Mongolians are cool because they’ve merged their traditional and modern ways of life so rather than having poverty due to losing all their important skills they just live in their yurts with their cows and 827474874mbs internet

"Genesis", Oil on canvas by Matthew Cornell
If y’all wanna know the true power of hate, just remember that Alan Turing, the breaker of the enigma code in WWII, was driven to suicide by being forced to undergo chemical castration as a punishment for his homosexuality.
Historians say he saved 14 to 21 million lives.
I’d also like to say in the time we studied WWII in school, the history textbooks never mentioned him. I had never heard of the guy until I watched “The Imitation Game” which I 110% recommend you watch if you haven’t.Alan Turing was a blessing to humanity who saved (once again) 14 to 21 million lives, and he is left out of history because he was gay.
And this is just one example?? So many brilliant and heroic people are left out of history because of their race, their gender, their sexuality, their religion, and it’s just because some bigots in positions of influence get to decide what parts of history are remembered.
hey ao3 can you like give the extra $38k you made from this month’s funds drive to charity
Impulse: —there quite a while. Scar: Man, I missed that segment that you did with Martyn, Skizz? Like, you really, like, you went to town with like, Minecraft swords on a cooler, and it sounded really good, like, drum wise? Skizz: (through quiet, pleased laughter) Thank you, it was, it was fun— Scar: Yeah, I was like, how did you turn these little instruments into that? I was like, what the heck? Skizz: Dude, it was so fun, I was telling Gem about that earlier, you gotta watch that, just don't watch me or Martyn, just watch Gem. She has— Gem: (quietly) Oh god. Skizz: —the best reaction to that moment right there, dude. She's just like, mouth is open like, "oh my god," and then all of the sudden she just starts bopping—like, bee-bopping along, like, dancing, it's so awesome. Scar: I-I was like—I saw that on Twitter, I was like, "whoa." That was cool. Skizz: That was fun. He did great, dude. I was talking about that— Grian: Yeah, Martyn-Martyn was annoyingly good at Permit Master. Gem: God, he was so good! Skizz: Yeah, he crushed it.

I honestly have no idea if we’re in week three, but who cares. For Visions, we’ve got some classic Sifo Dyas and Dooku. It felt appropriate.
I desperately need Imp and Skizz to convince Etho to pay Phasmophobia with them. He doesn’t need to stream it, I just need to know how he acts when presented with a series of tasks and a ghost.
