I don’t know if a term like this exists already so I made my own and I’m sharing it

Dark Moon- A Headmate/Tupla or subsystem that only appears while another headmate/Tulpa or whole other system is asleep or temporarily dormant. Dark moons are, in my system, typically darker (not necessarily evil, villainous, or even edgy) in personality and almost like or the antithesis or evil twin/complete opposite of whatever headmate/tulpa/system they replace, but not entirely and if you use this term they don’t have to be. They can also possess the negative traits of the tulpa/headmate/system they replace but bigger and worse. Headmates who are dark moons can call themselves Dark Moons, Black Lunettes/Black Lunets, or Dark Lunettes/Lunets if they like any of those terms.

So I've Been Seeing Some Fake Claiming Videos Pop Up On YouTube Dash Lately and I can't understand why..

Honestly, I don't think fake claiming for any reason can be in good faith. There's ways that you handle difficult topics, and being dismissive with what others are telling you they experience is not one of them. 

Whether it's about mental health, disabilities, alter humanity, or plurality- you are not qualified to decide whether or not someone is faking, especially online, and it stresses me out to see how cold some individuals have become to those who are often sharing vulnerable parts of themselves– 

because it often is coming from a place of vulnerability, not deceit. Even if they were not correct about what they have or what they are, doesn't the fact that they're saying anything at all point to them feeling a certain way, and needing guidance and compassion? Recording videos of strangers going about their life just because they're in public, mocking those who make posts about their day to day life is not compassion.. Don't you ever get sick of judging people, and just want to listen? 

At the heart of it, that's where the problem lies. No one wants to stop and listen anymore. The right to interrogate or harass someone because they don’t look disabled to you, has never been a right owned by anyone, and it sure won't be yours to wield, not with any justice anyways.

Cephaconscious is defined as a system that has "fluid, monoconscious-like switching, but members of the system who are not in front have their own, separate consciousness in headspace/are polyconscious in headspace" [via Pluralpedia].

Shoutout to cephaconscious systems who:

Have a hard time telling who's fronting due to the way they switch

Blur more frequently than other systems

we first discoved our system about 6 months ago, and yeh it seemed scary at first, but getting to know each other and learning to work together as a team has honestly been the best experience of our life.

In the next 20 years, I would like it to become normal for parents to treat their child's imaginary friends as if they have the potential to be headmates.

Treat them like people and let both the imaginary friend and the host child know that it's okay for them to be there.

Maybe the imaginary friends go away. Maybe they fuse. But they shouldn't be pressured into anything. If they can think for themselves then they're real and should be treated as part of the family as long as they're there.

If the imaginary friends do stick around, then it just means you get to have multiple children with the upkeep costs of one. 😁
