She has a such beautiful name.
Decknine announced “Black flies” of Ben Howard for the BO of the Farewell episode of Life is Strange. The making off make us think it will be nice and happy episode, but this song says otherwise.
In fact, the author said it all:
“It’s an observational song about the changes in the year. It’s not about romance as a few people have suggested.“
Howard explained to Reuters that the song is a tale of a ruined friendship. "We ended up doing separate things and going separate ways,” said the singer. “That’s what I write about most of the time, the people who come in and out of our lives and the memories that you form around them.”
If you think Amberprice shippers had a hard time at the end of episode 3, I think Pricefield fans will be devasted. Me included, I’m scared. Don’t mess it up Decknine.
PS: Forgive me for the possible mistakes, my English grammar is not very good, but I do my very best.

You’re more than that
Book scene from “The Sword of Destiny” written by Andrzej Sapkowski
“Geralt!” The witcher turned instantly and rushed to meet the young girl. The scene left Yurga speechless. He had never seen anyone move so fast. “Geralt!” the little girl repeated, hugging the witcher’s chest. “You’ve found me! I knew it! I always knew! I knew you’d find me!” “Ciri,” the witcher said. Yurga didn’t see Geralt’s face, hidden by the little girl’s ashen hair. He only saw black-gloved hands squeezing Ciri’s back and shoulders. “You’ve finally found me! Oh, Geralt! I waited all this time! It took so long… We’ll stay together now, won’t we? Now we’ll be together, right? Say it, Geralt! Forever! Say it!” “Forever, Ciri.” “It’s just like they predicted, Geralt! Like they predicted… I’m your destiny? Say it! I’m your destiny?” “You’re more than that, Ciri. Much more.”

This final commissioned artwork by the talented Afterlaughs completes our series built around the theme of the one person who changed your life in such a meaningful way that their very presence defines that specific time of your life. The one person you confide in; the one person who sees you at your worst and at your best.
Some of you may be surprised to see this artwork depicting Max and Chloe, but we feel it resonates very deeply with the core theme in our series. “The One” is not a single permanent person or soul-mate, whose relationship to us demands the exclusion of all others. Before tragedy struck Chloe’s life in such a devastating way, Max was that one special person to her. Their friendship made young Chloe who she was. When Max was forced to move away and contact broke down, Chloe’s life lacked that one special person until the moment she met Rachel. In the time period you play through in Life is Strange: Before the Storm and the ensuing years, Rachel became that one person to Chloe whose presence defined that period of her life.
It is a glimpse into the special relationships that defined Chloe that we wanted to share with this series of commissioned artworks. We hope that having been along on this journey with us, you too will reflect on the various people and relationships in your own life who defined whole periods of it. Many of these people may no longer be in our lives today, but that does not diminish their impact on us in any way.
It should not and has never been about making comparisons between any of these people - We should instead rejoice in the fact that we were lucky enough to have them in our lives, even for a moment in time. They are who made us who we are today.
A special thank you to Afterlaughs (@ohnoafterlaughs), for her hard work and incredible talent in helping bringing this series to life. You can also follow Afterlaughs on: Twitter, Facebook and Instagram.
