People talk about introverts like they're antisocial. I want to hang out with people, I love hanging out with my friends and would do it all day everyday if that was possible. But unfortunately I have a fear of rejection so it's hard to ask people to hang out and it's really annoying to coordinate people. (And why go through all that when it's also fun but not as fun to watch YouTube alone instead) I love when people reach out to me first so I don't have to be the initiator! But whenever someone asks me to hang out, it's usually the day I've procrastinated all my schoolwork to, and since social events mess with the productivity of an entire day, I end up not having time despite most definitely having time.

(It's interacting with strangers that's tiring, since I have to sit still and not scream about Ninjago or my other weird interests every two seconds)

Just thinking about how every time I get into a fandom my first thought isn’t about all the fun headcannons or any of the “normal” stuff, but instead is always on what treacherous deeds I can inflict on some new ocs I will make for said fandom. Like what’s a character with no trauma? Why don’t you just ask for a burger with no cheese or a bun?? The trauma is like the spice that gives the character flavor.
