Me looking at tags in my notes: "What is one thousand notes pickman....?"
Zerxus, after Nidas kills him and gives him a chance to be free of Asmodeus' control: "I believe I can help with that."

graham o brien. youre not gonna like this. but you need to fly a second plane into the tower. its the only way to save all of history
oh my gods.
CAPITALISM REALLY WAS THE BAD GUY ALL ALONG
Something something brennan's building up of, over the three Calamity series, an overarching story of how liberal capitalist institutions lay the foundations for fascist elements to infiltrate and take over society, preying on preexisting socioeconomic inequalities, exploitation, and dissatisfaction within those liberal institutions to install fascist dictatorships which push racial violence (up to and including genocide), theocratic justification and mass forced labor extraction in the form of literal concentration camps and perpetual war as a means to both maintain their existence and spread it past their current bounds. And how the only way to defeat these fascistic institutions is through local, grassroots, community-oriented efforts of resistence that slowly chip away at the powers of control until mass action can be taken that crumbles these institutions to the ground something something
YEEEEESSSSSS a fellow 12&Clara stan!!! I may never know how a misogynistic chud like Steven Moffat managed to create my favourite fictional QPR I've ever seen in anything anywhere, but that's absolutely what Twelve and Clara are to me and I adore them <3 <3
the other day at the boston show during Sugar In My Coffee (which holds a special place in my heart as a coffee disliker, autistic person with food sensory issues, and ace person) you went on a doctor who rant which. huge mood. but i was reminded and wanted to ask - who is your favorite companion? please specify why in as much detail as you would like. i am holding the microphone out to you. speak your truth
12&Clara is special to me, and Amy Pond trying very hard to plough the Doctor the night before her wedding knocked me into a second puberty
*dons cute bunny ears and crawls into the exhibit at night*
Please consider: Trans girl petting zoo.
If you genuinely interpreted it with your whole heart, congratulations, you did it right. There is no way to enjoy art wrong. Let me say that again for the people in the back - THERE. IS. NO. WAY. TO. ENJOY. ART. WRONG.
I'm too tired to have smart words on this, so I'm hoping this post finds somebody who does.
i keep trying to listen to myth by the narcissist cookbook but i’m so worried about doing it wrong somehow because everyone on here seems to love it and like what if i don’t ??? so i have been just avoiding listening to it out of that fear and it sucks because i want to have fun with you guys but unfortunately there is a collection of demons in my brain and their leader is called ocd
Yeah as an asexual person, like. Regardless of TNC's intent, the metaphor is There and I love it <3
So I went to a @narcissistcookbook concert a few days ago (it was fucking amazing!!!!!) and Mx. Cookbook played "Sugar in my Coffee", and they explained at the "golden decaf" line that it was meant to be a play on "golden calf" (presenting coffee as a sort of "false idol") and that they were disappointed nobody seemed to get what they thought was quite a clever reference, so I think y'all should go tell TNC they did a good job with that line and that it was a very clever and funny line <3
