I hope to God that someday, you’ll see me somewhere and look at me like I always looked at you- and you’ll regret the fact that you never really fought for me. You never really cared enough to ask me to stay. But, as all of that flashes by, I won’t even look at you. There won’t be a night I see you behind my eyelids as I fall asleep- there won’t be a day I hear your favorite song and have my heart ache.
