Illustration notes
The concept is to draw a meeting between Grimm, the Pale King, and the Hollow Knight. It's a bit difficult to translate from bug to human because sometimes it's not clear if a design element is the bug's body or the clothes they wear.
In the future I think I would design the Hollow Knight with pale hair (as with the Pale King) but for the purposes of this illustration & clarity, they have dark hair.
The dialogue I keep thinking about during this scene is "Fine craft, dear wyrm."
I feel like I've been hallucinating the whole booping thing.. like, every time I went to try find it, I just couldn't find it! It was a lie! A hallucination! It never happened!
