imagine how many nights he spent, in an alleyway, or in a tub, submerged in water that he has to heat himself, just so he can get rid of some of the constant ache. imagine dabi having to staple himself together constantly -> there's no way he's going to another backalley hospital, not if there's a chance of him getting put to sleep and awakening another 3 years later. no. never. no one was ever there to help him 😭but I doubt he would trust anyone with stapling him, that's a different level of vulnerability that he isn't ready to explore yet (until a certain birdman comes along, but whatever-)

no offense, but i'm kinda surprised that she didn't have a whole other breakdown, it's said that when she found out that touya was dead, it broke whatever was left of her. so imagine now, you would think that the break would be out of relief that her son is alive (but is he really tho ???), but I feel like it would be more related to the question of 'how is he alive ?' bc he's clearly suffered so much, and when he revealed himself, he basically confirmed that he's going to suffer more. like no pookie :'(

like, I can't imagine he smells the nicest either LMAO he's constantly burning himself -> he can't feel any pain, all of his nerves and pain receptors were absolutely fucked when he was being "saved" (they couldn't let my shayla rest mannnnn), I feel like this speaks for itself regarding how messed up his situation is 😭😭

to indicate he likes food he chews really loudly and aggressively and does those “mmhhh” sounds

always squats on random infrastructure like lampposts when outside and then just looks down on people while talking to them

never sorts his laundry and the colours magically never bleed, so he’s always bragging about that when someone mentions that they’re tired from doing laundry like “just throw everything in at once that’s how I do it and nothing happens”🤷‍♂️ (inspired by a real person. I hope you know how blessed you are.)

tickles ppl with his feathers when he’s bored and then acts like he didn’t do anything when they complain

his hair always looks perfect and healthy, no matter if he styled it or exposed it to wind and weather. when everyone else’s hair is full of dust, dirt and blood after a fight, he just shakes his out a little and it looks just like it did before

wings have bones and joints. he cracks them. a lot.

always makes the same “but that’s so high up! what if I fall? Will you catch meee?” joke when he’s assigned missions that require him to fly to a high spot. it hasn’t been funny since he debuted.

and finally, always follows his s/o around during the day and cocks his head to the side like a bird while watching their every move. he doesn’t say or do anything, he’s just lurking over their shoulder.

Of all the things I see constantly mentioned about SaneGiyuu, or just in an analysis of Sanemi and Giyuu's relationship, I very rarely see people mention the Masachika/Sabito parallel. And even if it's mentioned, this moment in particular:

Like, yeah, Giyuu is very non-confrontational (best example of this being Giyuu full on knowing Shinobu was pale and yet saying nothing), but I also do like to interpret this as Giyuu understanding exactly what Sanemi felt in that meeting. Believing someone else could become a hashira and getting mad at the idea of them not making it, but instead, you do.

If Giyuu was ever someone to truly get angry and express it loudly, he'd be exactly like Sanemi in that meeting. He gets it more than anyone else. I think this "opposites" relationship they have is neat.
