You walked around the barren land of lifeless remains and endless caverns in hopes of finding your purpose, your new destination...but there was nothing. Not one gem was insight, only the presence of the wind waving through your hair in a slow pace.

”Pearl, they have to be here somewhere; we can’t just leave them here!” You hear the voice of someone in the distance, rapid footsteps approaching your area.

”My diamond you can’t be late for your meeting with Yellow and Blue diamond again!” Another voice calls out, insisting on returning back where they came from.

You flinch when you hear the voices call out out your gem...type. You turn your head and in the distance see two gems peeking inside the various silhouettes of giant gems. As they near yours, you hide and go deeper into your own shape and crawl once you hit the ceiling. You feel the earth rumble around you and soon a shadow looms over you, leaving you in the dark.

They gasp, leaning down and kneeling “I found them Pearl! I found the gem!” They put their hands on the dirt and lean closer “Hello there~! I’m Pink! Welcome to- ugh, I can’t see you very well” You can hardly see their grin and excitement as they try to reach you, barely brushing your figure before huffing and pulling away.

“Pearl I can’t reach them, they’re so small and deep inside that cave...” They lean away allowing more light to seep through and allow the other gem to look inside, the Pearl’s eyes widen in surprise.

“Oh my, They must’ve emerged recently. Their troops already left this kindergarten to another base” The pearl continues, frowning slightly “They also seem awfully tiny and out of shape unlike the others...and judging by the shape of this” she points around my shape-like cave “I’m afraid to say, they are most likely defective, my diamond”

The diamond gasps again, and turns to me with an even sadder frown “That means they won’t be accepted..” She looks to the ground and sighs, but in a few seconds looks terrified when she asks “Will they be shattered?!” 

“Of course not my diamond!” She waves her arms around, trying to calm her a bit “There’s no need to worry, they’ll most likely have to wear some equipment so the’ll keep up with the others, I can order a ruby to come pick them up and send them with their assigned general, my diamond” The pearl quickly smiles at her.

Pink diamond thinks it over before looking at me with worry “ Pearl, I don’t think it’ll be save for them out there in those harsh environments... since there’s no other place for them could we maybe, oh I don’t know, keep them?” She looks at pearl with a hopeful expression, also turning to look at me eagerly.

Pearl freezes and sweats and most likely starts thinking of the many outcomes of this request. Probably bad ones. Pink can already tell what her answer will be so she says “I can keep them in the base hidden from the others, They can become my bodyguard in homeworld! I can convince Yellow and Blue-” She stops herself, realizing something before looking down again in sadness “ but they won’t listen to me... they’ll most likely ignore me again and insist on getting me some other gem...”

“My diamond it’s not a good idea to go against the diamonds again, it’s best if we just allow them to go back to their fellow gems and let them take care of it there!” She pleads, looking desperate to leave.

“Pearl I can’t just let one of my gems go out and work themselves in their state!” She gestures towards me.

“They won’t find out, I promise”

“I will protect them from any danger”

“As long as they’re with me”

-Yep Ganon is a snek, which is why I could also see him pulling a “i’ll give them back IF-” just to troll them while Y/N sneaks from behind them, in the end Ganon just says “ok yeah they’re around hyrule...not this one tho...probably idk”

-Aw he cares :3 He trains them to become strong and they bond over their hatred for The chain. Y/N bonding with his other henchmen (Dark link or any others), Dark link and Y/N teaming up when The chain keeps on following them.

-The chain being yeeted into the third dimension, oh but they’ll be back, They’ll bring anything they can find to kill the beast. It’ll be like smash bros with the “Everyone is here!” once they see the amount of familiar faces that appear around them. (Like in HW Age of calamity!!!)

-ooor the chain just defeats Ganon (because they got a god on their side) and Y/N is inevitably caught by them and cuddled to death :///

Y/n being suffocated: HMMHMMMM!

-With Zelda in the mix, They would definitely win since she’s very powerful, like damn. She will just blast the evil away before Y/N can even monologue about why they changed sides.

Zelda: Don’t worry guys, I've got this *Power blasts Y/N*

And then Y/N is kept in the castle pampered by everyone with promises of never letting that happen again. It will happen again.

So the Chain or Link (and maybe Zelda 👀) are getting suffocating.

They've invaded Reader's life completely and they can't go anywhere without being followed by guards in disguise, people gunning for them to hurt The chain or Zelda, and they can't leave Hyrule because they'd barely get to port without being stopped.

Ganon offers them freedom

Reader accepts and becomes possessed by him

The Chain are called away to fight... Only to run right into Ganon!Y/N

They're horrified and heartbroken and think Ganon forcefully possessed them and fight to get their beloved free

Do they win? Do they lose?

