I Wouldn’t Normally Post A Picture Of Myself, But At This Point I’m Very Proud Of How Far I’ve

I wouldn’t normally post a picture of myself, but at this point I’m very proud of how far I’ve come. I used to be much thinner and lighter. I’ve taken up a better diet, working out consistently and staying active. I’ve gained over 10 lbs. in muscle. I look and feel much better! :)

Making Progress. A Slightly Higher Body Fat % Than My Last Progress Pic, But I’m Putting On More Muscle,

Making progress. A slightly higher body fat % than my last progress pic, but I’m putting on more muscle, getting stronger and breaking PR’s. Currently I’m sitting at 195lbs. By next summer my goal is to reach 200lbs at 8% bf.
