Ik it doesn’t make sense at all but in my head James Potter is amazing at every sport, like he just loves all sports and always has motivation, and talent, for them.

Maybe he got the muddy, hands in dirt, playing in the rain, speed, stamina, side from Monty and the adrenaline, need to be great, power, skill, side from Effie.

Or maybe it’s just greatness he always had, but in my head under whatever circumstances he is just good at sports

I like to think that Dorcas had a sick Animagus like a big tarantula or a panther like something scary and deadly. Like she is a scary person and can be very intimidating so obviously her animagus would be the same or maybe even scarier

She’d also use it to scare tf out of first years

James: Hispanic (🇨🇴/🇧🇷) — his mother (effie) is Columbia and his father (monty) is Brazilian.

Sirius: French (🇫🇷) — both parents are French.

Remus: Welse & 1/4 English (🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿/🇬🇧) — His mother is Welse and his father is part Welse part English.

Peter: Irish & German (🇮🇪/🇩🇪) — his mother is Irish and his father is German.

Lily: English & 1/4 Irish (🇬🇧/🇮🇪) — her mother is English and her father is half Irish half English.

Marlene: 2/4 Irish, 1/4 Scottish & 1/4 Argentine (🇮🇪/🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿/🇦🇷) — her mother is Irish and Argentine and her father is Scottish and Irish.

Mary: English and Jamaican (🇬🇧/🇯🇲) — her mother is Jamaican and her father is English.

I can’t argue with #4 bc I would also feel safe coming out to mcgonagall <33 and everyone in the marauders hogwarts era was rlly gay!!

in no particular order:

1. regulus and sirius can play piano (quite well). it gets me EVERY DAMN TIME.

2. all the tattoo hcs. i think about it constantly. (if u want to know more- tattoo talk tag on my blog)

3. james and marlene are childhood besties and grew up playing quidditch in james’ backyard together <3

4. mcgonagall was the first one everyone came out to. to an extent that she started wondering if it was some elaborate prank or if everyone in the marauders hogwarts era was just really gay

5. wolfstar’s first kiss was on the hogwarts express after fifth year. cue summer of panicking. jegulus’s first kiss happened after a gryffindor slytherin quidditch match and regulus was the one to initiate it even though james had been the one flirting up to that point. dorlene’s first kiss happened when dorcas visited marlene over the summer between 4th and 5th year. marlily’s first kiss happened at a party in sixth year and they both pretended they were too drunk to remember afterwards until their friends forced them to talk and they admitted their feelings for one another

My headcannon is that James got scars from fighting Remus to save snape during the Prank

Because let’s be realistic here just because James was a stag does not mean that he would’ve been able to single handedly prevent a werewolf from attacking without getting some form of scarring

Now I don’t think those scars would be obvious, I think they would be like around the torso so most ppl didn’t know they existed, however I picture them as similar to scars Bill Weasley obtained from greyback

And Remus would always feel guilty for the fact that he permanently scarred James but James would never let him feel sorry

Also Sirius would feel guilty too because he was the one who told snape abt Remus and therefore he was more than partially to blame

And then we would get some absolutely lovely marauders angst as Peter tries to prevent the group from falling apart while being pissed at Sirius and taking care of James and remus

It would also explain why Remus never looked after Harry after the deaths of his parents because Remus always feared he would scar Harry just like he had scarred his father

RandomMarauders Headcannons:

all of them listen to ABBA, Queen, AC/DC, and Kiss

when on dates with Remus, Sirius always puts on eyeliner that he stole from either Andromeda or Lily

when at school, Regulus wears black nail polish (was a gift from Andromeda)

James hates orange juice

Remus plays the guitar

because of this Sirius thought himself how to play the bass

Peter is really good at Russian accents

there is no way that Lily and Remus wouldn’t speak about James and Sirius secretly

Remus had doubled joints in both his elbows and thumbs
