of most importance.

She doesn’t mind so much being made to find and rear students, perhaps once they learn enough they can help her with her work. It’s a down payment for future help. While it is a distraction from her current projects and studies, she knows it will eventually make up for it in terms of offloading some of her many many tasks.

The other mages in her circle are not unskilled or unwilling to help, but they each specialize in different areas. She is technically in charge of managing them, and they very often study and work together on projects for the princess and empire, but they are not really her students. She is a representative, manager, and senior among them.

The circles of mages are not necessarily schools and have been previously not required to teach, typically they have simply passed on talents and knowledge to their own children. But with the growing threats and advancements, more mages are becoming necessary under the transfer of power to the new princess within the last few years.

not sure on my queens name and the colors. Still a WIP. Playing around with the changelings origins, perhaps they were created with evil magic? In this I don’t plan for them to be able to be reformed like in the show, at least not on a massive scale and with a transformation.

These guys work as an average bee hive would, with the expecting of their diet. Diet consists of meat, magic, insects and very occasionally plant matter. Positive magic and emotions ( which are intrinsically magical in nature, good or bad) are the most substantial and is what allows them to transform themselves, so it’s a vital part of their diet, other foods are optional

A first meeting, Sprinkle is a little taken aback by just how much Freako looks like a certain somepony....

While working on this, I realized the first time I drew Freako, I put her hook hoof on the wrong side. That's embarrassing, i was even looking at her reference.

If you saw how many times I edited this, no, you didn't. Freako's color's were wrong and then wrong again and then still somehow wrong, so I cheated and used the eyedropper tool. I guess that's probably not cheating, actually.

Start ID. Captain Zigos character, Freako Funtime Icecream Surprise, meeting my character, Sprinkle. Both characters resemble Pinkie Pie, Freako has part curly hair, part straight hair. Sprinkles hair is curly and dyed black with pink visible at the roots. Sprinkle also wears a cape and a gold necklace, along with gold earrings and a gold bracelet. Freako looks at Sprinkle, saying, "You look a lot like somepony I've met before!" Sprinkle is looking away, scratching the back of its head nervously. It replies, "What? Haha... That's wild..." End ID.

She goes by Sprinkle. She uses She/It pronouns as she doesn't really identify with other ponies based on being born from the mirror pool. It is looking for Starlight Glimmer or a pony with a similar power level to remove its cutie mark, as it doesn't like having Pinkie Pies mark. For the time being, she hides her cutie mark under a cape.

She was away from the other Pinkies when Twilight had them gathered for the test. It didn't know where the others had gone and was scared, when it spoke to Twilight, she assumed it was Pinkie, saying something like "Man I'm glad we got rid of all those other pinkies" Which scared it off.

She quickly left ponyville, changing her appearance and covering her cutie mark. It ended up heading to the Crystal Empire and taking up residence as a pastry chef.

Me and my little sister as magical horses! The first two I used bases and redrew the backgrounds. The last two were made free-hand.
