Fresh new look for 2023!!! Kind of late, wanted to make this earlier in the year, but I am just glad I got around to it at all.

Also made myself a new pfp. It is supposed to be animated but I don't really know how to make that work on Tumblr.

I really love the UT item quote for the faded ribbon, being "if you're cuter, monsters won't hit you as hard". I have always found it really charming, so I made an illustration based on it! c:

In my past sketchbooks, I have actually done other sketches of Frisk related to this quote as well, so I figured it was about time I just did a fully finished illustration for it (to be honest it probably won't be the last).

It should come as no surprise at this point that I like drawing Frisk and Chara. I got some free time today and was inspired to do a color palette challenge-related art today. Yeah, that's it, I just wanted to experiment a little with this piece and have fun c:

Why do we constantly have to have “humans get transported to another world” storylines when it comes to live action adaptations? Why can’t it just be in-media-res? Why can’t the Minecraft movie follow the novelization where a guy randomly awakens in Minecraft with no idea who he is and just needs to learn how to survive… you know… LIKE HOW THE GAME IS. Why do we gotta bring people from outside the game world into Minecraft? Why do they look human but everything else is a CGI nightmare? You couldn’t pull a Detective Pikachu and just set your god damn plot IN Minecraft from the start?

And most importantly …

WHY CAN’T THE WHOLE MOVIE JUST BE ANIMATED? You’re already animating like 95% of the film already, just fucking make an animated film.

Toriel doesn't know about the secret Sans is hiding... at least, not yet! (o゜▽゜)o♥

Yeah, I think Sans would be the one to propose. It's not that I don't think Toriel wouldn't want to propose to Sans. Instead, I feel that Toriel wouldn't because she would rather wait until Sans is comfortable to ask for such a big commitment on his own, instead of imposing the question onto him.

Fun fact, I know it may be hard to notice but, the ring has a snail on it! Another fun fact, I have now decided to add some blue into Toriel's eye color because apparently (according to her official Nendoroid)... she has blue eyes? 

Side note, I literally struggled so hard with figuring out a background for this. I just am going to consider it good enough and move on... xD

I was feeling really down, and even though I had wanted to work on a lot, my motivation was completely shot down. It wasn't until finally around 1am that I was able to just push myself to draw something that I knew would make me feel better...

Papyrus, thank you for becoming my rental comfort character. I was at first just going to draw him sitting down as a little practice, but then I thought, you know, maybe drawing him cheering someone on with positive vibes would make me feel better, and it 100% did. So, I share with you Papyrus, who is letting you know as well that everything is going to be ok! :)