I wonder how The chain would react to a reader that is very distant because they don’t want to get attached knowing that they’ll have to leave eventually? They’re pretty friendly and all but that’s it, they don’t talk about themselves and don’t partake in any activities when offered to join. Maybe the reader even reminds them by making subtle comments like “When I get back I’ll finally get a proper rest on my soft mattress”. What would be their breaking point when they admit that they’ll never let them leave? Oh the forced affection would be strong, trying to prove to them that they’re worth staying for.

I think some, e.g. Wind, would deffo pry to get you to open up about home and they all listen carefully on the rare occasion you do talk about home...

initially, they promise to get you home, but as time goes on...

well...

they find themselves more opposed to the idea of you going back, you can't just leave them after becoming so close to them! and your world sounds so dangerous! Car crashes? natural disasters? plagues??? No thank you!

you're better off staying with them!

after they consciously make the decision to keep you with them, they make offhand comments about how strange your world is and how unsafe it is, compared to Hyrule. They also make sure to mention all the best parts about living in Hyrule, and show you the prettiest spots much sooner than they initially planned.

They deffo think they're making an excellent case to you...

"I... I wanna go home," you hiccuped, wiping your tearstained cheeks on your sleeve.

Wars cooed above you, making soothing hushing sounds as he shifted you in his lap to be more comfortable. Now that your tears had died down, his grip on you was laxer, but you had no doubt that the good captain wouldn't hesitate to tighten his suffocating grip on you if you made a move to slip out of his grasp.

"I know, my lovely," he cooed sympathetically, tucking you against his chest as he peered down at you with darkened blue eyes.

You could practically see the hearts in his eyes, and you cursed yourself for not seeing how obsessive they were sooner... if only you had known back then, you might still have had a fighting chance to get back home...

"Your world s dangerous, and you're better off with us." A raised eyebrow from the captain made you clamp your mouth shut as you made to argue your completely reasonable case. "We can keep you safe."

"But I don't want this..."

"You might not yet, but you soon will."

Help Allister the Cat

If you don't know me, my sweet little man Allister is 11 years old and he's been dealing with some severe constipation. He was taken to the vet last week to help evacuate his bowels, but he quickly became constipated again shortly thereafter, and last night I witnessed him struggling to produce urine, meaning the constipation is putting too much pressure on his bladder, and his bladder being full is much more dangerous than the constipation. I was given laxatives and medicine to help lubricate his colon, but he hasn't responded to treatment since returning home from the vet and, this morning, he didn't want to eat his food,which is the first time he's shown any loss of appetite this entire event

This fund is to help pay for the examination and x-rays that will be mandatory to check Allister's health and potentially determine if it is time for him to be humanely euthanized, as he is too old for certain procedures and surgeries that would be able to save him, but if the veterinarians think his body can take some more fluids and potentially more enemas, if they think this is just a weird case of constipation and he is otherwise healthy, then I'm going to fight to try and help him. However, it is most likely that he will need to be put down, and unfortunately I have already taken money out of my rent for the last visit. I need some help affording euthanasia so that he isn't in pain if his condition doesn't improve

Hey beans, I have a bit of a hellish update. 

Yesterday was one of the worst days of my life. My grandma made a huge fight happen while I was on call with a friend, and things just escalated between me and her so badly I had to leave. When I came back home, my family was also on my ass about it all, despite knowing how she lies and how she instigates. 

She threatened to hit me, she threatened to kill Sammy, she hurled insult after insult at me and this all started because I didn't get up in time to do something she asked (Which was locking the door. I waited three seconds too long and she went off). 

When I came back after trying to let things cool down I was berated and told I had no right to be so “selfish” in the house, so on and so on, and the fight got so intense I had to just physically walk away, leaving the home and going two miles up the road because I did not feel safe. 

They made me so sick I began to pee blood again, as well as my sugar spiking and causing me to have palpitations. My heart cannot take this stress anymore, and neither can my mental health. I wish I could explain how bad the situation was. I had tears down my face, gasping for air, chest heaving and in pain, I felt like I was on the verge of passing out. 

I got in contact with some good friends of mine, who say they can help get me out of not only that home, but the entire state i'm in. But I need money to do so, for travel and gas and so on. As much as they can house me, they need me to pull my weight. 

I hate having to ask for help, I hate that I'm even in this situation, to the point I'm so sick I might have to be seen in the ER or sent to ICU. 

I need to come up with 700 dollars, and I'm willing to do some commissions, but with how sick I am I may take a bit to get back with you. I plan to leave by early June, if not the beginning of July, as that's when my friends are able to drive down and get me.

Thursday, April 17th: Hello, everyone. I’m Gem, a bi, mentally ill, and disabled woman in desperate need of help, as I recently received a chargeback which I'm struggling to pay.

This isn't something I EVER wanted to do, especially so soon after receiving help with my bills and I'm literally sobbing as I write this, but last night I received some generous help, which I was so freaking grateful for. And with it, I managed to pay some outstanding debt I owed and got myself some groceries to get me through to my welfare payment at the end of the month.
