Exactly why do all the other villains get a pass except for the not so popular group? Do you know how many damn times I’ve seen Harley someone who has killed children, gassed people and so many other crimes get a pass, just because she was abused by the Joker? “Oh Harley’s soooo cool! She’s a crazy, lesbian, who loves animals!” If Jervis Tetch doesn’t get a fucking pass because some writers decided “hey let’s make him a pedophile!” Then neither should she. Oh and let’s get to the most important part These are fictional characters with multiple interpretations! Honestly as much as I love dark dark villains, it gets ridiculous when we can’t see them as being light hearted at times without being told it’s wrong. Let fans have there own interpretation of these characters, let us enjoy without constantly being reminded about how “awful” this one writer made him. Besides it seems like no one gives a shit about Jervis till he’s in the dork squad or someone says there a fan.

Jason Todd AKA Red Hood: Suffers from severe PTSD, literally Bruce’s kid.

Basil Karlo AKA Clayface: Can’t keep one shape for long, has chronic pain, probably not a good plan to punch mud.

Peter Merkel AKA Ragdoll: Hypermobile and definitely has chronic pain as a result.

Day 5 Team up

Notes: Sorry this is late! Team up with Tetch and I have NEVER written for Music Meister before so be gentle!

“Think of it Tetch, with my beautiful voice and your mind control it'll be fantastic!” Meister grinned. “Batman won't stand a chance!”

Meister was an interesting sort, singing, prancing and seducing about. However his idea was odd. Well combining mind control was curious the plan was -

extravagant.

“The thoughts nice Mr.Meister but the idea is weird .” Tetch said carefully, not wanting to upset him.

“What! Jerv this is fantastic! How can you possibly question it, Alice is involved!

A yes, if Alice is involved of course Tetch will leap into the fire. Obviously.

“But don't you think a musical Wonderland is a bit uhm big?”

“WHAT! Nonsense she'd love it! Haven't you ever thought of how beautiful and melodies the poems are in the book?”

“Name one.” Jervis stated, flatly in truth he wanted to work with Music Meister BUT he had to be sure they understood one another.

“Well theirs the Jabberwocky and uhm the one about Alice.”

Jervis knew it he hadn't even read the book just saw the movie or play. At least Meister was trying and as Jervis had already reapted to himself, had a good idea. Standing slowly tetch headed towards the door, quickly Meister attempted to seduce him back into the plan.

“Listen Tetch I'm determined to make our plan a success that's why I need you. It'll be gre-” Meisters words caught in his throat when I book was shoved towards his face.

“Read this, I also put some nice poems that I think you might be interested in this bag.” Jervis stated thrusting the bag in the dumbstruck Music Meisters hands.

“Wait so you'll do it?” Meister finally said grinning.”

“Of course”, Tetch said “but while we work you MUST read the book AND the poetry.”

“Deal.”

drabble - jervis and his paper hat

He had his tongue partly out, curled up slightly as it stayed to the side of his lip. Focusing his deep maple gaze, upon the stripped newspaper configuration before him. He tilted his head from side to side; with his loose auburn curls scrunching to his face, to release with his movement and dance upon his shoulder again. All the while, his lengthy nimble fingers attended to his precious creation.

His handiwork was undoubtedly present, though the materials were lacking quite a bit. There was a small stack of newspapers laid before him, and a bucket of an odd mixture: glue, flower, and water; of which mocked the consistency of camel mucus. ‘Paste’ is what he was told lain before him.

Watching him work was something to be seen. Considering he didn’t seem phased by any of it, like that’s how he had made such things originally.

His brown orbs continued with deep concentration, as his delicate construction became more of a gentlemans formation. He made sure to keep all the pieces in their rightful places, and add extra glue upon the ends. Dunking his hand, or just a few fingers at times; into the paste, before returning again to the paper craft, before him.

Once the shape was then made, he stuffed some crinkled pages in the hollowed center, careful not to interfere with the delicately formed area. Flipping it then, right side up; he set it before him. Touching it up, here and there, as it dried slowly with in the air; attentively smoothing out spots that would crinkle, or applying glue to places that would lift or curl.

Then with his work finally completed and dry. He pulled the crinkled paper from the center, carful not to damage the surface made inside, and placed it atop his head with pride.

He then sat up straight, quite satisfied with himself; his hands were folded in front of him, and a smile cast like a cats mad grin.

He felt like himself once again.

Do you have sleep/dream/nightmare headcannons for Jervis?

Jervis sleep headcanons

- Goes to bed at 9:30pm, wakes up at 6:00am

- An insufferable morning person.

- wears Ebenezer Scrooge pajamas.

- Sleeps on his left side and has very soft snores.

- His dreams are mainly tea parties

- The guests and location varies but it’s always some sort of social event.

- Nightmares are where it get fucked up.

- He has a recurring nightmare where he’s in solitary confinement in Arkham and the walls close in and suffocate him.

- Another one where he’s trapped in a grey cubicle and tries to climb out but then his father fucking appears out of nowhere and drags him back down.

- Theres one where all his friends yell at him and kick him.

- And then there’s this weird one where he’s getting married but the ceremony never starts and he never sees who he’s marrying. It’s just a bunch of people waiting around and then he wakes up confused.

- He’s pretty sure the wedding one is his subconscious bemoaning the fact he’s single. 

- He’s not going to think about the actual nightmares.

Jervis is silent, staring at the notecard blankly. His lips twitch in a smile, then a frown, then his lips thinned. He took a deep breath, before looking up, his eyes sad - but his smile soft. “Alice Tetch… Alice Tetch is the one person I would choose. Not Johnathan, not my parents, but Alice.”

Ocean: Do you take yearly vacations?

“Yes. Every year I go to Swindon, England and Point Pleasant, West Virgina. My hometown, and where my best friend lives. In Swindon, I go to one of the gay bars I used to work at do I could buy Alice, and myself food when father wasn’t the most sober… The drag queens and owners supported and listened like a second family should. They helped me understand what I was trying to suppress for so long, and made me realize that it was a thing to embrace. West Virgina, however, was the place where I was going through a dark time. I don’t know if I would still be here without them.”

“Hatter taking too much control, running out of prescriptions, remembering terrible things that are always in the back of my mind, and losing my sense of reality. Basically, losing things, or getting too much of them.”

Seeing my reflection or mirrors in a dark room, poisonous spiders, people finding out something they shouldn’t about me, and disappointing people I want to make proud.
